AVOID IF U VALUE YOUR FAMILIES HEALTH! Went the with family who have all ended up ill and throwing up. Poured little carton of milk in tea and it curdled. How?? Its long life milk?? Desserts were stale. Pancakes were stale. More style than substance

Went there this evening and the food was good as usual. It was nice to see that they had stopped selling Coke & Pepsi in protest to the genocide taking place.

Ordered a delivery from here this evening. Thought it was a little expensive but it was a treat for a night in without our children. It left the restaurant and didnt arrive to us until 30 minutes late. The mini pancakes arrived cold with what can only be described at cheap chocolate sauce like the ice cream man has. This was supposed to be kinder never seen kinder. The lotus biscoff pancakes where over cooked. Half inedible with the cheap chocolate sauce. £8 for pancakes which are inedible. The cake shake just tasted like an ice cream milkshake. No whipped cream or cake. Alot of money wasted this evening and most definitely will not be ordering or going to this place again.

The food here is absolutely amazing ! Mainly come for the desserts that are unreal , best customer service , will have a conversation with you most friendly team you will meet , definitely worth coming here to try everything they have !!

Fantastic restaurant , it’s clean, tidy and they have good music on. Amazing burgers, really tasty. Child friendly my 5 year old loves the vibe. 10/10 service from the lads!

If I could give less than a 1 star I would, we went as a large family group, ordered various items from menu all savoury and no desserts, took almost an hour to serve, chips were hollow and overcooked, all wings and tenders were the frozen packet type and just slapped with sauce on top,a portion of the wings literally stank of old mouldy chicken, the apache mojito (£6.50)was just a standard lemonade with the syrup sunk underneath, safe to say won't be recommending or visiting again oh and the prices were shocking (£1.10 on average per wing) don't mind paying if food is to that level but this was utterly disgusting and disappointing.

Walked into Pink Drip as a family to order and takeaway, ordered the kinder bueno mini pancakes which almost took half an hour to be done whilst the place was not busy at all. For £8 we got a few mini pancakes with a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and 2 squares of kinder bueno. It just isn’t worth the money, that paired up with the awful service which seemed like everyone was in a bad mood and not wanting to work is what topped it off. Although the decoration is pretty, we will not be visiting again unfortunately.

I’ve always loved pink drips. Huge fan of their tasty chicken tenders, decor and milkshakes. However, very unhappy this time. Ordered the Dutch pancakes…they came cold & tasted like batter (undercooked). Possibly from the day before or reheated from earlier. Waiter didn’t even come back and ask if everything was okay. For £8 each portion of Dutch pancakes it’s ridiculous and a rip off. Really disappointed. Safe to say I won’t be visiting for desert again.

It was really quiet when I went, the service and food were pretty good too; especially the dessert. The restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing. :))

Regret eating here, it looks great on social media but the food is subpar at best. A small chicken burger for £10, that’s without chips and drink. Came in a basket, no tissues or sauces provided. The wrap was the worst part though, a tiny tortilla wrap with two small chicken tenders inside. Could’ve made something better at home. Wanted to try ice cream rolls but £8 (!) was extortionate. Something like that should cost £4 at most. Music was way too loud and staff looked depressed. Alarm bells should’ve been ringing as soon as I pulled up and saw about 3 people inside on a Saturday night. Tried once, won’t be trying ever again.

Great experience. First time we've been but it was great. Food was lovely and service was great. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favourite places. The food is always good, very well served, warm and fresh. The decor is a must, but my big 5 stars it goes to the music played in there all the time eheheh. Service by workers could be better. They always bring the food, but no cluttery os napkins. They are quit slow too. Excelent place for photos ehehe

Venue was clean, and has great decor with the booths etc, imagine great for groups of 4 or 5... Was a little bit too much on the colder side for my liking. Service: No smiles, welcome's or anything like... shown to a table and told to quote the table number when you go up to order... Man at till, again, no smiles or anything just a simple 'what can i get you?' Ordered Churro's... the chocolate sauce and fererro's were lush, cant really go wrong with them, but the Churro's themselves, sadly were very dissappointing!! Clearly cooked earlier in the day (maybe even yesterday) and very obviously reheated... they were tepid at best and an absolute mare to cut through with the knife and fork provided..., tough and chewy... could taste the oil hugely, another sign they have been sat around waiting for somebody to order them.

Worst desserts ever chorres was over cooked full of oil cheese cake was so stale also what a waste sent my partner bk in and they was rude saying that's how they are wow bad service

Very bad experience ... served cold dessert after 45 minutes and then talked rudely. Never recommend to anyone.

Had the churros and Dutch pancakes and would not recommend - too expensive for what it was. Would not give us tap water when asked as well

Very poor food, we ordered some desserts and the chocolate was burnt and the strawberries were pale and smelt, my sons hot dog bread tasted metallic and stale, everything went in the bin. I will be enquiring about a full refund from Uber Eats. Never again!

Unfortunately the presentation did meet the food quality, pancakes were semi cold, jam sponge would have been better from Lidl.

Ambience was good. Food, well value for money was definitely not delivered. I ordered a burger. It was around £9 without meal and was the tiniest one i ever had. Disassembled, everything was just slipping out with every bite. Bun was if cheapest quality. Even for eating in, you get a buger packed in paper and placed in a shabby basket. On complaint, a rude, non apologetic management is there with no regrets. I wouldn't go there again. Disappointed.

Awful! £52 for 12 chicken wings 6 chicken tenders and 2 hot dogs that looked like they had been gotten out of the bin. Tiny portions that tasted like garbage and uninterested staff. Do not go.

Rude. Big headed. Obnoxious. I dislike giving bad reviews but if one place needed it, it’s this place. Copper Pot is equally as bad, must run under same management. All the food is probably processed food from Asda’s. They don’t acknowledge customers at all. Food takes like an hour to arrive. They serve your deserts before your mains arrive. Giving these lot a 1 star is too much. 0 would be more reflective of this place. Guaranteed this place have many fake reviews posted to boost their status. Absolutely joke.

Very expensive, there isn’t even napkins available (I used my child wipes to clean myself), staff not even bother to ask if everything it’s ok. Waiting time it’s massive for empty house, myself and my kids were so bored waiting that we couldn’t wait to go home. Environment music isn’t appropriate for children with extremely loud rap/pop swearing words, I was completely shocked! I order 6 ferrero churros and 5 strawberry pancakes. Please note those are miniatures of it. I couldn’t barely see it, specially the pancakes. I order the churros for my little one because was the only thing she likes from the menu (she is autistic). This was too chewy, with a little tiny feeling of chocolate…nothing like what’s the real churros. I ended up eating them it’s sweet that’s all I can say. When I paid they didn’t given receipt. I had to change my child and didn’t find any changing facilities. Such a beautiful space with such potential, shame the service is not really what you are pay for. Unfortunately, will not be back again to this place!

Might as well start with the good. Jammy dodger milkshake was decent. Everything else I had ordered was just average but premium priced. The place looks nice but in all honestly I find it so ignorant that they just play punjab music really loud! Mega off put. I wouldn't go again only for a take away milkshake and then. I'd be tempted to go elsewhere because of the music issue.

They don't deserve 1 star even Went yesterday first time ordered £9 southern burger and separate £5 fries and £9 brownie sundae They served me sundae first and burger came after 20 min which was a simple cheese burger nothing special in it wasn't tasty at all and wasn't one I ordered when i told them it isn't what i ordered or nor as mentioned in menu and was smelling which i didn't eat, so they just gave me spicy separate sauce with it portions were too small prices are way more high. Till i ate fries my sundae was is liquid form needed a straw to drink it , sundae brownies bites were as bought directly from Asda and simple vanilla ice cream with it no special tastes And they gave no tissues. Really bad services and bad food Really waste of money and time better stay home save your money.

Milkshake was good but expensive

It has the potential! It looks nice and the guys in the shop are nice however, there were only 4 basic choices of ice cream and the churros were not fresh and tasted like they had been re fried 4 or 5 times

Easily the worst service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Appalling, if I could give less than 1 star I would. Over an hour to get food or drink.

Food was ok but sat and waited an hour for it, with two very bored children. Won't be going again. Wasn't the cleanest place we have been to, sticky hand marks on the seats and bits of rubbish down the edge of the cushions, toilets didn't look too clean either. Would expect a better customer experience for the price we paid.

It was ok. For the price it was a bit basic, and the cheese on the fries wasn't nice, it was that nacho cheese. Reminded me a bit of nandos. However i would go again to try a milkshake and dessert.

Burger has gone downhill to a small frozen patty, everything is overpriced and individual. Chips the only worthwhile part.

Lovely decor with so much attention to detail. The price is reflected in todays rising economy, people don't seem to understand that your also paying for the experience to be there. We went for my daughters birthday and staff even sang happy birthday to her. Lovely service and food, would recommend. May Allah put barakat in your business

The servers of this place could learn a thing or two about manners! One server rolled his eyes at my friend to her face because we asked for the things we ordered. The chicken was ok nothing to exciting, way too much sauce on the chips. We ordered churros for dessert which resembled that of.a brick! If I wanted to eat a brick for dessert I would have gone to my local construction site and covered it in oil. I feel an emergency dental appointment would have imminent if I would have finished my bricks (churros)

Large menu but not much imagination. Majority of options have same basic ingredients like a small portion of ice cream, lots of ( too much) sauce and a small amount of side options such as banana or strawberry. Banana sundae ruined by too much sauce. Banana waffle again too much sauce and a measly amount of ice cream and Banana. No finishing touches such as nuts, 100s&1000s , choc flakes, whipped cream etc.

Place looks absolutely amazing and the level of service is second to none, but be aware prices are very high. I paid £15 for two normal sized milkshakes and in all honesty it wasn’t anything special.

Ill be honest, one of the worst dessert places I’ve been to. Went a while a go now but have since forgotten to write this review but hopefully this place has improved since then. On the night, many things went wrong. Biggest issue was they didnt have custard for our chocolate sponge cake. How does a dessert place not have dessert in stock. Baffling. The spoons for the ice cream were small and fragile for the hard ice cream. Food was of poor quality aswell. You can tell its bulk bought from the likes of costco and then just re heated. I hope this place has improved since then. Has beautiful decor but a shame the food doesnt live up to it.

The interior is so pretty, perfect for Eid. The food could be a little nicer and maybe cheaper as it wasn’t mind blowing. Would definitely go again and staff were very nice

My family and I went … we were extremely underwhelmed . Cold food , over priced , bad bad service . Asked a member of staff for our drinks 30 minutes after we got there … he didn’t get them . Eventually went to get them myself , asked the same guy 3 times ketchup. The food came … it was cold. The fishbowl drink is blackcurrant cordial with a few jelly sweets in it for £10 . Avoid this place . Looks great but really isn’t !!

Brilliant service and friendly staff and the food was excellent

I went here with my daughter on the weekend for a treat and I was so shocked at how bad it was. They very rude about how much we need to spend to eat there. And the food tasted like it was sitting around for days and then heated in a microwave. I don’t know how to describe this taste. I was gutted specially because it was a rare treat for us.

It's expensive and the portion is small...

This is one of the best desserts place around, can be pricey but you really do get what you pay for as this place is out of this world. Great decor makes it fun and inviting the kids loved it. Great selection of food and they do also sell burgers but we only went for the desserts which are massive but you can ask for a box to take the rest home. Shakes are also a great addition. Friendly staff and a great end to the evening

I ordered an original hotdog with fries, the fries were great but the hotdog was slightly burnt. I then ordered a 'The lady in pink' mocktail. It took over an hour just for the drink which was quite annoying. I did quite like the flavor but the amount of leaves and lime in my drink was a bit ridiculous. Pretty good overall just wouldn't reccomend the drink. EDIT I ordered a oreo waffle, came with a bag of plastic cutlery? For thr price this place costs I figured the cutlery would atleast be metal. And milkshakes don't come with a spoon or anything to eat it with. I would recommend going to coco's instead.

Over rated .small portions highly prices.two out of 4 deserts wer dried out ( churros and cookie dough was too dry ).the decor is nice n picture perfect.
