Fabulous Thai food with quality ingredients and flavours. Our family favourite!

REAALLLLY good! I had the veg spring rolls, Tom yum with prawns and Chicken Penang Curry. Spring rolls crispy, light and very tasty. Also a good size. Tom yum was bursting with flavour and the prawns were so juicy. Panang was INCREDIBLE. Sauce absolutely bursting with flavour. Loads of Veg in both the soup and the curry and it was so crunchy and fresh. The whole meal was so well balanced and fresh. 10/10

Kat's Cuisine is honestly, the best Thai food I have had in the UK. It is definitely the best take away, and the price point, considering the quality, is fantastic. The seasoning is so delicious and fresh. It smells wonderful when you open it up. Generous portions, and does not sit heavily at all. We had a leaflet in the post from Kat, and loved the idea of real home cooked food. Also, the flavours in the UK made Thai food are usually lacking (understandably) and I was hoping for authentic tasting food. We are so happy we tried this. It is our new regular.

This is our first time ordering from Kats Oriental Cuisine. We collected and it was ready spot on time. We had a couple of starters, a couple of mains and rice. The portions were very generous and all the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be ordering again.

Had our first takeaway from Kat’s this evening. It was the most amazing array of flavours and textures. We ordered 4 dishes and they were all delicious. I would urge anyone who is local to the area to try Kats. By far the best Thai takeaway I have ever tasted.

Kat's Cuisine has very quickly become our family's favourite takeaway by far. If you've never visited Thailand, you've not had thai food this fresh and amazing. Authentic, zingy, perfectly balanced brilliant thai food, with friendliness and service (no request too much!) to match, thanks Alan & Kat, just AMAZING, again. Everything's freshly made from scratch and it's all fantastic, but the lamb massaman, red/green curry, pad horpa aubergine and pad thai are really incredible. The mango sticky rice is just sublime to finish. Kids love the (non-spicy) crispy chicken pieces and chicken pad thai too. Book a delivery slot or order for collection early, they get busy for a damn good reason and don't forget the brilliant spring rolls! If you've not ordered from Kat's before, this will be your first of MANY, I promise 👍

Gorgeous food! Our first time ordering. We had a planned date night for the first time in months, childcare arranged and the evening booked off work. Unfortunately a poorly daughter meant plans changed. So a date night at home it is, we stumbled across Kat on google and the reviews were outstanding. We had to try. The food is absolutely gorgeous. We had the mixed sharer platter for 2, Massaman curry and red Thai duck curry. Such a refreshing meal. My partner felt welcomed at the address by a lovely gentleman. Thank you Kat 😊

Absolutely delicious!! I have recently moved into the area and found Kat - so glad I did. Emailed my order on Thursday evening for a Friday evening collection. All meals and starters were flavoursome, authentic and fresh. Definitely not my last time ordering from Kat and her husband, who were both very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

We had an absolutely amazing food tonight. The spicy sea bass was delicious and full of flavour. Our favourites red curry and chicken pad thai were as good as always but the real winner was the prawn soup. It was just incredible tasty. Absolutely stunning, by far the best Thai I've had. Will continue to order from Kats. My only issue is I travel a lot up and down the country so won't be able to order as much as I'd like. The food was so delicious. I'm tempted to order again tonight. They were so generous as I'd not ordered the spring rolls (which were exceptional) they offered them free for me to experience and what an experience they were. Very professional and polite. Kats cuisine provided outstanding food for our dinner party. We placed the order the day before and the communication was easy and a pleasure. Despite having placed an order for eight people, all of our dietary needs were met. I have to say the Singapore noodles were the best I have ever tasted. The portions were perfectly sized and we had food left over which always makes me very happy the next day. The quality of ingredients were really good also. We had vegans, vegetarians, people who can’t handle spice among others, and everyone was really happy with their food. We will definitely order from here again.

Excellent, authentic, fresh and extremely tasty. Really easy to order (I did it by WhatsApp) and all ready for collection on time. Was even kindly given a lift home as it suddenly poured with rain! Loved it.

This might just be the best Thai takeaway outside of Thailand - we placed an order via Deliveroo, and didn't include Jasmine Rice in the order, and they bought us two portions on the house! Excellent service aside, the true star is the food itself - everything tastes authentic and perfectly made. There's no excessive grease, the spice level is spot on and the ingredients are fresh and vibrant. Even the spring rolls, which so often from other takeaways are just bought from a supplier, but you here you can taste that Kat makes them freshly. My wife is vegetarian, and she was excited to try the vegan options, and she was just as impressed. We'll definitely be ordering from here again for Thai food!

Fresh, delicious, and authentic! We ordered on a whim late on a Saturday night after getting the menu in the post, and we were not disappointed. The food was super fresh and flavourful with great portion sizes. The service was friendly and we couldn’t ask for a better dinner. Definitely recommend and will be ordering again!

I am very grateful for the delicious and authentic food Kat makes. It is personally a takeaway experience where every penny is worth paying for. Local and cooked with a lot of love. I've met Kat and Alan who really work hard for their business. It has helped on many days when I've been too unwell to cook good food. My favourites are the stir fried aubergine, Singaporean noodles and... the entire menu... Oh and the vegan section is amazing too if you're keeping it plant-based :) Thank you Kats Cuisine for always keeping high quality to your food. <3

The food is cooked perfectly - the vegetables are tender yet still have a little bite, the flavours are authentic and the produce is really fresh. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Delivery was on time too. Must try - highly recommended.

The fish cakes were seriously good, spring rolls tasty, pad Thai authentic and masemmam curry full of flavour. The little dips & sauces you get are winners, adding a real depth of sweet/sour/pickle/peanut to the dishes. I ordered enough, but couldn't eat it so the bestvthing is I (we) get to eat again tomorrow. Thank you Kat and Alan

The most authentic and delicious Thai food I've ever had in the uk! Picked up my call quickly and order's ready in 30 mins! Fish cakes are so good the texture is proper Thai fish cake which is a bit "bouncy", prawn tom yum soup is rich and has a lot of prawns and mushrooms in it, spicy chicken fried rice and tofu pad Thai are rich in flavour and in good portion. Kats makes high quality food and we are so happy tonight!! ;D

We had 4 different dishes and coconut rice. All the food was beautifully aromatic, fresh and delicious. Portions were generous. A really super meal. We would recommend it!

We ordered my husband's favourite Masasaman Curry, Coconut Rice and for me me Seafood Pad Horapa and Pad Thai Noodles from Kat. Both my husband and I are not easy to please and lovers of Thai food which is one of our favourite cuisines. What can I say? Absolutely delicious. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, just how I like them, the Seafood cooked to perfection and my husband said it was the best Masssaman curry he's ever had and he's had quite a few. From one fellow caterer to another, hat's off to you Kat. Amazing. We'll definitely be ordering again.

We had Larb kai, Papaya Salad, Stir fry with cashew nuts/chicken, Pad Horapa/beef and 4 mixed rice. Very delicious!! We enjoy the food with a glass of Pinot Grigio.

Just come back from a short stay in St Albans where we had a meal from Kat and Alan. It was gorgeous- cooked fresh with great ingredients. Not gloopy, over salted or sugared- just authentic, tasty, well cooked food, by Kat, and great service from Alan. Pre-order - they're popular!

What a find, I’m from Devon and visiting a St Albans friend, and absolutely delighted with the quality of Kat’s cooking. Food like you can’t get unless you know a Thai cook - fresh and spicy and just delicious. The real deal - nothing like a takeaway or even a restaurant, Kat makes her food from scratch with fresh ingredients and I recommend you fill your boots before she puts her prices up. Five stars all day. Thanks for a delicious dinner Kat, if you lived in Honiton I’d keep you busy!

The best Thai food in town. The food was authentic and absolutely delicious! The owner is a super generous and lovable lady. They have many choices from the menu. Pad Thai is my must have item every time I ordered from Kats and I'm deep in love with their Chicken Mango Salad.The quality of the food was excellent and I am a Thai food lover who have tried plenty, Highly recommended Thai food!
