Picantes Tex Mex in Sandwell

Don't bother ordering from here. My food never arrived even though I paid for it. I rang to discuss with them, they wasn't interested in the slightest, just rude and patronising. Don't waste your money because you won't get your food!

Got home and noticed my chips had a hair in. I called to ask for a refund, for the whole meal as I didn’t eat the chicken fajita wrap after I found the hair. They said that was fine and then I went to the shop, and after absolutely no apology I was given £2 from the till. The service is 0/10 not to mention the place obviously lacking hygiene. First and last time going here.

i always order a peri peri burger and it’s always tastes amazing and the chips are always fresh and tasty REALLY RECOMMEND!!!

Ordered some burgers from here and they were absolutely delicious. Like American style bugers. Really meaty and filling. Chips were hot and tasty too!

Who said this food is healthy. Deep fried food with so much oil and all there is, is protein and carbs and loaded with cheese no salads. It was terrible I ordered the stir fry chips with chicken. BIG MISTAKE!! They need to rename there” HEALTHY GRILL” part because this ain’t no healthy restaurant 😁

I always order from here and never disappointed, this time I ate in, the customer service was exceptional, went above and beyond despite being busy. I never order salmon from restaurants and takeaways because they're either too watery or tasteless, to my surprise it was just right. After finishing my meal, my friend wanted a milkshake, at this point the queue was long, the chefs recognised I was in the queue asked what I wanted and ensured they started the milkshake so when it came to paying it was already done. It was my friends first experience there and she was impressed. My only critique is that the dining area could be updated and it got abit cold but other than that keep doing what you're doing 👌

Been here a few times. Certain things are worth getting. But others are not such as beef strips. Barely any beef on the plate and plate just covered with chips and veggies. Ripped off. Dont think I'll be coming again. Stingy

I ordered chicken peri peri pasta and salad, the pasta was cold, the chicken was dry and only small portion, and no comment on the salad as it was disgusting no presentation what so ever, thrown all over the pasta. No sense honestly

Beef strips? I think not! Beef burger cut up into chunks and grilled. Label it as it is. Will not waste my time with this place. Lamb wrap? Look at the picture, if I wanted a lamb burger in a wrap I would of asked for one. Shocking descriptions that do not match the food. Please make sure if you order chicken that it’s not pigeon or a chicken burger cut into chunks. Staff are apologetic and very polite, not the workers fault at all. This is not an enjoyable meal, what a letdown.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered online and then found out you're not open. Went on your website and Google, both which state that you're open till 11. I'm not miffed about not getting my food, I'm miffed that you took my money! What type of business is that? We were only given two numbers to call from your website and neither one picked up.

Really poor service. You accept payment online and send a notification that the food will arrive soon, but you are not open. That is really dodgy. I'll be expecting a full refund and then I'll never come to this place ever again. A piece of advice, if you're closed, don't accept payments and send automated messages saying that the food will be on its way. It's a nice way of ruining a family evening.

One of the best grill food place around the westbrom area. I loved the tongue twisting tastes... You got to try it. Grill chicken taste succulent and crispy. Mix meat pasta :). The staff are very welcome and good Manor, especially the one in the smart suit. Parking around the back or at front in evening. Management well done on refurbishment

Healthy, clean restaurant, orders always great, great customer service always, I left my purse in their & was confident I would get it back and I did. X

I randomly stumbled across this place today. I always thought the building was a pub. If I’m honest it’s a hidden gem. The Owner let me use my student discount card and even gave me some free wings... friendly, hygienic,well cooked chicken.... I’ll be back again next I can get back to West Bromwich.
