I never received my order but says delivered

Hot, tasty food. Good portion sizes, certainly wasn't hungry after. One item they had run out of, but they rang us before the delivery and offered us a subsistute. This was appreciated. Really happy with the service.

over a hour for absolute rubbish, honestly the worst takeaway I've ever had, you should be paying people to have your food, we waited over a hour for dry chips and I don't know what, the only good thing about it was the cans of coke, try better

The drivers are friendly & the food is absolutely outstanding, i've never had chicken so beautiful.

Arrived piping hot, the burgers are nice with the caramelised onions. No disappointments definitely order again.

We got told our delivery was 10 minutes late which is understandable on a Saturday night however it was then delayed another 20 minutes. When our food arrived our chips were cold and we weren’t delivered our drink. This is unacceptable!

Don’t like leaving negative reviews but over two hours delivery is a joke, perifect is one of our favourite places to eat but the delivery times are getting worse and worse, if they arnt made aware things won’t improve. Sort it out perifect no1 wants to wait 2 hours

Wrong food sent. Numerous phone calls kept going to answer phone. eventually answered, said I've should of stated no salad and scuace in comments. I clicked the option NO SALAD OR SAUCE. to be told another one be sent out, 35mins later still hasn't arrived. rang again to be told they are really busy another 5-10 minutes. asked if it actually has left, to be told yes he has another order local aswell surely wouldn't take 35mins + to arrive then. won't be ordering again

The pizza had no teast the meatballs was weird think from tin and the chips was nice just the crisp ontop was stayel.

They left out the milkshake i ordered which eventually came. over 2 hours late.

Firstly, delivery guy was fine however no apology for the late delivery (maybe he was unaware).. food was mediocre at best for the price and burgers overly greasy, and wet buns. We will be asking for a refund

Made an order, took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive, and when it arrived it was wrong. I phoned the restaurant and they were reluctant to send me out a replacement saying they would replace it for free another day as they were ' busy '. Eventually, they agreed to replace my meal and told me it would be here in half an hour. Hear I am, a further 2 hours later with no food and when I phone they just make excuses and say they're busy. I have waited 4 hours for a burger. No takeaway is that busy.

No sauce on the chicken and no option for medium either. Very average compared to normal

This time the food was not good, it arrived cold and there was no Coca-Cola. There was no avocado salad, so instead I got a funny salad with a lot of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and 2 dry halumi slices, just a waste of money

Food was cold by time it got here driver didn’t read the address properly so ended up with cold food as I had to wait for him

Let themselves down tonight. Usually a good standard and prompt delivery however tonight the food arrived late and the standard wasn’t quite up to the usual. The major disappointment is that I rang 3 times to enquire where the food was and on 2 of the 3 occasions they just blatantly lied to me and said it was on the way but subsequently took another 30 minutes to arrive. Just tell the truth if you are running behind

Nice burgers, taste like fresh ingredients. Red salt chips are nice too but very salty. Was ready quickly for collection.

Take away only no dining available..do something amazing chicken dishes, friendly fast service when you order over the counter or phone. Peri peri salt on the fries are to die for..my favourite is the Meaty combo wrap with lemon & herb sauce (delicious)..reasonable prices too.

Absolutely ridiculous if you want to waste money then you can go here. We ordered chicken burger meal and a chicken wrap meal both hot flavour. Told the owner to put salad in both wrap and burger but no lettuce or mayo. When we collected the food and got home to eat it. Both of them only has chicken in! Absolutely no salad or even chilli saw as we told him that we want spicy hot chilli burger and wrap. We rang the guy he said our salad only contain lettuce, what an absolute joke! Won't waste our money here again! Unfortunately didn't get chance to take photo of burger as we didn't realise the wrap would have the same issue with just chicken inside. Appalling business.

Nice food but can be hit and miss. Was missing portion of chips. Always wake up severely dehydrated after I’ve ate which means the salt content must be through the roof. Much cheaper than nandos though

First time order last night ordered at 9.40 and they closed at 10 order turned up and in a good time aswell food was fresh cooked perfect I had a smash burger meal and 4 hot chicken wings was the right amount of spice wings was on point and the burger was smashing to say the least (pun intended) will 100% order this will be my new go to takeaway

Went here for the first time last night. The chicken was absolutely stunning. I had a whole peri peri chicken in medium spice. It was so succulent and tender with the perfect heat and so much flavour. Had a side of fries, which were also really good, crispy outside with a fluffy inside. I would highly recommend it to your after some very tasty chicken! To all those complaining about delivery, stop being lazy and go and fetch it (if you have the ability) as it's well worth going out to fetch it.

Took the advice off the Mr tonight and he ordered us a family meal. Was over the moon when it came. So tasty, not at all greasy and absolutely full of flavour. Thanks guys, keep doing what you're doing!! 😀 I might start and listen to the Mr more often 😉 ..... but only if he's lucky!

Perifect Chicken: My husband always ordered foods from here. The food is fantastically cooked. Rich with flavour and texture. They got many different flavours for adults and kids. Grilled chicken, wings, wrap and burger’s with drink or some dessert. It is just finger licking good taste yummy. The foods is absolutely delicious! Ambience is pleasant and staff is very polite friendly and attentive. Specially owner ‘Shayan’ is so lovely caring person and generous. Thank you. The BEST place to get fresh hot foods. Highly recommended 5*****

We’ve ordered from here maybe 30 times in the last year. Delivery is getting longer and longer each time. Last time it was nearly 2 hours which is ridiculous. They never ever compensate or apologise. I just get grief over the phone and rude cocky replies. I will no longer order from here.

been here before had really good chicken, 2nd time and it took 2 hours to come and was freezing cold. giving 4 stars as the food is usually good and i do live 15 mins away. but 2 hours is still a long time and my meal was complete ruined it couldnt have been any colder its a shame because i had the cheeto burger and it had great potentional

Gave one star as I can't give 0 stars. Ordered on just eat & it was an hour late. Rang them up & was told another 20 mins. The food never turned up. Tried to ring again multiple times but no answer then eventually they switched the phone off. Not good. Its a shame because their food is nice but I'm afraid it's the last order they have from me.

Disappointed, menu doesn't inform you that the food is halal which I cannot eat. They choose not to cater for the people in the area where their shop is.

Horrific customer service. Ordered at 8pm rang at 9:45pm asking where the order was the owner said it is on its way. Rang back at 10:20 asking where the food was and the owner said it was 2 minutes away. Half an hour later it is still not here. I will never be ordering from this place again don’t waste your time. Order from somewhere else atleast your food will turn up eventually.

Food is vey nice, no question. However this is my 2nd and last order, both times I have had to ring and chase my order after waiting over an hour which passed the estimated time by quite a time. As I say food is very good and I’m sure the service will be fine as long as you live in the Eastwood area.

Top Stuff!! Become my once a week regular. Always consistent. The chicken is tasty. I get extra hot. Gets my taste buds going. Sweet chili perifect fries are very nice also
