Name reflects burger. Taste so good but portion sizes are getting smaller then it use to be

Greasy wings, pink raw chicken in burger and greasy donner meat with chips... oil floating in container. Use to be good value for food but would not recommend now...

They do the best standard beef burger at great value for money. Chicken burger is good as well. I found the kebab with chips quite oily. They could improve on customer service (communication) but the food is quite good. Speedy service, especially when it gets busy. Recommended.

It was delicious and plentiful for 3.6 pounds, but I guess the credit card counter was broken and they said it only accepts cash. It was delicious and generous.

Chicken was freshly cooked and not greasy at all, the coating was full of flavour. Really good value food without any compromise on quality. Consistently good 10/10

Went today my burger was pink before i noticed my daughter had eatten her chicken since she been none stop sick Food was not cooked pink and mushy Would not reccomend to anyone

As soon as i entered this smelly building, i felt something off, as if this was a different society, the aroma of meat made my belly turn purple as if the chicken was found on pluto. The staff reminded me of this movie called slumdog billionaire, they were very rude and their thick indian accent made me ask them to repeat themselves on 79 different occasians. The fries were drier than the sahara desert and the burger was just smelly. Shut the shop down immediatey or there will be severe consequences

Extremely quick service. Chicken burgers sometimes 8.5/10 sometimes 2/10. Special donner is always 10/10, proper hidden gem. Could be best in brum

We have been here a few times, the spicey kebab is always our favourite! The food is always amazing. The location is a bit tricky for parking, but there is some street parking outside.. just a matter of an available spot. The service was great, however they did get my order wrong. I didn’t want ask them redo it as they seemed busy. Would still go back, as their food is good.

Disabled ramps could be installed as there are steps to the cashier or put the cashier at the front and send orders to the kitchen & get someone to collect when ready . 🍗 Good but slightly raw at times in centre . Hidden gem,after many recommendations I finally tried this place definitely good value and good quality food, special sauce is 🔥🔥🔥 looks like I've got a new go to food place just ashame they don't deliver or take card payments. Been coming here over the past 8 years highly recommend never had an issue with customer service staff are good and polite customer service is good. Food is great never had an issue with my food. Really nice and cooked properly taste is amazing. My go to on the menu is the no.9, chicken fillet burger I haven't tried much else on that menu except for chicken and chips which was okayish but not my cup of tea, so can't speak for anything else . The chilli sauce (light pink chilli sauce ) is one of the best sauces ever ! highly recommend people to try it. Every time I order my food it's upto standard never find any faults with it and same as I had it the previous times, always consistent. Tables to eat inside aswell ,sometimes they're not cleared away and cleaned but for the most part its okay could be better, I usually dine out just out of preference, rest of the shop is decent. Prices are decent aswell. It's always busy as loads of people enjoy the food here, waiting times are decent never had an issue with waiting . Only thing I can fault is sometimes they can be stingy with how many tubs of sauce they put in your order/bag and these sauce tubs are small, they're not your standard size or if they put 2 chilli sauce tubs they sometimes, (recently I've noticed a lot), forget to put the mayo in. Or if you ask for extra chilli sauce tubs some staff get annoyed I've noticed sometimes. Other than that, I highly recommend PFC. And enjoy ordering from here.

Always busy because the food is amazing especially the chicken wings ! Been going here for 6 years. Can buy upto 4-5 people a meal each for like £15 in total, which is cheap. Thank you PFC😊

This plave had the most bussin chicken ive probably had in all west brom its better than kfc. I swear there should not be a single negative review.

People coming in and out its a good place to eat i will go again but the kebab needs to change its no good especially when their showcasing the dish. Overall flavoursome, drinks are cold, the pomme frites done bits and fillet burger was class. Get that kebab sorted!!!

Poor service have not set foot back in for years after being shouted at by staff and falsely promised on timing of food - never stepped foot in the property again.

I say this with my entire heart that theres no other chippy that beats this. Period. Honestly i cannot even phathom in trying to find a place that has better taste and value and portion size. It's absolutely perfect I gurantee you that youve never had wings better than theirs it literally still amazes me to this day. Fantastic

Quick cheap easy food I live in Walsall and go out my way to come here in West Bromwich

Food is terrible visited this place as see a lot of people coming in and out. Burger was over cooked and extremely hard crispy ends. ( not worth eating ) burger meal wasn’t tasty and chips where over cooked and brown. Half the meal went in the bin. Nibblets are bloody or black when you take one bite. So bad chicken !!

I have ordered food for my kids today and it was the worst food I have ever had from this place. I am a regular and always get my chicken and chips from there. Today everything was burned and overcooked. The burger was like rubber o am very disappointed.

Sets the standard for fast food in West Brom, Food is delectable, succulent and full of flavour. Fat food cravings are welcome here; customer service is great, speed of order is great, food is great, prices are great. Only issue is that the inside is a 6/10 but we move!

Start with the cons.. I think they should have a number so enquiries can be made about orders, opening times etc.. Pros.. food is sooo good, cheap and cheerful! Honestly, I'm kinda glad I don't live close to PFC otherwise I think I'll be there every single day... Their pink spicy sauce is to die for, food is always served hot and fresh everytime I've ordered from here. Definitely will recommend and as long as the food standard is how it is now I'll continue to go there.

When I came into this fine establishment all I saw was lively people laughing. Putting all their love into their food. And you know what... I could taste it. The chicken was just simply POGGERS. While the fries left some to be desired compared to local competitiors. The meal offered was still ZAZA STYLE. When I finished, I felt like approaching bossman saying 'DONDE EST LA POLLO???' This place deserves endless five stars. Easily the best and only place to eat in West Bromwich. The ambience in the restaurant is unmatched lively and energetic. The meal itself was gods gift. The chicken wings were non greasy, the chips absolute delectable and the burger succulent moist and fresh. This place was an undercover star with an al-fresco Spanish style dining area inside you cannot go wrong. A wide selection of drinks and affordable this Would be an ideal place for a date or a family meal or a special get together. Compliments to the chef best place to eat in West Bromwich !

Tasty and value to money filling meal.

Lovely shop, fries are perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside soft on the inside, they probably do the best kebab, better than spice hut, and its half the price, I think it's worth it. The wings are nice but can get a bit filling after time. Overall, this place is good, good for its money and food. Not to mention the sauce probably goes best with everything. If you're someone who can not handle mild spice this place is not for you.
