I simply asked for crispy bacon sandwich and the bacon was not crispy .ther was lots of stringy white fat that had to be picked off . It also. Tasted old like it was reheated from last week. Unfortunately although I'm very local to it i won't be going back.

Phil’s Bakery is in Lytham by the side of the Memorial Park. They offer a good selection of hot wraps, panini, cold wraps and hot barm as well as other foods. Seating is available both inside and outside. It can get very windy outside depending upon the weather. The tables and chairs are very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Me and wife call in here every time we come and make a number of purchases. The quality is fantastic everything is made with love and dedication. The recipes are excellent everything you taste, tastes gorgeous, Phil and his recipes are truly amazing and magical it must be like owning a magical recipe book bit like a Harry Potter thing. We could eat any bakery product from Phil’s bakery particularly the quiches as they are second to none. We would fully recommend when coming to Lytham you visit Phil’s bakery and take some exquisite bakery products home with you, you won’t regret it as you’ll just keep coming back for more, the staff are lovely everything beautifully baked, hygiene is most excellent. Come down to the magic bakery and take some goodies home with you, I used to be a baker and this guy is a great baker making superb things to eat with absolute dedication.

After walking around Lytham we decided to have coffee and cake here. I had a spiced pumpkin latte and a sort of flat Eccles cake both excellent. My husband had a tea and a coffee custard cream tart which he enjoyed. The bill was £8.70 so good value. We sat outside at a small table. Definitely recommend.

Went in today for breakfast as I'm renovating a house nearby.Ordered 2 barms with brown sauce. One had ketchup on despite it saying brown on bag.Son wouldn't eat it ,so I asked for it to be changed. It was busy so I expected to wait a while.Waited for well over 20 minutes as people came & left with similar orders to one I'd already paid for.Was then asked if I'd been served by the same girl who I had spoken to twice about my order being wrong.Couple making the food completely oblivious to the fact I had been waiting for this food for well over 30 minutes by now & had forgotten about it again when she asked them to do mine. The other barm my husband had was fine .Had enough by now and just asked for my money back .Ended up going elsewhere. Will never set put in this place again..disgusted by the way I was treated.

Wonderful quality, always consistent, fairly priced and smashing staff. This is a great local business that I'm proud to support. My only critisism is ..... someone keeps beating me to their outstanding sourdough bread and it's very frustrating!!

Visited this store on many many occasions. The staff are really very hardworking as the store is always very busy with customers queuing out of the doorway . Bakery items and freshly prepared sandwiches are fabulous. Fantastic choice of home made breads - all the family love everything they do and ought to be commended for all of their hard work - thank you

There is no doubt that you have a great Bakery, much loved by the community and has no doubt stood the test of time. Long may this continue. Bread is to a very high standard, as with all of the other lovely stuff you make and sell....... But, I have noticed a couple of things these last few months regarding the service that need improvement. No doubt that this is a busy place, and especially during lunchtime hours, I feel you try to do too much. Customers that simply want a loaf of bread have to wait forever whilst the staff faff around to cater for lunch customers and ad hoc 'old dears' wandering in for a chat, take the focus of the staff away from the business of getting customers in and out quickly and efficiently. Today I nearly walked out (again), as three people behind the counter during lunch time, but one only effectively serving. This just creates unnecessary frustration, and happens often.

Lovely homemade breads, lots of varieties sold here, and all are really good. I buy many at a time and freeze them. The pies are delicious too, plus the quiches and cakes.......you cannot go wrong here ! Staff are really friendly, and recently they have taken over the bakery shop in St. Anne's, so I visit there regularly, as they also make up fresh sandwiches to order.

This is one of my favourite bakers in Lytham. Their sandwiches are jam packed with yummy fillings to choose from. My husband and I adore their selection of cakes. Everything is fresh and well made, Their bread rolls are very good and their prices I find to be fair.

We use Phil's for our cakes (we prefer savouries from Lytham Pork Pie shop) and these are excellent and brilliant value. What is particularly nice is the lovely baking smell when you go through the door- a very nice shop.

I haven't found anywhere in the Fylde that does nicer bread and flapjacks. The bread is really fresh, tasty and has more moisture than most bread. They also do some of the nicest flapjacks too. I would always go there for my bread out of choice

Myself and my friends second visit and again everything was absolutely perfect. Drinks and food were exceptional, the staff were very warm and welcoming and couldn't do enough, even the chef came to ask if everything was fine with our food, what a personal touch. The venue is dog friendly so if you like 4 legged friends you'll be in your element. Thank you for another fantastic experience. We'll definitely he back soon.
