Great customer service, one of the pizzas ordered was wrong. I phoned them up and the guy who picked up straight away apologised and sent the correct pizza with no extra charge. 100% recomend

No comment on the Cream Cheese Jalapeño; I was sent Mozzerella Sticks instead which were sub average. I did not get 2 cans of Coke; 2 cans of Pepsi arrived instead which was disappointing. The pizza was good, as expected. Haven’t tried the cheesecake yet but don’t have high expectations.

Driver was very rude. Accused me of lying when he said he called me and I said I didn’t get a call. And refused to listen to me. I’ve not had this problem before. But he was rude and aggressive. And the notification just showed me my order was on the way, so I go out immediately only to have this confrontation. It’s unacceptable, he even continued to be rude when I tried to leave too. Told me he’d leave my food out next time as I deserved it. Wasn’t rude to my male friend who ordered. Sexism!

Pizzas are ok but not what they once were 15+ years ago. Tomato sauce seemed very watered down this order.

But it was cold both pizza and the onion test very bad and or I ask the driver why show on system 20 mints a go on way he side no idea before driver reach I call to pizza shop ask about my delivery he said on way but no idea why they sent cold pizza ???????????

Wedges are yummy .. delivery driver is nice and friendly . He rang us when arriving to the hotel as per instructions. We are ordering again if we visit london next time . Thank you

Took way too long to deliver pizza meal and we live only 6-7min ride away Around hour and half or more and maybe only as I called mutiple times after food was due. First time I ordered from here and quite probably last time.

Very nice my partner doesn’t like basic pizzas only from domino’s and he even said he’ll order again. It was hot and the service from the restaurant was amazing.

Beautiful pizza especially Paneer thin crust! I buy in bulk for colleagues at work and no one has ever complained. Staff accommodating with times as we work nightshift so very specific to get everyone to enjoy hot pizza. A go to everytime👍

Bad behaviour from the delivery person

I think sauces for wedges needs to be put separately because plastic of sauces melted/shrunk and burst open due to the heat. Otherwise pizza’s were very nice and we all enjoyed it.

Pizza was tasteless and bland. Putting a thick crust on a thin base doesn’t make it a ‘deep pan’. Pizza tasted only if green chillies. No flavour from anything else. So disappointed. Waste of money. Embarrassing.

I've got completely different order. When I first saw the size of the pizza I was disappointed also it was missing my garlic bread. But after I got it up to my appertment I've realised it was completely different order. Also I've told the driver that I was missing garlic bread and he said he'll bring it but its been an hour I don't think he'll show up. However the pizza was delicious also I was starving so I could not help but ate it even though it wasn't what I ordered but still I'm extremely unhappy with your service also the driver was late by 10 minutes

Driving went to wrong address and the pizzas we cold by the time we got them.

I had ordered 4 pizza’s, from which one had pineapple toppings, they forgot to put that and plus they forgot to deliver soft drinks I had ordered.

Really nice & fresh pizza. Delivered hot & on time. Garlic bread not great though, burnt and almost dangerously hard and sharp.

The food arrived luke warm as part of the special deal that was missing the wedges and garlic bread completely.

Worst service. They said they tried to call me after I placed my order to confirm but phone never rang. When just eat already says confirmed. I have hungry kids here now I have to go out out and get food. Do not order from here anyone. Never heard of any place wanting to confirm an order again after it is confirmed already rubbish service.

I shouldn't have gotten the sausage. Rest was ok but the sausage wasn't proper sausage it was like the ones you get out of the pack in sainsbury's and those don't oven very well. Definitely not worth the extra 2 quid for artificial sausage.

Ordered 2 9" pizzas and curly fries. Received the 2 pizzas, one was VERY burnt and barely edible. We got wedges instead of curly fries, and they were very soggy and tasted under cooked - which was odd seeing how over cooked one of the pizzas was. The other pizza was alright, a little burnt too but was at least able to bite into the crust of that one. Wouldn't order again. However the delivery driver was lovely and friendly. Came at 00.22 and estimated delivery was 00.15 so not awful time wise but not brilliant either.

I've been ordering from here for years (with gaps and trying other pizza places) but came back to this shop recently and the food has got so much better! Pepperoni pizza is lovely, BBQ doesn't have a traditional BBQ taste but is sweet and tasty. Wedges are given in a generous portion size. I would say it'd be nice to get more value for money, the XL pizza SIZEs are alittle too expensive. £40 for 3x 15" from Sudbury seems a little pricey to me. Could be wrong but I think £35 would be more reasonable. Still great service, lovely food. Infact my favourite pizza place use to be unique pizza in Kingsbury ran by Afghans, I don't know if it's the same owners as here but the peoporni tastes exactly the same so this could be my new favourite place considering they changed management or shut down.

First problem I immediately noticed is their drivers do huge bulk deliveries - from furtherest to closest by the looks of it. Had my "on the way" text at 1:20 but food didn't show up until after 2am, the place is a 5-7min drive from me and it's dead of night so easily 5mins. Had to call them to ask at 1:50am they didn't call me. Sports event was done by the time my food showed up! Pizza was lukewarm, lots of packaged ingrediants. Chorizo im guessing was turkey chorizo and dry, looked like it had been put on at the end.Wings were alright, dough was decent. Think it would have been much nicer hot. Driver did call when outside.
