Salad was a piece of tomato and 20 strands of lettuce. Forgot our cans. Absolutely awful. Will never order again

I've eaten with pepinos for months and never had a problem the food as always been lovely unfortunately tonight I had hair in my food which was visible before eating so I phoned to complain and the lady on the phone didn't even apologise I had to ask for 1 absolutely shocking to be honest

Absolutely shocking phoned for a half pounder meal and they sent a quarter pounder so we rang them and paid a extra 2 pound for a half pounder to be sent out but received another quarter pounder when I called them again they tried to blame myself what a joke the don't have a clue

Feeling overdue for a review. Only really ever had one issue which was sorted immediately. Food is always cooked well and delivered in a timely manner. First choice for a weekend take away every single time.

Worst pizza I've ever eaten from a takeaway. Virtually no topping and seriously greasy

Absolutely dreadful. Kebab was undercooked on one side and burned on the other. Pizza was barely edible and burned underneath. Chips were clearly the last nights warmed up and had the consistency of a rubber duck. Sorry but I’m really not impressed and won’t be ordering again.

This place holds more bacteria than a government research lab,the guy in the back room doing the pizza's has more grease on his overalls than your average spanner monkey,hands like he's been mucking out a chicken coop and some weird crusty fungal thing on his nails,scary dirty down there

Amazing quality food, very well priced

Ordered food lastnight at 10.30 didn't turn up till 12.15 an food was stone cold freezing. My partner went down the shop as they wouldn't answer the phone so we could tell them an the guy behind the counter was rude about our complaint. Never will I ever order from here again. Customer service is disgusting that's without what I think of the food they supply

Pepino is our go to takeaway and our favourite! We don't order out much but always have great food from Pepino. I live only a few streets away from Pepino, it is very easy to get to either in a car or on foot and park up near on Treherbert high street. It is very close to a bus stop (routes 120 & 130) and is a short walk from Tkteherbert train station. The food has always been delicious and worth every penny, their pizzas are absolutely yummy and I highly recommend all the food that Pepino sells (My Fiancé, Father and I have tried a large number of different things from the menu) Everything has been exellent, delicious and not too greasy. To my taste, I really hate it when takeaways are covered in grease but Pepino has never sent me anything that I didn't enjoy eating. Their portion sizes are good, on the larger side, they have a lot of choice for the size of what you are ordering and their prices are very good, great value. The takeaway itself is teeny but has room to sit down and have newspapers and magazines to read while you wait. I often see local children going there, they have good choice of food for children and do kiddie meal deals. The staff are nice, helpful and do a good job. Their delivery drivers are good at being on time, friendly and the food has never arrived cold, always been hot and ready to eat as is. You won't regret ordering from Pepinos! I, my fiancé and my father highly recommend it!
