food was nice when it arrived, cold but that was due to the delivery time. Ended up waiting a ridiculous amount of time for just a 9' pizza and can. would order from here again based off the food quality but not the delivery service

all food is lovely kebabs, pizza, burgers, chips can not fault anything about this place, delivery is quick and always on time, delivery staff are friendly never order from anywere else when this place has everything great

Not happy with the fact the driver said would need to pay extra if order was to be delivered here next time - especially when we order from here every week. Will think twice about ordering from here next time.

Very early delivery, large portions and very tasty

Really small portion supposed to be large kofta kebabs. 2 small pieces of meat on each kebab. was hard to find in salad. salad was nice and bread but wasn't worth it. misrepresentated as large.

Food is always bob on, delivery drive is really friendly my go to place for pizzas

Received onion rings instead of fries so rang up assuming they would just replace them. Man on the phone was rude and sighed as if I was really putting him out so I told him not to bother. Won't order from here again. Terrible customer service!

Sadly it appears my order was forgotten on a shelf as I had to chase it and when it did arrive it was cold and partly flatten. Shame is the calzone actually tasted very good and would probably been spot on delicious if not cold and squished in the box and I will not even describe the horrible side order. Shame. Ben

Food arrived over an hour late and freezing cold, kept chasing for an update and was told every time it's 10min away, in the end they stopped answering my calls.

Food came late, a good half an hour after we rang an was told it was out for delivery (literally at the bottom of the road from restaurant) by the time it came it was freezing, not even a sorry!

didnt even turn up waites over an hour and half no show tried calling the restaurant and no answer used these a few times and always been happy with the service wont be returning after this now appalling

Ordered a spicy pizza with beef, no beef was present so I rang and told them. They sent me another pizza exactly the same without my beef topping????

Despite being a little more out of the way for delivery, the food came in perfect timing and hot! The portion sizes are more than generous and the food is top quality. Will definitely order from here again in future :)

1st time ordering wasn’t going to because of reviews but thought I’d give them ago and glad I did, everything was so nice we got popcorn chicken nuggets chicken burger garlic bread cheesey garlic bread chips and naan bottle coke everything came all was hot and delicious 🤤 will be ordering again *******

Gotta be the worst place I have ever orderd from spent £25 for a 12inch pizza what looked like a 10inch it came stone cold’ an a large 3 meat kabab there was hardly no meat in the box and that was freezing cold you can tell by my food that this pizza gaff is proper mingin beware vile

The food was rock hard, the burger buns was like rock as if they microwaved it then let it cool down, We couldn't get even get a knife through the bread. The chicken bites were pitifull not even a handful of chicken bites over a few chips they were small and hard like little pebbles. Everything was cold and hard and disgusting would not recommend this establishment to anybody ever.

More than 2 hours late. The food wasn’t too bad but definitely not worth waiting almost 3 hours for.

Chicken kebab was over salty and dry no hot sauce even though odered and naan bread was so dry it broke into pieces when touched,went straight in the bin. Donna kebab meat was hard and so dry it must have been cut hours before, salad non existent and bread like dried cardboard also went in the bin as it was all inedible what a waste of £15 won't ever be going back.

Ordered and the address was wrong so i phoned multiple times to get it changed and nobody answered tried to ask for a refund on the app but no luck

Seems to be new owner, staff havnt a clue, waited 2 hours for food, wrong stuff delivered, called and guy just said he would tell the owner, I had to go round and get the correct food

woukd not give this place anu stars, Placed ordered at 4.23pm and it did not get delivered till 5.55pm, place charge you for delivery, so you expect them to deliver to your door but this driver asked if I would come and meet him, sorry but no, awful service, would not order again.

Ordered at 7pm for delivery later on in the evening. Delivered exactly when I wanted. Asked not to ring doorbell or knock on door as baby was asleep, placed food in porch as requested. Can’t fault the service. The pizza is the best in liverpool.

I waited quite a long time for my order because there was an order mix up. But when my order eventually arrived it was top quality. Really hot and really lovely. Staff were very polite and handled everything very well. Worth the wait and I’m sure I got free chippies! thank you x

I am really disappointed l order large pizza,can of coke and cessar chicken salad only pizza and a can coke was delivered Pizza bar called and informed me they didn't have Cesar chicken salad then l told them to refund the money but till today nothing has happened. I did a follow up today they are telling me to contact just eat

Really nice pizza & Garlic bread, first time order would use again. Chips where bad though so thin so they were cold when arrived. No red salt as requested. Only downside really.

Not too sure how people are giving negative reviews for this place. Order every week, the pizzas are the best in west derby. By far. My pizza was delivered that quick it was as if it’s came straight out the oven and through my front door. Burnt the top of my mouth but it was stunning food once again. Thank you guys. Keep doing what you’re doing!!

Food always lovely and massive portions! Fast delivery all the time, little bit longer on weekends which is expected! I don’t bother going anywhere else this place is more than good enough for me! Cheesy chips and cheese garlic bread are spot on!

Please don't reduce the amount of pineapple on your Pizza

I had fish’s and chips, on this occasion It was not what I expected, really overcooked batter was burnt. I would not recommend fish and chips at all.

I did like this place but they forgot my sons order and he had to wait again for his food , also the delivery lady is very dramatic because I have a cat , she literally ran down my path when she seen it and near dropped the order passing me the food , she was shaking from head to toe this is the 2nd time she has did this. People have animals get another job , also asking me to leave a good review when I hadn't even opened the food 🙃 plus no free garlic bread when spending over 15 pound .. sorry I won't be back

Took ages to arrive. When it got here the pizza was dry and cold and the chips were cold. I don't know if they're trying to do too many deliveries at once or what, but it was terrible.

Order delivered on time. Kebab was tasty, nicely seasoned, big portion. I will order again.
