We ordered from this new place as we don't get the opportunity to order very often. BAD MISTAKE!!! What I had was okay which was the loaded chips with chicken or something like that, another family member received his however my other family member didn't receive her order at all. In fact she received a very cheaply made pasta in a sauce that tasted like soap. (You could taste fragrance) Tried to call and it didn't even ring. Portion sizes are miniscule, greasy, soggy and barely filling. All this for just over 40 pounds. After seeing other reviews overshadowed by 5 stars the advice I will give is if you're reading this then look at the one star reviews and be your own judge. If you want my opinion go to Brum and get a GDK because you get what you ask for and it tastes clean unlike here which tastes like the grill.

The food was alright, chicken was a tad overdone and i got a £100 car parking charge. Now i did tell the person my registration plate upon entering to put on the system, but he must've put the wrong registration in, and it says on the letter i can't appeal it.

I have been having Pepe’s for more than 10 years but Yash is one of the best staff members out of all the franchises I have been. Food is better than Nando’s.

Firstly I am new to Tamworth and I thought I'd try this place out has my partner said that the chicken is nice from the place.I ordered the takeaway online from justeat and waited about 20 mins for food to arrive which wasn't bad .When receiving the food I was so hungry I tucked in but has soon has I did it was full of grease and soggy chips and over seasoned meat that tasted strange so I stopped eating it .I had the chicken loaded fries with cheese .The cheese was all mushed together at the bottom and it made me feel sick.The next morning I have gone off most foods and can not eat anything and having constant diarrhea and pain discomfort all day which i feel I have got food poising .I would not recommend anyone to go here and I won't be returning.

Ordered food from here they gave me the wrong then asked for the food back I don’t know why they need the wrong order food back but if you order from here there’s a chance you get food already handled by other people, other then that foods good

While most Pepe's in the midlands are rated 2/3 out of 5, this Tamworth branch stands out. This is one of the highest rated Pepe's around and you can see why. The service usually great (there is one rude guy but then there is always one isn't there), and the food is cooked and served as it should be. Pepe's got a great product. Most branches in Midlands messed it up with abysmal service, dirty stores, and a race to bottom mentally in the food served. It seems the Tamworth branch is getting it right. If you're going to park in the car park behind the store, make sure you give the car reg to avoid any tickets.

We’ve had Pepe’s every other Friday for months usually it’s delicious! Our fave take away. But they’ve changed it ☹️ no option to have peri peri fries or onion rings, the chicken tasted different and the loaded fries weren’t nice . Really disappointed

Place needs a bit of modernisation however can't argue with the food or the service from the boys! Saveer the main guy on the front accepted changes to the order and popped in some freebies as well Topman! 👍

I recently ordered from Pepes via delivery, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The food arrived promptly and was still piping hot, which is always a great start. I had the chicken XL, and it was packed with flavor—the chicken was juicy, well-seasoned, and had that perfect chargrilled taste that Pepes is known for. The portions were generous, too, especially with the fries, which were crispy and well-spiced. What really stood out to me was the consistency. Sometimes with food delivery, you worry that the quality might drop, but that wasn’t the case here. It was just as good as dining in. The sauces were on point—garlicky, spicy, and just the right amount of tang. Overall, I’m impressed and will definitely be ordering from Pepes again! A special shoutout to Yash he was very helpful!
