Pepe's in Inverclyde

The food is decent but not for the price they charge for it. Rather expensive compared to other locales of similar quality in the area and that’s assuming they don’t get your order wrong on top of that. Mixed feelings overall.

Will never order again. Paid £22 for 4 tiny cheese poppers 5 tiny soggy onion rings and 5 of the smallest chicken wings I’ve ever seen. Obviously using baby chickens straight out the egg. Food was tasty but the gap between price vs quality was the biggest I’ve ever come across in my whole 20 year ordering life. Good luck

My favourite place to order from in Greenock, always consistent and food is delivered hot & on time. The man that usually delivers my food is so funny and sweet, 10/10 Pepe's!!

Ordered ahead of time, told my food was ready for collection at 19:05 but had to wait in the restaurant until 19:31. Waste of time ordering before hand.

Honestly unable comment on the food quality as I did not end up eating here. Went into the shop, wanted to go for a combo that has grilled chicken in it and got told by the lassie that there will be a 40min wait for it. Place was quiet at the time, only 1 other table of 2/3 people in, can't quite process why it needed to take that amount of time. Family was starving therefore we went elsewhere instead. Hopefully just a one off issue.

Delivery driver Woman was rude dirty and her car was filthy

my pepes order is saying delivered and it hasn't said between 2.05pm and 2.25pm hasn't arrived yet 🤔 it's now 2.40pm

Best Pepes in Scotland by far generous portions and the team always look like they are having fun while at work :)

Terrible experience, usually our go to place on just eat, 3 hours for delivery and food really poor, sorry folks but won’t be back.

Order was 3 hours late and came stone cold, currently sitting in the restaurant waiting on them to recook my order, had to go out and fix it myself. No offer of refund and all standing in the kitchen vaping absolute joke of a place

Hate to complain, I don’t normally but felt I had to so changes can be made where needed. The food is generally great but i won’t order for delivery again unless things change. I ordered food for delivery around 6:50pm for my mum , who is a diabetic, and needs to eat at certain times. The food arrived at 8pm although the burger was lovely the food was cold and the chips were soggy. I understand the food won’t be pipping hot with a delivery but it shouldn’t arrive cold.

Delivery was superb, food was nice and hot. There was also a lady there who delivered the food to the cinema. She was lovely, was blackhaired and had glasses. Would love to get her name.

Everything about this place is absolutely impeccable. Unmatched food served with top class customer service. The place is so genius I have my mind set on opening up my own pepes piri piri. Wake up people eat nowhere else.

Oft... That was rank! The cheese hadn't even melted, the chilli nuggets were half cooked and even more pale than I am!!

Place is a joke. No show for food 3 hours later, no answer on phone now as closed. Got updated an hour ago when I called asking about my order to be told drivers fault basically. Waiting on them coming back to send my food out? Still waiting.

Wings could be a bit bigger for the price your paying for them but other then that good

Waiting 2 hours for the food, chips soggy and cold and quasidillas also like warm at best, cheese bites and strips were relatively warm but had to reheat most, considering the high prices 2 hours for cold food isn't good enough tried to call the restaurant but couldn't get through. Shame because it actually tasted really nice after I heated it all up

The food was delivered early and was lovely and hot but I was Very disappointed with the size of the chicken burger I ordered. I ordered large and thought the burger would have been a decent size but it looked more like a child's portion. Im afraid I was still hungry after I had my burger and had to make other food to eat.

I did not receive this order I want fully reimbursed will be contacting my bank to let them know not to process payment as I did not get order .

Had double burger and mango, spicy chips and coke. Lovely and warm out of the cold street.Quiet when I visited but recon space for about 8 families. Meal was filling and very tasty. Hope to return soon.

I recieved the wrong juice. I ordered Tender Strips but recieved Chciken Wings. My chips & dip tasted off and my Piri Nan bread was stale. This was my worst order from the store.

Order placed an hour and a half ago called up to see what the delay was and was told could be another 45 minutes as the girl who answered the phone doesn’t know how long my order will take terrible service won’t be ordering again.

I really enjoyed my meal from here! I went in, ordered and left within 10 mins with a piping hot bag of delicious food. Nice and spicy! Really can’t complain at all for the price I paid.
