Tastey food ,and friendly staff good work

Ordered of this pepes and the food never arrived, driver put through as delivered without calling or ringing bell or knocking on door, worst experience ever, complained to store, she said she would get owner to phone me, I got call from franchise owner who explained this is quite common at moment but he could not help, no benefit to us as just eat refusing to refund us, will never order from here again.

No complaints on the food however the service is either brilliant or piss poor put u on hold on the phone and forget about you Need to be consistent is with service staff then play dumb and pretend not to understand you Small apologies go a long way And it's cold as the hell I here in fact ITS SO COLD IN HERE THERES CHICKENS WAITING IN LINE FOR GRILL !

Pepes thornliebank is really really clean - they are quick, very pleasant and the food is a very high standard. Been to a few others and wouldn't go back but I'd go out my way to eat here.

Thank you, our food was hot fresh and overall delicious, yes the delivery was a long wait but considering the weather that’s perfectly acceptable. Everything was perfect and delivered with a smile even though it was pouring outside.

jeya here been ordering Pepes from Thornliebank for 3 years now so good lovely staff lovely food very kind only Pepes restaurant I like in Scotland

Chicken was over cooked and chewy. Piri-Piri chips were saturated in seasoning. Not an enjoyable experience and over half of it went in the bin. Pepe's branches in Dennistoun and Kilmarnock are far superior! A waste of money on this occasion.

I got a chicken tasca meal, it was full of flavour and the chicken was really nicely tender. I really enjoyed my meal! Thank u pepes!
