Piri Pro (The Original) in Sandwell

I don’t understand the bad reviews for PiriPro. We order from here regularly and the food is always lovely, the price is very good and the staff are really nice.

My food, was delivered on time, everything was still hot, i enjoyed my meal, 👍

Great flavours, great portions, meaty chicken. Always polite and patient delivery drivers

Lack of Updates and Generally takes longer than other service providers

Ordered a chicken halloumi pitta meal and got 3 wings instead rung them up and just said I’ll ring you back and never rung back wasted £12.98

Delicious - not just a take away

absolutely fantastic food just the right heat and tasty.

I have try this place for the first time I ordered and 16inc pizza and some wings the wings was not bad bad but the pizza was so bad there was no taste to it, hardly any cheese it seems like I was been give a nan bread and some toppings at the top!!!! I’m sure no body mind to pay something that expensive as long as it tastes good but here no test also price is ridiculous a Can of Coke on there menu is £1.30 and when I asked how much is it the guy told me £1.50!! I said it’s no expensive man The corner shop is £0.50 he said I’m new this is the price. I didn’t get the drink I was hoping that the food is nice all I can say I spend £25 for uncooked pizza when I asked for thin and crispy I put everything in the bin never again!! I should of seen the reviews first no wonder why they have such a low rating 3.1 wow

refused to deliver food due to being in a block of flats and on the 8th floor after repeatedly telling the delivery driver I'm on crutches and unable to come down to collect with ease and take order and so asked the delivery driver to bring it up to my door. will definitely not be ordering from here again when they are happy to take your money and not deliver your food.

Rapid preparation when ordering for collection. Delicious very flavoursome food, saucy and spicy food, especially the loaded fries. Much better than your average takeaway.

the food was delish but a bit pricy for a chicken n veg box I paid £16. it was a small box. but it was really tasty and enough however £16 was a bit much. the delivery driver was really good.

Food was ordered at 8:10, it finally arrived at 9:50. The order was for x1 rice box and beefy chips only! Extremely disappointed that the restaurant has declined a partial refund for the day through Just Eat, especially as we have ordered regularly in the past

Outstanding delicious food perfectly cooked great delivery

Delivery was later than promised, but it is Saturday night so allowances can be made. The chicken was succulent and tasty, the salad was fresh and crisp - both were excellent and we will certainly order again soon.

Very Very late delivery, asked to be delivered at 15:30, after 3 calls to the shop, the driver said 5 minutes 5 minutes, end up delivering at 16:35, food wasn't hot, not spicy enough, been good in the past, disappointed this time

They got the order wrong. They sent mash potatoes instead of spicy rice.

My friend in Birmingham ordered some mango & lime chicken and a Robinson's Fruit Shoot (blackcurrant flavour, of course). We're having a chat whilst he's eating the food - very tasty - but he's just noticed he's missing the Robinson's Fruit Shoot (blackcurrant flavour, of course)! This has severely impacted his enjoyment of the meal - without the Robinson's Fruit Shoot (blackcurrant flavour, of course) to wash down the chicken his tastebuds can't reset after every bite. Unacceptable - if I hadn't got my Robinson's Fruit Shoot (blackcurrant flavour, of course), it would probably have ruined my evening.

NEVER a bad word to say about this place. The food is always delicious with so much to choose from. Well done Piri Pro. EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS!!!

It’s been 1:42 hrs and counting, still waiting for food. On Deliveroo it says 45min, so more than double the wait. I phoned after 45min, the manager said the delivery just left. He lied as it is only a 10min drive. Update: just got food. Driver said he didn’t leave then. So don’t order from them. Management are liars.

Food was not good. Veggie Calzone was just full of olives and mushrooms. Wings were bland. Phillysteak Calzonewas horrible. Burgers were tasteless. Would not order from here again.

The bbq beefy loaded chips were tasted like they had been drenched in vinegar to the point where we couldn’t finish them. Normally our favourite thing to order but was very disappointing. Don’t know what’s changed as they never used to be like that

After the call the app notified me that more time was needed and it was over 30mins before the delivery. I ended up having dinner after 10pm and the burger pattie was great as always, as were the sides - the bun was rock-hard though and it was like eating a burger sandwiched between crackers. Really frustrating experience, amplified by the chap on the phone clearly just saying anything to get me off the phone, a 'what can I get away with' mentality, rather than 'what would be respectful to a customer'. TLDR - paid £20 for one burger meal and onion rings, waited an hour, got lied to on the phone, waited another half an hour and then received a stale burger

So, the thing is that estimated time is kind of lollipop for the businesses so if they run late they can easily justify it by saying have you checked estimated time? So basically I placed an order for my 2 small pizzas it took more than an hour to get delivered. The quality and Taste was outstanding and great, but if the restaurant is too busy and they can't handle online orders they shouldn't accept it because customers will not like to wait for too long.

Food tasted like it was drizzled in chilli and chips tasted saturated in lemon juice and chicken tasted like rubber, so dissatisfied

Everything was spot on. Burger not fantastically hot but I can forgive that. Delivery guy had issues finding my address and had to holla him out the window when I spotted him banging on a neighbours door. He could have called but other than that no issues at all with the food. Pizza was lovely… definitely not the last time I will be ordering from here 🙂🙂

Delicious burger and fantastic chips

Terrible. Brown soggy salad, water and mayo dripping from small wrap, hard dry chips . £25 to feed two, £10 would have been better spent at McDonalds, who at least has fresh salad and value for money. Chicken was moist, in fairness.

Wings were ok, nice grill taste. Pasta was disappointing. Sounded much nicer on menu than it was. Had a weird sweet taste to the sauce which was off putting with the spicy peppers and beef. Pasta was also really soggy and overcooked. Food was late

First time ever the chicken was very dry and the chicken was not covered in much sauce as it should be… Not impressed guys

Ordered a pro meat lovers burger the meat ended up having a bad taste in it as if its been sitting in the freezer for a few weeks but loaded fries chicken strips and double cheeseburger was much better
