Pepe's in East Renfrewshire

The boys that served me today were very polite and very welcoming. The food is always top tier here but what separates this establishment from the rest is the way the workers treat the customers which is why I am a regular customer especially to this specific establishment.

Burrito delicious as always, loads of tasty chips, 10/10 would keep ordering

Half the order was missing. Then they took 2 hours to attempt to send the second half.

Once again great experience at pepes thornliebank. Banu service was excellent as always.

Too much salt in it. Taste was rubbish.

Left a lovely note with order, food was all still hot and delivered on time

Forgot to give part of the order for the second time and refused to send another driver and refused a refund.

The chicken was delicious as usual, generous portion of chips, the peri salt just takes it to another level, always have it with mango and lime sauce, it’s one of the best I’ve had.Like the handwritten post it note that tells me to enjoy my meal and to have a nice day.

food wasn’t even nice, payed 38 quid for a burger i couldn’t take mayonnaise off of, a chocolate cake, j2o and tender strips for it to not even be nice. 👎🏻

My collection order said it was ready online at 7:05 and i got there at 7:30 and they hadn’t even packed it yet. Took another 7 minutes

You get what you expect at pepes can't fault it for food on the go, doesnt taste the same if it is slightly cold.

I had visited this place many times and being a student it is pocket friendly. The place was neat and clean, the tables toilets and even the food was packed properly without any leak. I received my order in 10 to 12 mins. The staff was good and also coordinat well with each other. There were many customers and many orders were placed at the same time still the store maintained and organized it well. Really like the food, properly cooked and was served hot.

Though the staff are generally friendly and the food is usually decent, it is a little pricey and the staff often don't understand what you are saying and will sometimes sneakily (perhaps unknowingly) try to upsell you.

Food in general is standard (obviously because it is a branch) on the other hand the customer service in pepes thornliebank is absolutely disgusting speaking to them over the phone feels like I’m about to get scammed and when you walk in the shop it is hank Marvin sometimes it even feels like I’m standing in Mumbai desert with the smell and heat coming from that place. they’re either talking or scratching their baws. I get told 15 mins but end up waiting about an hour, it needs proper management and new staff who know how to communicate with customers.

The Thornliebank branch has always been on go to when inorder. They are far superior to other branches. the food came on time and was still piping hot. food was packaged well and the taste is always great. Definitely my to go place always.

Usually food is good from Pepes. This time it felt it was old and reheated, the chicken was too big and dry in the Quesadilla, there was no cheese or it had dried out. Food overall was inconsistent on this occasion. Chips were good though.

This branch go above on their portion sizes compared to another Glasgow branch I’ve ordered from. This is a few times I have ordered from this branch now and every time has been spot on. Everything is cooked to perfection

Ordered of this pepes and the food never arrived, driver put through as delivered without calling or ringing bell or knocking on door, worst experience ever, complained to store, she said she would get owner to phone me, I got call from franchise owner who explained this is quite common at moment but he could not help, no benefit to us as just eat refusing to refund us, will never order from here again.

I order a lot from this place and order the same thing all the time their Loaded Fries & there peri peri mayo are THE BEST that’s why I keep ordering at least once a week would totally recommend anyone to try these you’ll be hooked and very friendly

The food was spot-on. It was warm and it was massive quantity and it was really delicious. I love the sauce!!

No complaints on the food however the service is either brilliant or piss poor put u on hold on the phone and forget about you Need to be consistent is with service staff then play dumb and pretend not to understand you Small apologies go a long way And it's cold as the hell I here in fact ITS SO COLD IN HERE THERES CHICKENS WAITING IN LINE FOR GRILL !
