We visited peppercorn sandwich bar as a family of 4. Panini, wrap, toasted sandwich and a chicken tikka salad. Ordering via their app was simple. The food is delicious and great value for money. We have never been disappointed, the children love to go there for lunch for their paninis in the holidays. Well worth the walk from the park. The owners are very professional and nothing is to much trouble.

Walking round St Albans and fancied lunch. Just off the main high Street we found this little gem of a traditional sandwich bar/cafe. Huge selection of wraps, baguettes etc but we chose a brie, bacon and cranberry panini. Lots of lovely filling in a sesame seeded panini which was really tasty. Lovely friendly staff and nice little space outside to enjoy our lunch. Coffee was good too. Would highly recommend.

Hands down the best chicken tikka wrap I’ve ever had! The couple that run the shop are lovely and warm- everything is made completely from scratch and you can tell - the only thing I’d ask is if they can share their chicken tikka secret recipe!

First time visiting. Service was friendly and fast despite the restaurant being almost full on bank holiday Monday. Very nice espresso and lovely food with great attention to detail which I appreciate

Lovely breakfast but rather pricey . The chap serving us did seem to rather obviously try to up sale us, hubby says black pudding should already be in a breakfast not £1.50 extra. The very loud music

Another fantastic meal at Laurel House. Everything was absolutely delicious. The kids all had burgers which they loved and I had chicken which had an excellent peri peri kick! The chips are amazing!
