Place was busy with lots of food delivery riders coming in to pick up orders. Qued for 10 minutes and then placed my order And waited for another 10 minutes. Order came but was wrong did not have time to wait so left with a huff. Guy who took my order was misunderstanding a few of the customers.

Pepes Ealing is the best so far in London. Everything fresh and food is delicious. I must recommend this place and you will not disappointed

This was the food I received on Christmas I ordered at 8 pm. They told me to come in half an hour. I went in 50 minutes given them more time and they still made me wait 20 minutes

I have ordered from this place many times but on these recently two occasions the audacity is unbelievable instead of sending us a chicken fillet burger they have now changed the name on their Uber menu to chicken burger so you are paying £3.49 for a chicken steak processed burger! Absolute daylight robbery , you have gone down hill and on top of that we were one burger short but you cannot call their landline. I ordered today 07/08/23 and I and not happy either refund me my money or deliver what you show on your menu images!

Decided to drop by this restaurant for a quick bite to eat, this place never fails to provide a great meal out.Chicken is cooked to perfection and the restaurant is always happy to cater for my family’s needs (young children who cannot tolerate a lot of spice whilst the rest of the famIly prefer their chicken hot)!Their chips and sauce taste amazing as well!The friendly staff makes eating here all the more enjoyable and this is one place I will always come back to, great food and even better value for money!

I cannot fault this place!I have been here numerous times, both eat in but mainly take away and the food is superb!The chicken is always cooked to perfection (literally melts in your mouth) and the chips are the best! So fresh with the best sauces to accompany them.The staff are very helpful and willing to cater for all needs (including fussy children that cannot tolerate spice).I highly recommend this place whether it’s for a quick bite to eat, a meal out or just a quick takeaway!

Sometimes you don't have to eat fancy, sometimes all you need is Pepe's. Fantastic grilled wraps and crunchy chips.

Es una pena. Cuando eres una franquicia tienes que respetar el menú y los precios determinados. Pedí una hamburguesa de ternera doble, la diferencia de precio de una sola era 1. If my number 1 spot in Southall is closed then pepes is to the rescue. Never really let me down value for money not too bad and quality of food is decent

Love to eat here almost everyday. Food is delicious and fabulous staff. If you love to eat fast food you must try.

I ordered online, waited 3 hours and called them up but they didnt pick up the phone. I then went there and no one was inside. It was isolated. They said they had" problems" but i think they were talking the same thing their staff are made out of, rubbish. I went to roosters peri peri in greenford after that.

I would recommend it when you want a nicely prepared fast food and that too at a cheap rate. I find this place particularly good for groups.

I ordered extra hot whole chickens, and no sauce was applied, on not one put two occasions. I showed it to the staff who didn't care and refunded my money. They deliberately save on sauces I wonder why they even offer different variants of sauces if all they going to do is just stick on the grill and burn it. Will NEVER go there again

Situado en una buena ubicación, sólo tiene 1 aseo, que se mantiene cerrada y es sólo para clientes. La señora detrás del mostrador era amable, pedimos pollo entero, papas fritas, salsas, bebidas. La orden estaba recién preparada valió la pena la espera, ya que el pollo estaba jugoso y sabroso, pedimos caliente, pero era más suave. El único inconveniente era ebullición dentro y tuvimos que llamar la atención de la señorita para buzz la puerta del aseo abierta, asientos limitados. Recomendaría dar una oportunidad.

i felt scared by hearing the woman on the phone speaking to me its like i can still hear her when i sleep. hate that i had to pay a pound extra for the driver which made the driver feel that i liked him. hope they can improve they standard of work

In a street with an abundance of Asian type restaurants and take always this shop does not stand out, average food at average prices for the area

This is the first time I'm rating like this. I've called this shop on an occasion of my house but I had to call them three times and each time they keep me waited 10-15 minutes each time. Really hated their customer service. Its really awful.

I asked for the paneer wrap and informed the staff that I am vegetarian. I requested the staff to cut the paneer using a different knife they use for the chicken (you would assume they would do this anyway) and the staff agreed to the same. I sat down and watched them cut/ cook the paneer using the same knife, same grill and the same fork used for the chicken. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told to go elsewhere. I found the staff to be incredibly rude and would not go back!!

Restaurante económico, comida sencilla y de buen sabor. Recomendable para comer rápido a buen precio. Es mucho mejor que otros sitios de comida rápida de la zona.

Nagina's fast food terrible service rude to the customers avoid at all costs ,came from Birmingham with friends put me off southall won't be coming back at all .

The food was Decent. The packaging could be better esp for the wings as sauce tends to leak. We Did not have to wait for long for food to be ready for takeout. Friendly staff. However overpriced and small portions!

I recently went there, the food was okay. The spices were on point the only problem is the is really oily and the shop is quite small however it was good if it was for an emergency. I recommend you Order it from hungry house for either collection or home delivery so you can enjoy it at home. And not care how messy you get because they mostly serve chicken and it is quite hard to eat it with cutlery

i love their bbq sizzler and the fries so far its my favorite fast food place to go to its always nice and clean and fast service enjoyed it

Went pepes yesterday for the first time and I must admit I was very impressed! I got a steak chicken burger it was lovely & the chips were cooked perfectly! Decent portions and good prices.

ordered for home delivery chips were burnt but also cold chicken burger was so hard a rock would have been softer ordered from here before out of 5 times only once has the food been ok would not suggest anyone use home delivery from here never using this place again take a very long time to deliver considering it is 20 minute walk from me but takes 90+minutes to deliver

One of the best Peri Peri chicken shops in Southall. They are ALWAYS busy, so you know your getting fresh chicken everytime. Tried nearly everything in their store and love their food.
