Pitta Point in North Somerset

Used to be our favourite takeaway but ordered last night and paid but food never arrived. Checked website which showed as open with a 35 min wait. After 1.5 hours tried to ring but no answer. Not too far away so drove down there to find all closed up. Wondering if that’s permanent? Ordered instead from Real Turkish Doner - food for 2 arrived in 15 mins and there was loads of it enough for 3-4. Delicious!

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. I don’t know where to start 1 hour and 50 minute wait for the wrong order “fast food” more like snail food. starting to think pitta point is actually in greece and got delivered by wheelchair. Forgot the sauce making it drier than my grandads johnson. After i rang up to ask about the pizza they then delivered it 40 minutes later with the wrong toppings sprinkled with mixed herbs. The sausage from the platter was burnt making it look like an unappetising tutankamuns foreskin. After this i decided to cry

Food arrived cold and late rang the restaurant and the guy on the other end of the food needs to learn customer service honestly disappointed in what use to be a good place for food. Oh and the food arrived wrong

I hate leaving bad reviews for independent food businesses but the quality of the food here has declined. I thought it was my imagination until I just looked at other reviews. The pitta bread still tastes fresh and soft but the rest of it is bland and tasteless. I'm sure they used more fresh herbs before but certainly not now. The pork I had, did not taste of pork. I can't imagine what else it might be.

I've been a massive fan of pitta point for 3 years but the last two takeaways I've had 6 months apart have been shocking, all ingredients changed, pizza like thin burnt cardboard, no spicy buffalo sauce in my burger but some weird cheese goop just gross twice on the trot

I previously gave them 5 stars, but recent service has been declining. Food is still very good, but 1 hours 25 minutes delivery times and rude conversation when we called them and asked about where our food was is not OK. We where promised 35 minutes delivery upon order.

Shocking food arrived soggy the pizzas wasnt great and the special pitta point meal was soggy it was like eating slime

Was a regular for a long time. Ordered a vegi pizza came with meat on, tried calling but there phone was off, once arrived in store they told us there store phone was off, well that was just brilliant a takeaway that don’t have a phone on. Refunded us for the pizza but actually not the full amount, and refunded the burnt yeeros. The attitude and smirking from the other staff was really unprofessional, and the seriousness of the matter was shrugged off, food safety is extremely important and should always be taken seriously. We shall not be returning again.

Was once my favourite take away. I’m so sad that it’s turned into the non customer facing take away it’s become. After ordering on Just eat and the food not arriving, your only port of call is to call the restaurant. To then be shouted at , literally screaming down the phone it’s not my problem, is either someone on a really bad day or a firm that shouldn’t be used. Sadly for us it is probably both.

My family always order from Pitta Point and or go to eat at the shop. The food is healthy and portions generous. The owners are so kind and nothing is ever too much. I would definately recommend this place if you are short of time and would like to eat something quick and healthy.

Pita point is on point👏tried pork Gyros and chicken Gyros.Very tasty and flavoured. Original Greek flavours from southern Greece(Crete) as well. Yannis and Sotiria very polite smiley and helpful. Excellent place for takeaway delivery or eat in.Very clean place and also you can listen some of Greek Cretan tradional music(lyra).

Lovely authentic Greek Gyros and Fries. I'd highly recommend trying the pork one. Tzakti is very nice, staff are lovely, and prices are great! Lovely place to find in Weston. Thanks for the great meal 👌❤️

My choice for a delicious burger after an evening out in WSM, Triple cheeseburger for £6.50. And the burgers are big. You cant go wrong visiting here.

We waited 30 minutes after food was due to be delivered to call asking where our food was. They said that food was on the way, it was not. Called them 30 minutes after this call as still nothing, for a lady to explain that food has not even left yet. Not at all apologetic and just asked “do you want to cancel. It is now 9:30pm and we have not eaten.

I never received my order. They confirmed the order but they didn't deliver it by the time they were supposed to. After calling them, I was told that I have to wait longer. I cancelled my order. Never order from them again. Unacceptable and disappointing behaviour. DO NOT accept an order if you can't make it. I was waiting for two hours.

Ordered food 2 hours ago, still not delivered rang got told 20 minutes and it will be here. 40 minutes later still no food, rang again to be told do u want to cancel food. I couldn't believe it waited all that time, ended up calling back as still not delivered. Bad customer service, and no apology will never order from them again.

Food is good quality but service and delivery very bad i take couple orders and my opinion is not only from 1 situation delivery always late never on time from 1-2.5 hr waiting for order when i call to restaurant ladies said is on way after 30 min i call again because my friends waiting for food she said is on way after next 30 min my order come in my friends back home hungry this is my last order from pita point no recommended will be take order from someone else

Hands down the best kebab in Weston! Fresh and tasty, chips were crunchy, meat was moist, salad green and fresh and just the right amount of sauce. No grease. Highly recommended!

Fantastic food and very nice staff

Lovely little place. Was just passing and popped in for a little bite. Staff were really friendly, food was delicious had to go back again today and it was just as good as the first time. If your passing give it a try you won't regret it.

The pizza on delivery was great however the chips were small for the money compared to a lot of other places. I would order the pizza again as it was a great price however the chips felt over priced.

This food is really delicious. We love Greek food and this is by far the best. Great taste and lots for your money. The delivery option is really fast and easy.

Ordered several yerros. Everyone loved them. Decent portion size, so good value for money. I had the halloumi one, and really enjoyed it. Lots of halloumi in it. Will prefer again

My partner and I travel 20 miles to come here, the best kebab in Somerset! The food is always delicious, cooked to perfection and never greasy. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area, wish I could give more than 5 stars👍🏻

Everytime I come to weston I order a lot of food from here because I loved the it., but tonight I am disgusted with what I heard about how my disabled uncle was treated by the delivery driver. My uncle fell out of his wheelchair shortly after ordering food from pitta point outside of his house. Unable to move and unable to get back into his wheel chair my uncle waited hoping help was on its way with the food. The food eventually came but the driver just handed my uncle the food, along with a £4.00 tip and drove off and left my uncle outside in the cold. This is disgusting and I will never order here again.

Best pitta bread . Made fresh that day. I had a gyros mixed delicious. Very generous portions. The chips was as good as in Greece.

Easily our favourite Greek eatery in Weston. The food is always fantastic, extremely well cooked & presentation is great. If you’re looking for a brilliant tasting takeaway, these are your folks. Never a bad meal.

We ordered a beautiful mixed grill for 2. Food arrived promptly, hot and plentiful. Would recommend! (Have since had another selection off the grill on a visit to WSM, and I can once again say it was fantastic. We've all experienced that overly oily "kebab", right? This seems very clean in comparison without excessive pools of oil. 100% recommended

Card machine broken (at the time of visit), had to take out cash on the corner. Not amazing, but the fries are better than the actual meat, of which there was not much to begin with. I ate the entire meal whilst my friends threw out the Pitta bread, not sure why...

Had a yeeros and hotdog last night. My family used to live in crete so we know what Greek fast food should taste like and this did not disappoint. I am from Birmingham and I'm here visiting my nan and all I can say is I wish I could take this place back home with me. Everytime I come to weston I will be making sure I visit this place, just wish I knew about it sooner. Thank you for the tasty food and the fair prices. Really is the best take away I've ever had

Very over priced for what you get. It was meant to be a large lamb and chicken kebab ended up being 3 small skewers of lamb and chips plus a small chicken wrap. All for £20 😳😳 Food came very quick though but presentation wasn’t good

Ordered from here last night, wow it was amazing!, had food from here a few times before and has always been ok, but this place has really gone and made some big changes and what a difference it has made from being good to outstanding, thank you!

Just had my first takeaway from pitta point... It was one of the best yeeros's I've had, my wife had a amazing hotdog and some of the best tzatziki ever... Highly recommended... 5 stars and more

I've tried every Greek place in Weston and this one is by the far the best . Me and my girlfriend both had a wrap and she's a very fussy eater and has alot of stuff not in her wrap and there has been alot of times we have picked our food up from other places and got home realising they havnt taken things out. Both wraps were exactly how we asked for them and both were HUGE we actually struggled to finish them which we havnt found with other places at all. They were also the best wraps we have had so far! When I come to pick up my food It come to just under £20 I said to the lady working don't worry about the change and she asked me to wait 2 seconds. She went to the till and then to the drinks fridge and come back out to me and gave me £4 change which is more than I was owed and a big bottle of coke , she said to me that it's hard times and it's on her. Can't recommend this place highly enough , great food , great price and amazing customer service which alot of other places in Weston greatly lack. 10/10

Just discovered Pitta Point after moving to the area. If you facy something delicious and different, they do authentic Greek fast food. The combination of grilled meat (including lovely pork that you don't get in halal kebab shops) with onions, vegetables, chips and yoghurt is just delicious. Real food. Great service too. Plus good portion sizes which i like. If you like desserts, the walnut pie is to-die-for. And the pizza is LUSH. I've just downgraded a star as the deliveries from here have been half am hour late the last 3 or 4 times I've ordered.

I visited the place last month for first time with my handsband and we were surprised from the quality of Greek food and the portions. Tasty food and large variety. Friendly atmosphere and Greek music! Wow. In a small period of time the owners of the place had done very good job! Congratulations.

I've eaten here twice in a fortnight as the food is beautiful. The closest Greek food you will get outside of Greece itself. Highly recommended.

The food is the best in Weston, its very authentic Greek, so delicious and tasty. The black label burger is sooooo good, pork skewers, yeeros, pizza, it's all delicious so whatever you order you won't be disappointed.

2nd time ordering here and no disappointment in sight! Had to call up as order was a little late but understandable with corona and being a Saturday evening. We'll I can tell you it was worth the wait! Staff were polite and very friendly.. Food was delicious burger and yeeros nothing left! Will be back soon
