Worst pizza I’ve had for a long time.

order was over 40mins late and an item was missing. Food was over cooked and dry. Really upset with my order, I usually love this resturant.

My order has not arrive and it states delivered?

Order never arrived, haven’t had refund, phoned resturant a lot of times to be told it’s coming soon, it hasn’t and now they’re not answering calls.

Took so long to come then so much was missing

extras charged for but not added blue cheese slices on both meals missing but still charged for, not the first time this has occurred

Ordered food came over delivery time promised. And still the wrong order. Missing food and and still charged delivery. Do not order from these idiots

ordered at 8.25 estimated delivery 9.05 got to 9.40 still no food, asked for update by text nothing, called the restaurant only to be told that the order isn't even with the driver yet and it's going to be out for delivery next in maybe 15minutes. can't comment on the good as I cancelled the order, which was done and had confirmation text 10minutes after the phone call. if you can't keep up with demand then stop selling on just eat. I'd advise others to go somewhere else, if you want your food.

We had ordered food from here before and was late but thought we would give it another go because the food is nice. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! We didn’t get our food. The order was 20 minutes late so I called the restaurant and was told he hadn’t even cooked 3 of the meals. So I told him to forget it and I didn’t want the food. The man told me if you let me get off the phone I would be able to cook your food! I put the phone down and he called back just to shout at me. This place is a joke!!!!

no communication to advise on a late delivery and then told no discount would be applied over the phone. A very dismissive phone manner.

Updated order status to out for delivery. 15 minutes past delivery time I phoned for an update and food had not even left yet. Do not change order status unless you've actioned that status as this is just lying to the customer.

After years of ordering from this local business the service has declined. This is the 3 rd time in a row where our food has been late by over 1hour , and today was 2 HOURS . The food was warm if that , & the pizza was cold. After chasing via the app and a call was told the food was coming and they would be here . Finally arrived but extremely disappointed will be taking business elsewhere from now on

Order pizza n fries waited over an hour n half phoned em 1st time they said driver took to wrong address said he would cook some still waited for anther half hour phoned them again finally arrived at 7 after I ordered it at 17 15 the piza was not hot but eatable the chips was stone cold like rubber its not the 1st Time they got my meal late so I will not be using this place again

food over cooked just didn't taste right

Just eat said the food had been delivered. The food was so late we were asked to leave a review and the food had not even turned up. We called to ask, and the guy on the phone thought it was being delivered and then realised he was still preparing it. He did apologise about the time. When the food finally arrived an hour late there was no ketchup on the burgers as requested, there was not a great deal of flavour in the the burger meat. The pizza was spicey even though there was nothing on the website to say it was. We called and he said he has never had a complaint about it before. However the heat was enough to make you feel it on your lips so it was spicey. Although the guy said that we should phone him next time when we make an order we are unsure if we would order from here again as the food was dissapointing.

Chips were soggier than usual which is a shame cus they are usually crispy and the reason i order. Also, for Prti Peri Fries there wasnt much flavouring used which was annoying. Also, Salt shakers inside with the food which was mad cause the heat just made them soggy, which didn't make sense… but overall nice.

Not very happy, ordered food at 2pm and at 3.30pm received no food, so eventually got hold of them and told them to leave it all together. In the mean time it’s no fun being starving. And having to sort out and wait further again for food elsewhere. Fuming!!

The salad was under the burger and the lower bun was soggy as a result and it was cold

Delivered 45 mins after delivery period.

I have been ordering for a while now but this evening is the last time. I've ordered a steak burger with sauces and all salad. Instead I received this. No sauce, no salad and the bun is burnt on top. It was meant to be meal as well, however a bun and piece of chicken was all I received..

Food is great only thing is there shouldnt be a delivery charge for orders over £10-£15 how am i spending over £10-£15 and still having to pay delivery not to mention im a 6 minute drive away from the shop. Delivery should be free just like how the other restuarants do it on here

App advised that food was delivered but it hadn’t .. food delivered to wrong address and looked opened

Not first time!!? Ordered a full pllater 2 fries and a bottle of drink they sent us half chicken. When I called them they apologies for the mistake and that they are going to send the right order. They keep calling me to reassure me that my original order is on the way. After an hour they sent me another half of chicken saying,, now you have all of your order,, Rude, unprofessional, service. One star is to much as I didn't have other choice.

Food showing to be delivered 19-19.20 ,it's 19.35 and restaurant told me they will deliver in 25 mins ! this is radiculous. I have kids waiting for food . not acceptable.

Tasted great but had to be heated up and delivery was really slow, ordered during opening hours for asap delivery and it took nearly two hours .

The food we ordered, fish pizza, vegetable pizza, vegetarian burger and many sides, was fabulous! This pizza place makes many different pizzas with many adaptations and different crust types. Having feta cheese on a vegetable pizza was lovely! The fish pizza was also delicious. My mom loved the veggie burger too.

Ordered at 17:25, received at 19:00. Never again.

Over an hour late!!! Had to call and they said there had been a mix up with the food. When the food eventually came it was nice but I wouldn’t order from there again due to wait time. A lot of reviews say the same…

The order came 3 hours late. None of the meals came with fries or drink and they have the nerve to argue about it over the phone. I always gave places the benefit of doubt but here; Never again!! Save yourself the trouble.

Had to call them twice, they mentioned that the order will be there in 10 minutes. Called after 10 minutes they mentioned the order will be another 5 minutes. Pizza was cold when it got to me.

I'm not happy about this delivery. Not only did it arrive 45 minutes late, but it arrived cold and missing some items I had paid for. Tried to call the pizza place line was also busy the whole time

Second week running that food was late and only when I contacted them for an update did they revise the delivery time. An hour late and food was cold. They would not refund any money either saying they were busier than expected but as this is the second time I think I will have to find somewhere else next week for food.

i have an autistic son it may seem not that important but he nagged and nagged the food was very late i had to ring the shop up and he got more upset the longer it took very bad service and has put me off ordering again ordering take away food is very expensive and and its like you dont listen even when i do have a complaint

Ordered a delivery at 6:40, they said estimated arrival was for 7:15-7:35.. Come 7:25 it said that driver was almost here, over an hour later and we are still waiting for the meal. We tried to call numerous times and they kept telling us 2 minutes. When the food arrived it was stone cold. Very disappointed and will not be placing an order for delivery again. Been in the shop before to order a take out and I cannot fault them, atmosphere in the shop was amazing. Great service and lovely food.

I had left a message saying it was for a birthday, i had my daughter and loads of other nine year olds waiting for pizza that arrived cold and 35mins late, I ordered at 2pm way in advance and I’m not sure what the problem was!

Food was estimated 7.25 - 7.45pm. Received a notification at 7.30 to say with driver. Nothing had arrived by 8pm so I asked for an update to be told it had been delayed and was now due around 8.15 (thought it was with the driver but it wasn’t). It still hasn’t arrived by 8.25pm so called restaurant. It arrived finally at 8.27pm

Chose this restaurant for the short delivery time stated as 30 to 40mins. Waited 1 hour and 40 mins! Such a shame as the food is lovely but will seriously consider the slow delivery time next time

Shame about the time wait, but food was banging as usual. Crispy chips, moist flavoured chicken inside and out, fresh salad, cold drink... it was lovely! Highly recommend

Sadly the container was damaged before delivery. However, the driver took it back and they cooked me completely fresh food. So although my belly was sticking to my back...they sent hot and fresh
