I'm.givimg 5* for food and delivery because it was very good quality food and delivery was on time for the estimated time on just eat. But, from when recieving email about when food was out for delivery until recieving was over 40 mins (delivery driver was nice enough, maybe just a few more deliveries before me, but 40 minutes when on jist over a mile away, a shame) The kebab needed heated up in the microwave and the pakora will go in the oven tomorrow as it was cold and I do t microwave pakora

Many fond memories of late nights going in for a chat and a burger. The kebab sauce on the burger is the business.

Last couple of times I have been let down when ordering a delivery. Food has gone down hill a lot recently and service is very poor. When you phone to complain that something isn't right in the order they have the cheek to blame the drivers saying that they must have picked up the wrong order. Knowing that when I have visited the shop few times I have seen the staff handing the drivers the orders. I won't be back! Very disappointed!

the order didn’t arrive and told me that the driver was on its way. i waited about an hour after it told me driver was on its way then it said my order had arrived when it didn’t.

Placed an order and was given a time slot of 00.25-00.45 and didn't receive my order at all. Called up to query this the next day as it was late on and the guy said he would call back and didn't bother

Cancel orders on a regular when they cant be bothered making the food

Full large chicken pakora got put in bin because it was far to over cooked even in the munchie box the pakora didn’t get ate Very disappointing when you have guests in your house and food quality is like that.

Late as usual! Had to call the restaurant was told it had just left!

Worst experience ever. When I called restaurant they were so unprofessional when I told them your delivery is over 2 and half hr late. They said we are busy and hung up. Food is bad quality as well and soggy. I am very upset.

Placed order at 730pm its now 2214pm & still no food, called restaurant twice to be told just making it now have requested they cancel the order as its been almost 3 hours & guy was rude shouting down the phone he's busy & can't cancel my order! Really unhappy & won't be ordering from there again!

Had to call the restaurant twice and the man I spoke with just lied and said its On the way 2 hours 30 mins from order time and no updates provided on the app this is the 2nd time this has happened last time order was cancelled after over an hour at the restaurant end !

Last two times I have ordered, I have paid for extra toppings on my pizza and not received them. Was advised this would be 'squared up' and never is. Its only a few quid but it's a few quid each time and ontop of an already 20-30 quid order. Really unhappy and disappointed as the food itself is always great.

Ordered 2 pizza with extra toppings pizzas came without any extra toppings phoned up and was told he'd "square us up" next time we orderd again forgot any toppings basically donated a fiver for the fun of it to them If they can't read a ticket right what other stuff aren't they doing right? Won't be back.

Really disappointed. Great food but orders been wrong twice in a row leaving things off. No attempt to resolve when called. Told it would be added on next order and still didn't recieve it next time

Salt and chilli chips were a bit soggy and not very hot. Rice and Korma sauce were nice though

food was lukewarm and overcooked, pizza had very little cheese and the only moisture on it was the vegetables, for £20, and as a regular, extremely dissapointed

Wrong size of pizza, asked 12 got 10 When asked about the size I was told it was already made Asked for no salad on the donner meat and as I’m allergic to cabbage and when we got home realised the kebab was mostly salad instead of meat

Meat feast pizza very good, shame place doesn't open until 6 sometimes later must loss alot of customers due to this.

Food was 40 minutes late, everything was cold and the chips were inedible because they were so soggy.

Food was stone cold had to heat in microwave called shop and the staff member was so rude and aggressive then hung up in me, tried to blame the delivery driver and it was not his fault.

I ordered my food and said it would be delivered before 8:00pm when it came it was cold. If I was given a delivery time my food should have been hot when delivered.

the seperate sauce came empty as the sauce had no lid on it so everything in the bag was covered in sauce and had no sauce to actually use.

Got the pizza deal A and it was superb 👏! Arrived early, was piping hot and food tasted great the delivery driver was lovely as well … great experience and best munch I’ve had in a while.

I ordered a meal for pick up at 17:55pm and when I went down to collect the meal it was closed. Shocking service and I am down £11:40 with no meal.

1st time ordering and on tonight's meal it won't be the last. Food arrived early (20mins or so). Food was Hot and very tasty, happy satisfied customer. Portion sizes were great and prices very reasonable. Cheaper delivery rates compared to other places which is a bonus. Great value for money. Only thing I could criticise was putting a cold can in the bag with hot food Look forward to ordering again

Curries were amazing, pakora was nice too. Only issue was we only got one rice when it advertised 2 rice in the Set meal for 2. Still would go back though as was plenty

Food was late had to call in or it would never have came, was not worth the wait or the money was Luke warm not hot but funny enough burnt . Spicy chicken pizza was not spicy, nachos were soggy and burnt, cheese and onion pizza was tasteless and the stuffed crusts that we ordered never came with the pizza, So bit of a ripoff

The donner meat was like leather... couldn’t even chew it. And the bread wrap was hard, The pizza wasn’t up to much either the sauce on the base wasn’t very nice. The pakora sauce didn’t even taste or look like pakora sauce. This was with both our meals.. the donner meat was off puting definitely wouldn’t order again, quite disappointed as I’ve ordered before and it was good

food tasted great but arrived 45mins late and lukewarm

This is not just about this order, its also about the 3 previous and the one I made by phone. Every time my order has been taken whoever is on the phone is not listening and the order is always wrong. Most times the food is just ok and not really warm. When you phone to report this they really could not care less and I am still charged for missing parts of the order and because of this I will 100% not be back !

Usually go here every few weeks as a treat but pick it up from shop.......Thought id order via just eat and get it delivered instead due to the bad weather. Got a mini munchy box, The food was extremely dry, The pakora was like chewing rubber, The donner meat was little bits of dried curled scraps. Salad was dripping in grease from the chips and donner meat. Given the length of time i had to wait on it which was over an hour, Im appalled at the standard of food that was delivered to me, I Wont get a delivery again, at least when im in shop I can see what im being served. Delivery driver was Great.

Food was over 40 minutes late ..... over £42 worth of food and one meal was missing ? and another was completely wrong ... ....after a "discussion" on the phone where I had to convince the restaurant they had made a mistake we waited a further 40 minutes for the rest of our meal. Therefore our family had to eat our meal in two sittings !!!

Ordered the nachos veggie new in menu. Just was like a pile of mulch. The chicken in my tikka kebab wasn't very fresh I left it and ate the salad and sauce. The poppadoms were far from fresh and crunchy. And sauce added to kebab even though I wanted it separate. Not happy with be back went right down hill

Food is decent, however ordered at 7.25pm and was told it would be delivered at 9.05pm. Still no delivery by 9.25 so requeated an update and received confirmation it would be there by 9.40pm saying the place was busier than expected. Still no order at 9.40pm and was past complaining. Eventually got here at 10pm. This seems to be a regular occurance with this takeaway (Multiple times for me personally and have seen other locals complain about the same delays last night and they were told some story about a delivery driver not turning up but it doesn't wash with me as delivery delays are an ongoing problem with Spices). Like I said, the food is decent but not good enough to be waiting over 2.5 hours on a delivery. Have been using Spices for just about every order I make on Just Eat but won't be using them again as there are a few alternatives in Port Glasgow.

I ordered a pizza at 1835 my estimated delivery time was 1955. I called to ask for a update on my order at 2027. I was told that one of their drivers had not showed up and they are very busy and they only have one driver tonight due to one not turning up. I was then told to wait 15 minutes and they would call me back after this they hung up the phone. I called back agin at 2042 to cancel my order. The restaurant then said that it will arrive in 5 minutes. The pizza was delivered by what appeared to be a member of kitchen staff. I understand that Saturday nights can be busy. I don’t understand how only one driver is working on a Saturday night. I don’t not believe they could not call another member of staff to do deliveries. If this is not possible stop delivery’s and don’t make empty promise to customers. I was left frustrated when contacting the restaurant, I was handled rudely via the phone call throughout. I was spoken in a condescending manner throughout my phone call giving off the impression that my custom did not matter. I will not be ordering from here again and will be following the process via Just Eat to refund my order.

Had to call as my food had not arrived. The person I spoke to said that my order was next on the delivery drivers run and they were just putting it on. Not good enough!

Just had a £46 order delivered and the pizza’s were absolutely cremated...wish I could post a pic Won’t be back!!!!

Half my order was missing and the other half was burnt!

food was almost an hour late, I am sure this is likely due to an increase of people ordering, an update would have been appreciated though, driver was very apologetic and the food was still hot when it arrived, although the chips tasted stale which was disappointing
