I don't normaly complain first time I give people a chance however after 3rd time I have had bad exoeriance I have to highlight service and poor food Really dissapointed in guy serving No people skills, speaks rudley and gives a black face as if he can't be bothered with you After raising my complain he trys to justify it by saying sometimes food cooked like that Not once did he acknowledge or apologise If I didn't live far I would have bought back good and chucked it in his face First complaint for this place my peri burger meal was stone cold, I called up and informed they was not bothered 2nd time bad service i did not bother But 3rd time I am shocked at service and food Wings looked liked over roasted & rock hard 5/6 of wings were so shrunk you can tell the over cooking took off meat I paid for full wings not shrunk over fried dried chicken bones You can tell oil is so old Disgusting I called to explain but guy was not having it 2nd time I had rude service of him His arrogant and rude Wears Hugo boss shirt most of the time 2nd time been served by him Shabbir bai if you reading this focus on your buisness not your life style backhome We pay good money and given you good buisness over the last 10years That's minimum £100/£150 food every month With out the big party orders when relatives friends around It ain't like before Alhumdiliah your busy but the quality and service gone downhill! I own a Indian Takeaway noway would I have my staff talking like that to anyway one never mind customers And I would not let my staff sell food like that Profit over quality no thank you!

The food was amazing we had the mix platter which was £18.99 Worth every penny, which came with Peri Peri chicken on the bone chicken strips chicken wings spicy rice chips salad coleslawand chilli sauce and a 1.5 Lt of Pepsi. Guys this is my favourite Periperi shop I normally always have takeaway from them but this time they were kind enough for me to do my review inside which we really enjoyed so glad that my friend came to try this amazing food staff were so friendly and helpful The shop was very clean continuous customers going into the place. Please try this place and enjoy the food for yourself. Best Peri Peri chicken shop in Bristol. 5*****

What a travesty i wish it was never delivered. chips were cold and a cardboard texture, chicken wings were standard. chicken strips were very dry. The whole chicken was of very poor quality and as for the rice i throw it straight in the bin. Coleslaw had dark edges on the carrot and tasted of nothing. just wish i could of uploaded a photo of how bad this food actually was. the best of the mixed platter what i ordered was the bottle of pesi but with a total price including delivery at £23 what a rip off disgraceful. Anon please order else where to save yourself disappointment.

Used to get this as a take-away all the time. The chicken pieces are amazing, grilled and juicy and such a bargain!
