Best service from a takeaway I've ever had, really went out there way for my order, thanks!

Lovely food, quick service, can be a very busy business but they keep you up to date with waiting times.. friendly customer service, reasonable prices for food.. happy to amend anything on your order if you wasn't quite happy.. over all very good people and business

Chips and cheese hardly any cheese, burger was greesy and had the box clossed on it, cheesy garlic bread 4.50 to look like that. Said to other half this reminds us why we never go there

The food is good if you can get it delivered and it is a big IF. After waiting an hour after the delivery time they gave us we rang up to see what had happened and were told someone had rung up and cancelled our delivery 15 mins ago (which doesn’t explain why they hadn’t delivered it in the intervening time). We explained that certainly hadn’t happened and that we were supporting people in an institution who were all waiting for meds (around mealtimes etc) and please could they tell us how long it would be - the person on the phone suddenly couldn’t speak or understand English. We were patient and explained the situation again many times, eventually we were told it would take another 45 minutes. . . We gave up at this point and cancelled the order. This is the third time we have had real problems with delivery but we continued to use them after the first two because the food is good and the people we support like it but we will never, ever use the delivery service again but will collect in person as they prioritise walk ins from the street and any orders ready are used to fill these before honouring the online or telephone orders, they told us this the last time we had difficulties ‘we will put some more in for you’. Although we may be forced to continue to use them occasionally in a professional sense, we will walk in and order as it is the only reliable way to receive your order but personally I will never use them again. I don’t like being lied to (no one cancelled the order obviously) and the staff were deliberately obfuscating. It is a real shame that good food can be ruined by such unreliable/poor service

The only place I would order from if you want a burger they have to be the best in Cinderford the chips also tastes amazing friendly staff

Fast and friendly! Great pizzas that are always cooked to perfection. The menu has a wide range of toppings, pizzas, burgers and dips to choose from. Hats off to the lovely staff that came back and gave us a free box of fries after my three year old daughter was upset. 🍕

The staff are friendly, great with providing information about the food and ingredients. The Burgers are high quality, quite impressed by how affordable the prices were. Definitely coming back here again.

They do really nice food, great service and friendly staff, they do home delivery services as well the ONLY drawback is CASH ONLY apart from that nice takeaway.

Pizza is usually really good and the stuffed crust used to be excellent but ordering yesterday as a treat we got stuffed crust that tasted like it was stuffed with a sub-par cheddar and got no pots of sauces at all. I don't like cheddar at the best of times and they used to use mozzarella, I think. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth (Pun intended) which is really disappointing because the food is normally amazing, the staff are always friendly and helpful plus the delivery times are pretty good. Felt like I had to leave some feedback as a long time customer and I don't know where else to leave this, if I order again in the future and they change back to the stuff I loved I will remember to amend.

Good customer service and excellent food

Food is always good from here. However, last month I got a chicken wrap meal for £8 something. Went this evening the price has skyrocketed to £11.90. When I queried why they have menus stuck to wall with the old price they said there menu makers made some typos. I know inflation is high but jesus, need to remortgage for two meals here now

Just had to throw £26 worth of pizza in the bin - asked for extra tomato and not too much cheese - there was so much cheese we couldn't eat it and the tomato sauce was still at the shop - it was disgusting! 🤮 will never use again.

Always have great pizza from here. The staff are nice too. We ordered in person instead of online, because of having no power from the storms. They were super busy, but still.managed to provide a beautiful pizza from scratch within 20 minutes. Very impressed

Order placed at 9:05 so plenty of time before closing failed to deliver Edit: ordered again tonight ordered at 5:15 called multiple times they said they'll send it again and 5 hours later still nothing won't be ordering from here again

Absolutely no customer service, would rather blame the customer for their lack of local knowledge, instead of taking responsibility for their own error! Don’t bother complaining, they’ll just put the phone down on you! Didn’t really expect very much from this vendor, unfortunately we received less than expected!

The pizza is decent but for anything else I would definitely go next door to the kebab House for anything else. The pizza is good but I'm not too sure about their hygiene here so I usually go the kebab next door, I come here when I'm in the mood for pizza though.

When placing an order for delivery .I found them very abrupt verging on rude. No time to ask or explain. If it wasnt for the fact my kids love it. I wouldn't promote them to my friends.

Disgusting hygiene, god knows how they got a 5 rating! Watched one worker wiping a waste bin out with a rag, then went straight to fresh ham and sorted it into pans with his hands! No gloves, didnt even wash them! When i told him he claimed not to speak english! A report will be going into enviro health!... eerr no i didnt eat there!..

Best Pizzas in the Forest of Dean. Their pizza style Garlic bread with cheese is superb as is the free Garlic dip.

Needs space for people to sit down

Friendly staff, good delivery times and flexible with instructions (I.e. I've had them deliver to my work and leave it with security and when they come to my house the driver phones me so he doesn't wake anyone up.)
