Pinocchio's in Trafford

I don’t regularly post reviews but my kebab was very disappointing. They were just finishing up when I walked in. The kebab meat was luke-warm, on a stale pitta with a lack of salad and sauce. I threw up after eating it. I wish they’d just said no.

Asked for Donner kebab and chips. Donner was horrible in a foil tray all sweaty and chips tasted horrendous like they was old and didn’t even get the naan that I paid for .would not recommend seems to be going downhill.

Food is great. Great service. Favourite takeaway in Urmston and I go to A LOT!!

Not as good as it was. Amazing kitchen very clean It's just generic takeaway Could be amazing if they did a proper kabbab instead of just cheap bought donnor chicken not that tasty

After an earlier misunderstanding, my meal was replaced free of charge. The staff and customer service was excellent and they could not do enough to make amends. Well done on a fantastic service.

I’ve had many a kebab in my time let me tell you,but Pinocchios tops the lot.

Local kebab shop with a decent variety of food. Always busy and looked after.

We would give more stars if possible. We now live in Bristol but whenever we are here or any friends locally come to visit, pizzas are brought and taken home, delicious the first day and even better cold the next day. Thank goodness I marries an Urmaton boy and got to enjoy this place! Thanks for wrapping the pizzas special for us to take them on their journey chaps. Much appreciated.

Won't be ordering from here again. Ordered a seafood pizza (which we had to heat up at home in oven as it was soggy and not cooked ) chips had to be heated up and my pizza a BBQ meat feast was the same as the seafood. I wouldn't even rate it but had to put 1 star to post this

The worst pizza place in Urmston. Each slice was heavy and soggy with the amount of oil pouring through. I nearly got heart disease just looking at it. If you want a good pizza literally go to anywhere else

Been coming for nearly 20 years. Accumulated around 400 orders and 99% of the time everything is absolutely bob on and nothing wrong with the service. Confused as to why people who have also (apparently) been coming for years chose to leave 1 star reviews due to 1 bad experience. Best takeaway in Urmston.

I have been to a fair share of takeaways, and definately have to say this is the best by far. I have been a regular customer for years. Great service and value for money and the staff are really friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Came late around 30 minutes beforenthey close and they had the donner packed away and no naan available. So asked for 2 regular donner meat and chips. Unfortunately got charged for large each time which was nearly £8 and the donner was like cardboard and they really shouldn't have allowed themselves to sell it as it was terrible Would be 0 stars but I'll allow the 1 star for the excellence garlic mayo they have. Maybe I should try earlier but for my 1st time experience it did not even come close to expectations

I've been ordering from here for 20 plus years, the food used to be great but in the last 18 months it's gone rapidly down hill. I live 2 mins away from the takeaway however my order tonight took over an hour and a half to be delivered. When it finally arrived I received half cooked soggy chips, a luke warm chewy garlic bread with cheese which has sadly become the norm and not very nice donner meat. The webpage states "We take great pride in the freshness and quality of our food, service and hygeine"... Ha yeh right, everyone i know who has ordered from you lately doesn't agree! Further more, the takeaway has increased it's prices ridiculously, more than any other take away in Urmston but at the same time massively lowered it's food standards to i don't care what i send out standards. Never again, after all these years the relationship is over. You ought to be ashamed Pinnochios!

We had a great take away from Pinocchio's whilst watching the football. A really solid take away pizza! The crusts were all eaten too which is always the sign of good dough. Fresh and tasty toppings and a decent variation of combinations. We'll be back!

Pinocchio’s can be a bit expensive for pizza or kebab..But I tend to forget the price after eating their food. Reliable, good quality & super tasty food - it's a regular that I'd suggest

The man who took my order on the phone sounded drunk or stoned!!!! He couldn’t understand anything I asked for. Waited an hour for food when he said 10-15 minutes. Terrible, would not recommend. Definitely won’t be using these again , ever.

Stop forcing large portions onto people. Half this is going in the bin, for what? Just a waste of food and money for what? Will not be back till small portions are available. People starving and you want to charge people so they can throw it in the bin? Disgusting dishonest service.

We have been coming here a couple of times. The staff have been rude on multiple occasions talking In their language and laughing. Whenever we have made an order they have been aggressive over the phone. The food is not always great falls apart when you open it. Not worth your money Lost loyal customers.

We always enjoy the food from there be it pizzas kebabs or burgers. Only downside is they have one very impatient person doing the deliveries

Hot shot pizza best ever pizza. Prices are steep though Edit There is no consistency with pizzas coming out anymore. Toppings are minimal and for the price Its shocking.

Loved the hotshot pizza. Greek salad was amazing. Second visit got same again but this time kids chicken nuggets. I was blown away when i realised that the nuggets are 100% chicken breast fillet pieces. Drive from sale in future just to eat from here.

Best kebab about mate been going as a kid pay an extra quid or two bit for the quality and taste that ain't a problem to eat the best about

Excellent food, lenght of wait can vary depending on how busy they are but never longer than 45 minutes.

Food was great - have it here again !! The driver was great too didn't have any change so came back with the £3.40 owed us- great food great driver !!!

Had a takeaway from Urmston tonight part of the order was a shish kebab large, my son picked it up cost of the takeout was £28 so wasn't cheap. The kebab which came was more like a small kebab and was ordered with sweetcorn relish and a bit of hot chilli sauce. I opened the kebab and it was smothered in hot sauce which contains mayonnaise I think which I dont eat. I rang them up to say it was the wrong sauce as i dont eat mayonnaise, and the man who answered the phone put the manager on who said he took the order and said it was ordered with hot sauce. As I was sat with my son whilst he ordered the food over the phone and distinctly asked for hot chilli sauce which is totally different to just hot sauce. What I'm trying to say is the man wasn't sympathetic at all NO apologies or anything. Hence the kebab went straight into the bin and I can honestly say I'll never eat from there ever again which is a shame because I love the food even if it is on the small side. But the service STINKS.

Been coming here for 20 years, food was always really nice. Had kebab tonight though which wasn't as good as usual, asked for garlic naan but couldn't taste garlic and bread was quite dry, bit pricey but suppose this is keeping up with the times.

I love this place. I've been getting great takeaway food from here for over 20 years. Excellent prices too.

Hot chilli sauce tasted like spicey vinegar and chips had far too much salt on...inedible

Can't beat the place, we always have to pop in whilst we are in the area as we no longer live local. You won't find better in Urmston

Food smelt disgusting, rang up, staff were rude and did not offer any kind of useful refund, also insinuated we were lying over the hideous smell that came off our chicken pizza. Will not be returning :(

Just the best pizzas in town, by far.

Really nice food. Outstandingly clean every time i go in. A bit pricey for a take a way but worth it to know your food is fresh and prepared in a sanitised kitchen. Staff are always friendly and good with the kids. They offer delivery and have a card machine. Good vegetarian options. Offer some desserts as well.

After delivering of our order we discovered it was incorrect. We rang them on the first occasion and they said that they would sort it out next time, ( next time we order ). I rang back saying that this was not acceptable as I had a party of people waiting for the food. The next time I rang they just put the phone down on me. Tried to ring back but constantly engaged!!

Wouldn't go anywhere else in Urmston for a takeaway, great chicken, good pizzas and always prompt with delivery!

Not ate from this place in a long time but i ordered from there yesterday not long after they opened and placed an order for about 25 pound the food was awful and clearly not cooked properly as everyone who ate the food is feeling very ill and has been of work and school because they feel ill which is clearly from the undercook food was awful never ordering anything from there again disgraceful

Terrible shish and terrible customer service. When I got home with my food and opened it I was gutted.it looked like dog meat that had been skewered and burnt. Aaaaaaarrrggghhh...!!! And when I took it back they just ranted about how well they cleaned up. I wasn't complaining about cleaning.I was complaining about the state of my food. Terrible.

Asked for a thin crust pizza and was presented a truck tire. The pizza was passable but I dread to think what would happen if somebody asked for a thick crust. I called up to ask and they were rude and offensive, very dismissive and condescending. When I asked again the Manager claimed he'd had no complaints in 20 years. Welcome to the internet. It was rubbish.

Disgusting.... cold and sweaty. 1hour 35 minutes it took to deliver!!! If you want hot and tasty food this is not the place for it.

Great food choice for lunchtime, Shame they now are only open 4-11.30pm So I can't have Lunch there anymore. Always seemed busy enough at lunch??

Abslutely great! Been ordering from Pinocchio's for 3 years never had bag experience. Food is absolutely great. Favorite Donner kebab, pizza Margerita and calzones. Well done lads.

disgusting customer service delivered with poor attitude when i ask why only half of my ordered was delivered. WONT BE GETTING MY CUSTOM AGAIN!!!!
