We come to this Pepe’s on a weekly basis. It’s bar far the best Pepe’s. Always so fresh and good quality. Staff is also very friendly and attentive.

Amazing customer service, picked up two rice box meals. The girl behind the counter with glasses smashed it. Everything was piping hot. This pepes has improved so much since changing ownership. Can’t recommend it enough.

I visit this store a lot as they get my order correct and Majority of my orders are fresh. there’s only been once or twice I’ve received piri chips that weren’t the crispiest but I’ve just let that slide as most of my visits are excellent.

Ordered the chicken and rice box with chips and mayo dipx2. Ordered within delivery time frame. Foot was hot and tasted great

Had to change the review as came here again on Sunday. Within 3 hours I was vomiting. Still not recovered fully anmd it’s been 5 days. Ordered wings and loaded and had the worse case of food poisoning av experienced in UK. Phoned them and manager didn’t not give me a call back. A few friends found out and then told me they had similar experience before.

The food is consistently fresh, flavourful, and served piping hot. Their grilled chicken is perfectly seasoned and juicy every time, and the peri peri sauces hit just the right balance of spice and flavour. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations.

The boys that served me today were very polite and very welcoming. The food is always top tier here but what separates this establishment from the rest is the way the workers treat the customers which is why I am a regular customer especially to this specific establishment.

I had a really disappointing experience with Pepe’s. I tried to place a collection order over the phone, but was told their system wasn’t working and that I had to use the app. I explained multiple times that this wasn’t possible for me at the time and kindly asked if they could just take the order down on paper so it could be prepared before I arrived, especially since I was in a rush. Despite my reasonable request, they flat-out refused and became increasingly rude over the phone. It’s incredibly frustrating when a business won’t make the slightest effort to accommodate a customer, especially in a simple situation like this. Terrible service and a very unprofessional attitude – I won’t be ordering from here again.

Great customer service. Zoha was great in changing my order and having food ready promptly.

The chicken was delicious as usual, generous portion of chips, the peri salt just takes it to another level, always have it with mango and lime sauce, it’s one of the best I’ve had.Like the handwritten post it note that tells me to enjoy my meal and to have a nice day.
