DISGUSTING 'MEAT & CHIPS' full of some kind of YELLOW OIL, LEAKED EVERYWHERE, tiny amount of chips, soaked in the oil from the wet oily meat on top of them..... Was so 🤢 & wish I never tasted it, went in the bin. Waste of money!

The chips were cold and soggy. The meat had a strange metallic flavour and smelled old. The “salad” was a few chunks of onion, some soggy soft peppers and a few strands of lettuce.

The order was very much delayed and they put delivered before they delivered and the food was cold and I couldn’t eat it and its damaged or old food tasted like it and i have stopped eating.

Kebab and meat was dreadful and fish and chips was shocking

There was no Ketch up and they could not put any tissue in the food package.

Oily chicken wings. Soggy wrap and cod. Chips reheated. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Mozzarella sticks were tiny and the Perfect Treat box was not presented nicely. The box was so thin and was just breaking off the same goes for the chips boxes!

The kebabs smells and cut in thick slices, kebabs are soaking in oil, chicken wings are old And 1 small bag of salad with 3 kebabs boxes

Cold inedible food ordered at around 8.30pm recieved at 10.30pm , burgers were soggy and stone cold..... wrap was just cold and nasty..... such a shame

Don't order from this place. At least I won't. They're very late in delivery. I called them twice for order updates, both times they said it'll arrive in 5-7 mins, but never did. Food arrived so late that I wasn't even hungry anymore. Horrible service!

Really nice staff called me to ammend the order because I ordered very late on a Sunday. They subbed my meal satisfactorily and the food was great considering it must have been the last of their stock for the day.

Ordered at 7:15 arrived 2 hours after. Called the restaurant and excuses of orders backing up and traffic. No traffic on the route according to maps and the "on the way" was issued 1h45mins before arrival

Peri wings and peri rice both have barely any peri (very bland). Spicy wings are also bland, batter is soggy (clearly wrong frying temp).

If you want to waste your money order it..

Chicken wasn't cooked properly

Any missing pets around there in Camberwell? That mystery meat was very odd, because the mystery meat ( perhaps that's why they call it Doner meat, it must come from this mythical animal called a Doner) was vile! (10 one cm strips of wilted lettuce in one box and about 6 in the other, no tomatoes, no cucumber no oil and lemon dressing, thickly sliced onions dripping in chilli oil) .. Chips were great thick cut proper chips, I think they must specialize in chicken and chips.. I looked at google maps, the chips are from the Golden Dragon fish and chip / Chinese next door You pays yer' money and takes yer' choice: cheap and vile from Camberwell. Driver was nice, smiled and turned up early

ordered just before 8pm, got it just before 10pm. extremely late.

Waiting time was an hour but came twenty minutes late. Unfortunately it was cold. Microwaved the chicken and chips , chucked the sides. We was so hungry because of long wait. Chicken had tasty coating, chips not good as wet and cold. Couldn’t revive them in microwave! Disappointed as not something we could afford so was meant to be a special treat.

The chicken fillet meal was the same size as the kids burger Other than that good value for money and was enough to feed everyone

The service was quick, food tasty and still warm, but no condiments for fries or onion rings which could been an oversight but I would recommend.

I'm a fairly regular customer. The delivery guy I met this time was very cool, had a little quick chat before parting ways. food... well, ehh... chicken could of been fried a little longer... still edible but seems just a little undercooked so I'll let the rest cool down and pop it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. also... please... for the restaurant. The PFC Party Meal which I've ordered twice so far... 1 tub of beans/coleslaw for a family meal? that's a bit of a joke... 3-4 tubs would actually be a good ratio for each plate of food as you're getting 4 boxes of fries/chips. 1 tub is only enough for one plate. It makes no sense at all to have 1 single tub in this large family meal

The order was delivered 45 minutes later and after continuing calls to the restaurant and the driver. The restaurant staff didn’t even say sorry. The food was cold and rubbery. Awful service, wouldn’t recommend at all.

Restaurant does it's own delivery and so when they are short of drivers delivery can be a little slow, but it's worth the wait!

The order tool over 1h to arrived . Chicken wings great. the pieces of chicken with chips under cooked. The kebab in Nan: nan amazing, the meat kebab quite thick and chewy,cooked with onion and sauce buy not salad on it. Not the doner kebab i expected.

I ordered the food at 19:30 and got it at 21:20. No update at all regarding the delivery.

Really bad stuff, over an hour late, couldn't get through on the phone. When it finally came, no apologies just ice cold food. Quality was low to mediocre if it was hot I reckon. Avoid

I have used this chicken shop many times and have never had this issued before but waited 2 hours all together for my food and it arrived stone cold!!! I had to call the restaurant 3/4 times to chase the food and they was very apologetic and the driver ended up calling me to find out where I lived as he could t find my house!!

After waiting for 1h30 mins + food arrived cold, chicken burgers were spicy which hadn't been specified on the app, and also didn't include chips which also was included in the advertised picture. To top it off parts of our order were missing... along with the carrier bag smelling of tobacco...when queried was told it was our fault till they discovered they had forgotten to send our order which they then did another 30 odd mins later. So our full order which had been estimated 35-40 mins took two hours to arrive cold. Not a good show at all.

The food was really disgusting the milkshake was nasty I asked for oreo milkshake not just milk and also the burger was dry and cold the chips was very soggy and chicken was wet and not crispy I didn’t enjoy my food and very upset I paid £13 for it ridiculous very ridiculous

This was cubes of spiced, tandoori style meat. If it wasn't served with a small pot of yoghurt sauce it would have been too spicy for me to eat. It was not unpleasant, it was just not what I was expecting from the description 'steak with chips', (which would have been a plain, single slice of beef steak), and I would not order it again. Everything else I ordered, (chips, cake, drink and sauce, were all great).

Did not recieve what i had orderd and when i phoned i was then told that they did not have it in the first place despite me phoning prior chasing up the order, but was told i would be refunded for the item i did not receive.
