1st time ordering from here, ordered the munch box for 2, really enjoyed it but could do with a bit more donner meat as my wife ate it all, great burgers and chicken tenders also had a sheek kebab which was tasty, will be ordering again hope it's just as good.

Was disappointed. Burgers were tough and definitely not fresh patties. At £10 a burger you’d expect better quality. The donor meat smelled old and was extremely greasy. First and last time ordering. Sadly most of it went in bin. The fries were good though.

We live rurally and it's a nightmare to get up here, the driver was really good about it. The food is excellent really tasty, hot and good quality. Strongly recommend

The smash cheeto burger was absolutely amazing and the loaded hot dog is just unreal! Definitely give it a try if youve not I'll be back again thanks lads

I live in London and travelled to see some family in Manchester. I came across Phatty's and it was the best Naga pizza I ever had. Too be fair I have never had a Naga pizza before this and I am so surprised something like this is not on London. Phatty's please branch out and open a spot in London. Otherwise I am going to order your food and ask you to send it in the post!!!

Had family go over there from London we travelled out from London to try this spot out it is 10/10, I am glad I ignored the ONE star review that person gave but I loved the food and definitely be seeing me again in Sha Allah

Went about 6 months ago when they first opened, food was okay but not great. Gave them a second chance and tried their new menu and they have definitely improved overall. Will definitely be ordering again.

Rang up and placed an order for me and the kids. Their munch boxes on the new menu is something special!

Never had any issues, food has always been great and delivery always arrives on time.

we first tried phattys recently after hearing many people speak about it. let me tell you IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. our personal favorites are the naga donner pizza, the phattys special and the naga donner stir fry. the pattys are so succulent and full of flavour. the right amount of spice is added so you can still enjoy your food with a kick to it. portion sizes are generous and there’s a good selection to choose from. delivery time is good, food arrives packed nicely. definitely one of my favorites that i will continue to return to😋

Food arrived hot and fresh, probably the nicest takeaway in Rossendale. Friendly staff and fantastic value for money plus if you’re into spicy food try the naga donner out it won’t disappoint. Definitely going again🙂👏

I’m originally from salford in Manchester, moved to Rawtenstall a couple years back. Only thing Rawtenstall was missing was manchester like food. Tried a munch box from the lads at phattys and definitely is up to par with the food I used to get back in Manchester! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants quality food

got the smash burger and the meat itself was bad quality, really hard and overly peppery. my partner got the meat feast pizza and the dough was hard and the pepperoni on it was really hard as well. also the chips were bland and stiff. i wouldn’t recommend here, big papas next door is way better

1st time trying phattys and it was amazing defo ordering again

I ordered from here because it’s only a few minutes away, so I thought the food would be hot and fresh. Cold soggy chips, I thought they’d forgotten the salad in the burger but then I saw a few shreds of wilted lettuce and some onion, over sweet bbq sauce, all in all a shockingly bad meal. Please shape up, some fresh salad and hot crispy fries would have made all the difference. Instead what you served puts the food industry to shame.

Absolutely terrible. We waited 2 hour for this order. We messaged to ask where or why its its late and was told it’ll be here soon. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold, not just a bit cold but stone cold. We ordered munch box which was described as having chicken tenders, one tiny tender came with a small amount of chips in the box. Also a portion spicy/saucy chips missing from the order. Very disappointed.

Food was shocking. Couldn't eat it was inedible, the only reason I'm not giving 1 star is that it was 5 minutes early.

Terrible experience this evening. Food arrived later than it should have done and everything was cold. The fiery burger was inedible - I enjoy very spicy food but this was ridiculous. The chips were undercooked and slimy. So disappointing as our previous order was so much better.

We have been loyal customers to Phatty’s, however tonight deserves the review I’m about to post. The first time we experienced Phatty’s - we were so excited, the food was fresh, tasty, and value for money. We have kept returning, chasing the standard of the first takeaway, and it’s just never been accomplished. Such a shame because there clearly was, so much potential. Since then, we’ve had incorrect orders, misleading prices on their website, a poor amount of meat on the cheeseburger pizza, old greasy chips, and currently waited 1hour 40 mins for a pizza that has been delivered to the wrong address, despite very clear address instructions and a postcode. In addition we were told that it would be here in 30 mins. Don’t say it if you can’t do it. Won’t be ordering again. Stop employing children to answer the phone and say - “ it will be there any minute”, when they don’t even know what address they are answering to. They rang back acknowledging their mistake…. Stating “we‘ll make it fresh for you” How kind, considering the original order was delivered to the wrong address! 🤦🏼‍♀️ pizza arrived 1hour 45 mins later, barely warm and different base to the usual, the dough was over-proved and rubbery. If you want a good pizza in Bacup, go to Tony’s.

Been getting Phatty's for awhile now, even got our 1st delivery and was amazed how fast it came! Pizzas are lovely we always get Asian style!! Smash burgers are 10/10, stir fry doner is just fantastic!!! We did try the naga doner, it was very spicy - if people like the heat try that! Will be visiting again n again.

brioche bun just disintegrates on the tripple smash burger unfortunately, gloves should be included unless you want to knife and fork it off a plate tasty but really messy - chicken tenders were lovely

Soggy and limp burger. Spicy when a plain cheeseburger shouldnt be. No salad or other fillings. Burger itself was also plain, not a nice meat burger.

Quality of the ingredients is very good but the burger bun on the smash burgers is very soggy. Also the chicken fillet burger is more spicy than a standard one. Couple of errors on the order that were later rectified when I contacted them which was appreciated but order notes are important and should be checked due to allergies. Some minor changes and this place would be top tier.

Burgers are okay, nothing amazing. Brioche bun wasnt very soft. The chips were super weird, I can't put my finger on it but not for me. Not a bad meal but not worth the price for me.

More oil and grease than burger! Asked for red salt on the chips and there was about 6 grains of salt. Won’t be going again

Just orderd from here we looked at all the reviews and it says its a good place dont listen it came 20 mins late the food was cold and the burgers are terrible and extremely small chips were rubbish dont waste your money order somewhere else wouldnt even give ita 1 star rating sorry but that was absolutely disgusting i dont even know what sauce it was it taste of absolutely nothing the burgers are about the size of a baby hand no joke looks like theyve been shrunk 100 % dont waste your money !!!!!

Ordered 3x meal deals through just eat terrible customer service from them not owners fault. Only received a burger each after a acomplaint got the chips and Pepsi delivered but the chips were average burger even worse.

WOW! Blown away with the fantastic delicious food. The Donner stir fry was the star of the show, such high quality plus melted cheese on chips with the special sauce took it to the next level! The triple smash burger was massive and such good value for money. Melted cheese, special sauce and fresh salad & gherkins. Finally the pizza was fresh and tasty. Base was doughy and plenty of toppings. Looked divine and tasted amazing.
