Lovely food freshly made and very tasty. Premesis are always spotlessly clean. Deifinitely the best Chinese in Abertillery. Visit regularly and never disappointed. Always very busy especially on weekends so place your order early

This takeaway has been our regular weekly chinese treat for more years than i care to mention. Please be aware that this is not a sit down restaurant. You can ring up in advance and place your order but you must be able to pick it up.

Has been quite frankly the best Chinese takeaway in the town for over 20 years that should tell you something. It was the first Chinese back in the day where you could watch Ping cooking instead of hidden behind a hatch. I have never ever had a bad meal from here always made welcome by Ming or Fiona my biggest issue is I can never decide what I want to eat as it is all great food.

This is takeaway only, in case anyone thinks they can sit down for a meal. The price is on the high side (£3 for a portion of mushrooms and £1.40 for a pot of delicious curry sauce) but the food is worth it. However, it's not exactly customer-focussed. There's a notice advising 'walk-in' customers that they might have to wait 45 minutes at busy times and believe it or not they don't do deliveries (although of course you can order and then order a taxi to pick it up). I've also noticed that people who order often have to wait 5-10 minutes for their food. I suspect that they don't start cooking the order until you actually turn up (which defeats the object). I've had waits (even after having ordered) and to be honest we don't use Pings as much as we used to because of that. However, even after this I think it's worth a 4 because of the quality of food, despite price and the wait.

Best takeaway I've ever had! Never tasted curry like it. Excellent service and run by a very nice family. I actually live about 10 miles away but always travel here as the food is so good. The day this place closes will be a sad day for the community of abertillery.....please don't close......................
