Overall a very nice place I recommend. I got pizza and chips and my friend got a massive glass of coke and cheesy fries. Very nice food and the service was good it was just that the staff kept looking at me and my friend and kept laughing

i've used pizaza 10s or even 100s of times recently and i am a big fan but recently, i have seen the service go down and prices go up BUT i didn't say anything until i noticed food quality down derisibly from perfect pizza to semi burnt-dry pizza from big portions to small portions and today i noticed that the smoothies were extremely watered down and the fruit not grounded teribble

Really fun place for kids and food comes quickly and hot. Staff are great.

Service was appalling. Server sat with her back to us chatting on her phone. We asked for starters followed by mains but the mains came first and then the starters so things got cold before we could eat them. Served food without eating implements - we had to go and ask for them. Shame as the food is good

Nice place with good food. If you have small kids I highly recommend going there as there is a small play area for kids. Although we have the same restaurant nearer to us we keep driving there for the kids.

Staff were nice, the place is a mess (they had the mop and its bucket right next to our table) and expensive (35£ for two pizza, a sweet potato bowl and a coke).

Great Kosher pizza restaurant. Very popular with my grandchildren and everyone who likes good pizza! Restaurant is very busy early Sunday evening and has a children's play area at the back of the restaurant. Also serve pasta and delicious salads. The ice-cream and toppings are also really yummy. No booking on a Sunday - its first come first served but they do offer takeaway too.

Just had an order from Pizaza delivered by Deliveroo. I have complained to them but now putting it here. The two pizzas were tasteless.

Be careful when ordering on Deliveroo - order just gets rejected as you are expecting the food to arrive. Apparently the "kitchen was too busy"

Pizaza in Edgware have the best pizza and accompanying food It's always constant fresh and made well. We love eating in. There is a nice setting area and the staff are friendly. There is even a kids play area at the back of the shop, this is so nice when going out with small kids

Unfortunately Pizaza has just sent me a pizza that's almost completely black because it's....burned. I'm very disappointed as I've had this pizza before and it was fine....

Very sloppy in appearance when the pizza was served. Cheese smothered the top of the pizza. It's really a kids place. Wooden bricks came flying into the restaurant from the kids playroom.

Plate was delivered which looked like sick. Cheese covered the whole pizza. Toy bricks were flying in the air into the main dining area. The workers don't care to provide a normal and proper atmosphere.

Very decent pizza with some fantastic salad options, the Pizaza salad is our favourite. We also loved the desert and milkshake options, should have something for everyone. The ‘Icing on the cake’ is that they have a kids play area so the little terrors can entertain themselves whilst the food is being prepared instead of whining and whinging like 3 year olds like to do when they are out of routine.

Had the best Pizza from them yet last night. Wish I could pronounce the name of the Chef (I called to compliment which apparently doesn’t happen all that often). We ordered the Pizza Delux light (brown base) which had loads of toppings, came nice and hot and was cooked to perfection! Ordered from Deliveroo which can be hit and miss (do they juggle our pizza before they arrive?) but on this occasion excellent! Great job!

Pizzas are genuinely delicious from Pizaza but do NOT get it delivered. Today's delivery arrived like this. Clearly had been thrown on the ground. Yet it was still delivered to me despite looking like something a dog threw up. All I could do on Deliveroo was request a refund and go hungry. :( It's too late to order again now. Bitterly disappointed.

Made one the best vanilla milkshakes I have ever tasted, stuff doesn't appear to be reheated, a common failing for takeaways in slow hours, and their pizzas are great!

Busy and welcoming, the decor is looking tired and the toilets are filthy. Nice play area for younger children. Need more staff on front of house on a busy evening.

Ordered pasta salad and pizza. Husband waited 25 mins for it. Got home no pizza. Phoned immediately no one answers,. Husband went back, waitress recognised him an said here is your pizza. Asked for and got complete refund. Waitress said take pizza anyway. Got home pizza completely burned on the bottom, not a little but completely. Will not be going there again. Even if they are mad busy ANSWER THE PHONE.

Good food but took a while for it to be ready

Very good meal and generous portions at an extremely reasonable price. It's a Jewish owned place and has a choice of vegetarian or vegan dishes and does do fishd dishes as well. Definitely worth a try when you are anywhere in the area.

Ordered the pasta penne (£9.50) pretty below average. Pasta was over cooked and mushy, pretty tasteless. Wouldn't recommend their pasta. Never had the pizza though.

Pizaza edgware is by far the greatest of them all. The people were so nice and friendly. Love it!!

The Pizza and pasta are delicious, you can taste the fresh ingredients the portion size is generous, after this my first visit this this place became to be first choice for this kind of food

Fast service and great experience

Ordered food from Deliveroo at 22.40pm, ETA for one pizza and a milkshake was 20 minutes, the order kept being updated every ten min to a later time, I received a notification at 23.55 that my order had been cancelled. If you do not have the capacity do not accept an order and make a customer wait for and hour before cancelling on them. I can say that out of all the Pizaza branches my experience with this branch is the worst they have bad attitude and the food 50 per cent of the time is cold when delivered. Very disappointed with the service!

Ordered through Deliveroo PIZAZA food is good the order system is rubbish and the forget to add part of the deal then try to palm it of as delivreroo’s fault some occasion they sent pizza with out the cheese. Be careful what you order

We ordered a Avocado Antipasti. This was delicious, It was made from Avocado, Eggplant, Eggs, corn and other ingredients. Very good.

Contemporary, cosy and colourful setting. Familiar and well-trodden culinary terrain with little in the way of reinvention nor digression (of course the customers wouldn’t want it any other way) - here they do exactly what it says on the tin and they do it well, actually with, um ... pizzazz🍕. Realistic portion, reasonable price - you’re unlikely to be disappointed. Staff friendly and industry efficient.

Great food and atmosphere particularly for young children.

Took my two five year old grandsons for lunch. They so enjoyed their Margherita pizza - and I also enjoyed my Salade Niçoise. However, the seats were FAR too low for the tables. As an average adult I was very uncomfortable. Portions were too large - FAR too much lettuce in my salad. And ice cream cones - surely for kids? - we’re almost as big as their heads!

I've just downgraded to two stars due to an oddly bureaucratic experience. My son and I came in for the lunch special, which includes a plain pizza, fries and a drink for £11.95. I requested peppers on the pizza, and the waiter said that it would cost £1 extra. I agreed. After the chips were prepared, the waiter came back and informed me that the manager said that the lunch deal would not apply. I spoke with the manager, who clarified that this was indeed the case, and that it would cost an additional £2.50. I said that I'm happy to pay this if indeed it's the case, but that I found this practice a little odd, and would she reconsider. She said that she can't change this policy. I then asked her to proceed anyway, without the deal price. Now, it's not the money, but the weirdly inflexible deal terms that were brought up after they had started fulfilling the order. It's certainly within their right to not change their deal, although not a good idea in my opinion, and especially not after a waiter had accepted my order. It is not exactly a "difficult customisation". Food was decent, place is clean, the kids' play area is a nice touch. Unfortunately, the friendliness level has dropped slightly.

Their soups, pizzas, pasta, bread, desserts, drinks (hot or cold) are absolutely magnificent! We have eaten there several times and never been disappointed.

Excellent food. Clean restaurant and immaculate toilet facilities. Staff were fairly helpful. Although it did feel like we were forgotten about for a short while but otherwise fine. We will return.

Anyone looking for a very nice Kosher Pizza place, this is the place to go. The salads are very good and generous in size compared with other places. Pizza was good but I felt it was slightly over cooked hence 4 stars instead of 5

Had a really delicious, reasonably priced meal. Three kids all very happy as were husband and I. Pizza was awesome but there’s something for everyone, we had salads and pasta too! Massive choice of milkshakes which went down really well as did delicious ice cream! Highly recommend for families and the decor is great too.

What an addition to Edgware and great for families and kids! The staff are super friendly and the pizzas are out of-this-world good...we can't wait to visit again soon - thank you PIZAZA
