Ordered from website online took payment said preparing then ready for collection went to collect and they deny all knowledge of order Now have to fight for repayment Staff at place arrogant and argumentative

Staff is so good everytime we came to eat pizza nice place so clean and hygenic.

I ordered 3 XL pizzas I asked for a margarita but they do as I asked all three of were terrible.I do not recommend this place.

Amazing Pizza. We love the coriander chilli chicken pizza a lot, and that is the most tried option (spicy lovers). It is always fresh and loaded with cheese on top 😋. We also love the chicken wings, fresh and crispy.

I ordered for thandoori chicken as a topping, but the chicken remains raw. I opened the box at the store. I couldn't notice any problems due to the lighting. When I got home and tested it, I saw that the chicken chunks were not fully cooked and had a raw taste.

In my opinion, this is the best pizzeria in Hounslow. I have been to all pizzerias in the area and compare pizzas. Pizza Bella has the most delicious pizzas and besides, the price is a one pound less than in other pizzerias for a similar-sized pizza.

I ordered large pizza that should be served with jalapeños but what I got is a medium pizza with less veggies and chillies instead of jalapeños. Moreover, when i raised a concern, the concerned staff spoke to me in a very rude manner. This isn’t expected from my favourite pizza bella

Upon my visit in this restaurant not only was the customers service was trash, but the food look like regurgitated vomit , the beef was fake and food was absolutely disgusting. The workers here have an atrocious and vile attitude towards paying customers. I will not be visiting here anymore FYI This restaurant has no display of certified food regulation policies!

Pizza Bella is a good pizza restaurant but I give it a three because at the start it was nice but then it got a bit cheesy and the cheese ruined the pizza. I would suggest to take some cheese off the pizza.

When they first opened it wasn’t the best, it was an average pizza place, however they have stepped there game up big time, one of the best pizzas in Hounslow now, the ingredients are always fresh and on point. Well done pizza Bella!

Tandoori chicken pizza was super amazing but bit expensive

I have driven past many times and saw the sign for the super large pizza. As tonight I fancied a pizza, I thought I'd give this place a try. I was not disappointed, when I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was allowed to pick four toppings, which was more than enough for me. Having tasted the pizza, I'm glad I decided to try it. Just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Depends how you look at it, unfortunately I was unable to finish the pizza, but fortunately, I can look forward to some pizza tomorrow. This will be one of my go to pizza places in the future.

Ordered two medium pizzas with wings this afternoon, i received the food within the agreed time. I was so shocked at the size of two medium pizzas because I could have brought them from another shop for £3 each, I paid for two medium pizzas around £15ish pounds. This was not worth it, the pizzas were warm-ish cold, wasn’t impressed and wouldn’t be ordering from here again. The company needs to clearly work on their prices!!!! Only plus side about this order was the wings were nice. Look at your competitors prices and decide on your prices, your pizzas were nothing special for you to charge a crazy amount for them!!!!

Every time we ordered pizza it's always damaged such a shame as it happened twice time we ordered. Specially whenever guests came ... I did showed to the driver he said he gonna let them know n they gonna send another pizza as soon as he left kids started eating it... but when I called to the shop the guy on the phone said driver will pick it up when I explained what driver did he said" oh he suppose to bring back n call us" n he said he gonna send another in 20 minutes but they didn't...as twice happened extremely non professional behavior....

Terrible food. BURNT garlic bread, asked for deep pan and end up with bloody peter pan, thinest pizza ive ever seen. And if this is extra pepperoni then i would hate to see a normal pepperoni.... avoid at all costs!!! Id rather go hungry!!

I beg to differ from the previous post. I had an excellent experience. The owners and staff are very friendly and the customer service is excellent! Great food at a very affordable price. In fact this just might become my regular pizza joint! Highly recommend this place!

Think a million time before you visit .Worst place to eat,disgusting taste, rude staff ,still give out old coins in change, horrible experience. please avoid even if they give you for free. I will recommend my friends and family not to visit them again. I think council should visit them and do inspection on how they make.Terrible.if there is no star I would have given that.
