Had been here for the first time and the staff were very welcoming and friendly especially Haafiz. Suggested me items with patience and enthusiasm. The shop was very clean and tidy. The food was piping hot and well made. Would definitely recommend the place and have got one of the best customer service I have had in Pepe’s. Thanks very much

Just got food from here . I got xl chicken burger meal when I bit into burger it was that hard rubbery way as if not left in to cook long engh made me feel very sick fries,we're quite cold not much of a taste to them . Friends wings were cold n burnt all went in bin the drinks,were ok

I did not receive the right order, this has happened twice. I ordered flavoured chips and got given smaller plain ones despite having paid more for the flavoured ones. This is the second time this has happened.

Always missing food/items, didn’t get our brownie or drinks on one occasion. Missed our brownie again another occasion. And then tonight they’ve missed our chocolate fudge cake and phoned the store multiple times but no answer.

Phoned for a delivery and it came within half an hour. Food was really warm and made exactly how we asked. Staff were friendly on the phone. Over all a really nice food and driver was polite also.

Got a cheesecake my partner has not eaten it as dated 4/01/2026 I have never known a fresh cheesecake to be able to be eaten 1 yr after not frozen??

My favourite food, always freshly made and guys are very nice. Never ever let me down. Once I forget to put my house number and they could not reach me on phone and when I phoned up they were waiting me to contact kept my food warm and they deliver it for me. One of the best one in East Kilbride.

The wrap completely fell apart! They do not tip the drivers even though you leave a tip for them online. Utterly disgraceful! I will never order from them again. So unfair to the drivers who depend upon their tips!

Peri chips had no peri seasoning on them

I placed the order at 4:15 and the Estimated delivery time is in between 5:10 to 5:30 , So the delivery time show more than 1 hour, anyway its alright, But the food delivered at 5:43 , very disappointed on delivery because is that for I paid for delivery charge

Order way wrong - added an extra side and didn’t get it, wrong juice, wrong size ice cream. Every time I order there is something wrong with the order or it takes over an hour. Not worth the money tbh

The fries was not good and was terribly hard and the chicken was not good and was not smooth

Twice now I've had a bad meal from here. Grisly, chewy chicken and the most recent time had a bone in a piece of chicken. Loaded fries were soggy. Really disappointing when the one in Hamilton is always spot on.

It was late. It said it was delivered at 7:50pm but actually came to my door at 8:20pm. The driver confirming that it was delivered when it actually wasn’t was very misleading and I thought I wasn’t going to get my food that I paid £26 for.

No peri salt on chips- no extra chicken 👎

Shocking. Got home with my order to open the bag and only have 2 portions of chips. Called to try and resolve. Was told that “have only ordered from there once before” totally irrelevant. Was not given the food I paid for. Was told that a driver would drop off the item. Still waiting on this. Never order from again

Food arrived earlier than stated on a Friday night. The food was hot and exactly what I was needing. Spicy and tasty.

They don't know how to wrap a burrito! I've been to other Pepe's, they know what they're doing. Three times now, I've bought a burrito from here, and every one of them fell apart. Don't even think about eating one one the way home.

Good portion sizes and the best quality chicken we have ever had from a takeaway. Never had an issue with them. If I could order the grilled chicken every night I would! Will try the Nacho’s wrap next time.

Next level food. Better than Nando’s for us at a fraction of the cost and we always get the whole chicken mild spice. Don’t think about it just try it!

The delivery driver just left our food outside the door with no knock or doorbell ring?? Luckily we checked outside just in case and the food was freezing cold mustve been sitting out for ages, and also the restaurant missed the carrot cake I paid £4 for. Shocking service, complaining to Uber eats is a nightmare aswell!!!

Absolutely delicious food, delivered bang on time, everything was nice and hot and lovely crispy fries. Speaking of hot - it is! If you usually get Nandos, go down a heat here, it's spicy! Looking forward to my next order from here.

Great experience, food could have been prepped better. Lot of sauce and food kind of fell out the burger due to how they stacked the chicken. Other than that tasted amazing highly recommend, customer service was amazing very quick on collection to have my food ready

Long delivery time, pitta bread was burnt making it inedible.

Really poor service. Food was stuck to wrapping bd was very soggy and squahed. Delivery was late and lady I had spoken ti on the phone when I asked ti check was quite rude.

This is the second time in a few months that oyr delivery has arrived without drink. The drinks ordered both times werr at an additional cost- Tropicana. Disappointing as the driver has never returned with the drinks nor has a refund ever been offered

Chips missing again! Nearly £11 for half a meal, this place used to be decent now it’s way over priced & the food is worse!
