Pierogarnia Traditional Polish Dumplings in Southampton

Apparently Is still open but every time when i was going there,was closed,in various days of the week.

I recently visited Pierogarnia and I must say, their Polish dumplings (pierogi) are simply out of this world! The portions were generous, and the service was warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend to anyone who loves authentic Polish cuisine.

Best dumplings in England, the fillings and toppings are like no other. Workers are amazing and make sure you have everything you need

Excellent pierogi (dumplings), very tasty and sensibly priced, too. Great service from Paulina, who was very nice, helpful, and kind.

Ordered 4 times and delicious every time! So far we've tried blueberry, farmer's, Russian and chicken. The favorites at the moment are farmers' ones, although I didn't expect that I would ever like them more than Russian ones 😁 great!

We were at the dumpling shop for the third time, the two previous visits were satisfactory, the third visit on Saturday was terrible, the gentleman serving was sad, the dumplings were cold and overcooked, the mushrooms were floating out and everything was soaked with water. We won't be back. I do not recommend

Food amazing. Service absolutely unexperienced. We were waiting a long time for food. The waiter was cooking our food and didn't know the menu well. Looks like it was his first day at work. Not sure whether I will go there again. Pierogi delicious

Nice to have a vegan perogi! It was quiet and deserves more attention. I wish a little pickled veg would come with the dumplings but overall it was great! Would return when in South Hampton.

this is some mockery for the second time in a row I order dumplings with blueberries and I got them with strawberries and I wrote to them not to make a mistake this time

I checked opening times day before and it said it opens at 12. I wasted my time waiting for them to open because I was in a rush, 20 minutes later and they're still closed and there is no information anywhere about delay.

I ordered for collection. The restaurant confirmed that the order will be ready at 11.30 am (30 minutes waiting). When I arrived to collect I was informed that it will take another 10 minutes as the restaurant is still closed and they do not know why Just Eat was allowed to submit the order. I waiting 15 minutes ( 45 minutes in total). No apologies.

Food good quality but they forgot adds like fried onions on top of dumplings,send just plain dumplings

Wife and I ordered dumplings and a drink each. Only one other family in there waiting for their food. Paid on ordering our food. 30 minutes walked out as no drink was given to us and we were still waiting for our food. Never again in there

Went for a all you can eat buffet option for pierogi (dumplings) and was not disappointed. They were fresh as well as absolutely delicious and worth every penny. The menu has loads to choose from so there is bound to be something in there for everyone's taste. There is also a gluten free option for those that need it and other dishes that can be ordered off the menu though that are excluded from buffet option. Everything is very reasonably priced in my opinion. You place an order, telling the staff which dumplings you'd like and how many, including any side servings you might want, they prep them for you and bring it to your table. Absolutely delicious.

Both English and Polish food available. I love the Pierogi while my Daughter and Wife adore their pizzas. (I know Pizzas aren't English but you know what I mean!!)

If I could put 0 starts i would. AVOID!!! Do not make the same mistake, by going there. The worst polish food I've EVER had. I don't even know how it went so wrong with simple polish dishes. Pierogi i have better from the pack in supermarket. Fried onion on top was white, in raw oil. Placki ziemniaczane (potato pancakes) literally swimming in oil!!! And barszcz 🤷 I rather have from Winiary powder. The most wasted 20od quid ever. No wonder was totally empty when me and my two friends came in. I usually don't put bad reviews, but i don't want anyone to make the same mistake, and waste money and time

We were there today, we went on recommendation, I think we would have eaten better in Mac, the Gypsy cake was served almost cold, there was nothing crazy, I even had to ask for coffee, it was the first and last time

Very tasty good eating healthy and filling food a little bit expensive but very nice as a treat. I love their chips and English food too. Thankyou. I love the quick no pressure, table service. Well done staff. Nut allergy I have too and they are very happy to go through all the menu and check what I could eat and no mixed cooking all separately done and served on plates and wooden blocks. Very cleaned and tidy. Thank you.

Unfortunately, grapeshot machines are too expensive, especially since they are so small, at this price they should be bigger

Very very tasty dumplings. The bacon and sausage (farmers dumpling) were perfect. The Russian ones (cream cheese Potatoe and onion) has amazing comfort food vibes The saukraut and mushroom ones were solid too. However not exactly cheap, or huge portions, but very rich food, satisfying authentic tasting that to me is worth it

Great Russian dumplings, dumplings, onion with bacon and brewery. Good place to visit, very tasty.

I don't recommend it, I got burnt dumplings covered with sauce. This is a joke!!! Especially since the waiter saw that they were burnt and pointed out to my friend, but she served them anyway, covering them with sauce. I would definitely replace the staff!!!

This place It's a absolutely joke . If You Don't know how to reheat And fry food Don't do that . Gulash was incredibly dry and finished with crunchy fresh peppers with burned potato Cakes Obviously the most burned in the bottom. AVOID

The best Polish dumplings I ever had in Hampshire and even hard to find competition in Poland (maybe made by Grandma's only). All options, cottage cheese&potato, farmers one, meat and sweet are absolutely delicious. Service was great and super friendly. If you're looking for home taste pierogi this is the right place to go 👌

What can I say. The taste of my childhood. I hope I wont upset my mum but Pierogi tasted as good as hers! These pierogi its not only food, its recalling memories experience. I am very fussy in terms of food in restaurants. I believe that if you pay for food made by experienced chef will taste remarkably, and I was not disappointed at all. Wife had traditional "Rolada" and I had all you can eat option Pierogi with meat, mushrooms and very little sauerkraut, all topped with bacon scratchings on onion. Heaven. I eat a lot but could only "shovel" in 17 of them. Also staff: Katarzyna ( the nice to look at one :))was very professional, kind and helpful. We've met her for first time but we had a chat like knowing each other for years. Lastly, my wife and I decided to visit Pierogarnia every Sunday as the cost is nothing, comparing to hours of making and cooking pierogis. And is cheaper that Shire or little "Perozek" on Shirley. Oh, and music in the background, bluesy, jazzy calming music makes dinner even more enjoyable.

I stumbled upon this place when entering the Marlands. The pierogi is very traditional. There are a lot of options. I would recommend to anyone who loves pierogi but doesn’t have the time to make them! The beer selection was also good. Maybe downside is price .

Really tasty traditional dumplings. We had Russian dumplings (potato and cheese) and mushroom chicken cheese dumplings. You need to ask for a sour cream because that is what makes it special and adds that tasty smooth flavor. I also like that it’s super clean there always. Thanks

13th October. Party of 4, I had the cheese burger with fries and coleslaw, On the menu it states Gf, asked the man serving if it was GF, he said yes, but oh no no it wasn't, within the hour horrendous vomiting, pains, swollen tummy, Can only be this as I hadn't eaten elsewhere. Appreciate the guy was working alone and quite busy, but please....have a little think of your prep area,hands in gloves?-change them, utensils, cross contamination easily happens, but it's something you really need to be sure does not happen.

I wonder what the freshest dumplings are made of? Reply "all of them because they are frozen". Thank you and goodbye, I have frozen ones in the store. As an answer: please do not write that it is not realistic to make dumplings on site, because that is ridiculous. Especially in a restaurant where only (or mainly) dumplings are sold. But when you have one lady serving Pierogarnie + Burger and Chips (two stands next to each other and you don't know what you're going into), it's no wonder that you can't do anything fresh. And no people + the gentleman's comment below + information about frozen food made my rating. Frozen dumplings from Jawo also taste good, but not like 'mother's'. I also wish you reflection and humility, because I wasn't the only one who wrote a negative comment. Regards

Good food, on the expensive side, but the Spanish techno music and bright lighting just doesn't quite make it for me.

For me, the best dumplings in town, lots of stuffing, delicate dough. We ordered farmer's cheese, with meat and blueberries. YUMMY!!! We will definitely order again. I recommend!!!

Pierogi, very small, but quite tasty, but not impressive. The price is definitely not adequate and adding £0.50 for extras at an already high price, unfortunately I am against it.

They won't understand. On Google it may be until 8 p.m. We were there at 7 p.m. and they said it was closed. Waste of time.

I don't know who says these are good dumplings because they weren't even close to good dumplings, the dough was cooked from frozen food, the dough was rubber, the stuffing was still partially cold, I don't recommend it

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I bought Russian pierogi, they were very tasty and dough had perfect thickness. Personally I'd prefer them to be seasoned a little bit more, but they were delicious nonetheless. I definitely will visit again soon :)

Dumplings simply perfect!!! They reminded us of the taste of childhood when grandma used to bake in her old cottage😊we ate it with sweet cheese and it was truly heaven🤣we highly recommend it to everyone!!!!

I think the first place on Just Eat where I got freshly made food! The taste is incredibly homy. I am impressed with every detail in the taste and package when the good arived. If you would like to try traditional Polish food, this is your best choice in Southampton. Thank you so much for Opportunity to taste a little bit of home cousine.

Food arrived nicely packaged, however I think it’s a bit overpriced compared to what you’re getting from the restaurant. I would not order again.
