This special Tapas event is only available on certain weekends as the restaurant is currently awaiting resale, so it is necessary to check when the next event is scheduled. The food is wonderful and very reasonably priced, with normally up to nine individual dishes for sharing between two people ( or a whole one each if you feel really hungry. There is also a good selection of local craft beers and traditional cocktails etc . The sweets are a real treat, so go on and spoil yourself. A really great night out and a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are wonderful and friendly. We look forward to the next evening as soon as possible.

Our son had told us how good Peppercorns was and we travelled from Birmingham to sample their food, and see our son obviously! It’s a reasonably cosy venue with perhaps 10 tables so it’s always best to book. We thoroughly enjoyed all 6 tapas. Each tapas was for two people and the time between tapas was just right for us. We had a couple of bottles of wine and then a choice of individual desserts to finish. When we are next in Anstey we will be back.

We went as a large group last night and we all really enjoyed. The dishes were so tasty. I would recommend. We would all go back again. The staff were lovely and were really flexible when it came to the children’s food. Thank you!

The Peppercorns Restaurant in Anstey has recently started a Tapas Evening Menu on Fridays and Saturdays and we highly recommend giving it a try. We felt very welcome from the moment we walked in with great service throughout. The food was wonderful, beautifully presented with 9 dishes offered to you at your table (we couldn't quite get through 9 but we tried!). Plenty to share between two people. As there were 3 of us Peppercorns were more than happy to halve dishes. A really great idea and we wish them every success.

The Peppercorns Restaurant in Anstey has just started a Special Tapas Evening Menu on Fridays and Saturdays. We went there a couple of weekends ago as a family treat. It was fabulous. Real tasty Tapas dishes ( 9 yes Nine dishes ) sufficient to share between two people, each served at short intervals, with the choice for each to double up or decline. The food was wonderful, with real Tapas spices and a superb variety of meat, fish and vegetable options-flavours, to suit all tastes, including salads and vegetarian options in addition, for the non-meat eaters. All washed down with authentic Sangria. The whole meal lasted about two hours and we all had a wonderful family evening. A really great new venture for the village, we shall be going again very soon, congratulations to whoever had the idea and we hope it is a continuing success.

Came here 2 weeks ago with a friend. Thoroughly enjoyed the delicious authentic Spanish cuisine, friendly service and reasonably priced lemon gin cocktail at only £4. Really great idea having a rolling offering of dishes, each £5 which you accept or decline. Made for a fun, sociable dining experience.

Really enjoyed our tapas meal. Having no menu is a great concept. Choosing which dishes to have as they came out from the kitchen was great. Good luck with this new venture.

I am currently devouring my second generous helping of breakfast. Mushrooms on toast. OMG. My eyes want a third but my belly prevails. I am pleasantly stuffed :). What a relaxed location. A warm feeling inspired by all the friendly staff. I felt very comfortable and at home here. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you.

Absolutely lovely staff in all parts of the show room and café, can't fault them definitely the best showroom by a long shot for customer service.

My mum and myself went here today using a cream tea Groupon voucher. We were hungry so started with a sandwich and panini and these were lovely. Then we had our scones with jam and cream, along with our pot of tea. My mum commented that they were the nicest tasting scones she'd eaten! They were large too, which was nice 😊 The cream was Gorgeous too!! The tea rooms are very different, but really relaxing. You must nip to the loo and see the tree in the shower 🤣 Lots of lovely little gifts to buy too. We both really enjoyed it and would definitely visit again, in fact I think my partner has bought a Groupon voucher too.

Some takeaway from this place most recently. Certainly a good selection on their menu. I am more excited to hear about their most recent announcement that they are undergoing management change and is being taken over by Everest Lounge group. EL is best rated Nepalese,Indain and Tibetan food in Market Haroborugh. Hopefully not long to wait. The change will certainly enhance the quality of Himalayan Inn.
