Food was less than my expectations so hard and cold

Harika was great on service and prompt with taking our order

Loved the food here, it serves halal chicken which is quite tasty. I loved it's extremely hot chicken.

Delivered on time. Great on a Saturday night. Nice and quick.

Food is excellent although a little expensive when feeding a family of 5. Staff are really nice.

Ordered on just eat food came fast, chicken was really good was and so was the sauce, the chips were really nice as well and had enough peri salt, the garlic mayo is the best thing about Pepe’s a really good dip so if ur thinking of going get the garlic mayo

Grilled chicken was great but the chicken burgers were tiny and more suitable for a kid. Kids meal had 3 chicken nuggets which were also small in size and not enough for a whole meal so would not get these or burgers again. as not worth it. The chips also did not have much peri season which is a shame.

Placed an order for chicken and rice and Prime pita , never got the prime pita , called shop Just to be told sorry we can give you 20% off , why on earth do you think I’ll be back afternoon half my order was also told you don’t do refunds never again will I order from there

Pepe's is a nice place for a quick meal. It was very clean with lot of sitting space and had friendly staffs. The food was freshly prepped. But the reason I couldn't rate this high because for a restaurant the food is the most important aspect for me. We didn't like the taste of the food. The base spice used across all the dishes was tangy and that didn't sit well with my palate.

WOULD BE GOOD IF THEY WOULD LET YOU TAKE CANS OF JUICE FOR COLLECTION AND DELIVERY!!!!!!!!! Had to leave the juice from my meal because they wouldn't give me it as a can rather than draft.

Came here for a takeaway as had family round the house. On arrival I had to call a member of staff to come and take the order as I was ignored for around 10 mins. I was then told it would take 10 to 15 mins but it actually took 40mins. There was no apology for being ignored or for the wait for the food. I can say that I will not be visiting the branch again.

The food was good and not reheated, I will definitely order food again from this place.

I have ordered a whole chicken. Unfortunately, they put 3 legs instead of breasts without asking or informing. When I was home and opened the meal. I have found out that they put 3 legs instead of breasts. When I called. The staff told me that I had to bring one leg to give me breasts without apologising. I don't know what would they do with the one leg which they have me. It is disgusting. I would never go there for food.

Av ordered a few times now and every time there’s something missing in the order I think the staff need to check what’s in the bag before they give it out I waited over 1:30 min

We order a Wednesday night end of school year takeaway away treat. My son and his friend ordered a chicken burger, my partner had chicken and rice and I had chicken nachos. The boys loved the burgers, spicy, but really tasty. Although my partner got a mild dish, he felt it spicy but again really flavour filled and delicious. My nachos were incredible, big portion. I got the spice level hot which left a nice tingle, don't think I would be comfortable with a higher level of heat. The flavour was pleasant, the chicken moist and melted in the mouth. Empty plates all round. Would have no hesitation to recommend to someone who enjoys a little spice with their meal.

I have no complaints about the food whatsoever, the food here is great. However, the lady who serves behind the till has major issues. I went with my wife and sister and it was question after question after question..... 'large?, sauce?, drink?' She does not give anyone a minute to think. It made my sister rush into something she didn't even want because she was going too fast. My sister was then too scared to ask her to change it because she looks pissed off all the time. Ontop of that, she doesn't speak or understand proper English. It baffles me how someone speaks so fast and when I am answering just as fast she goes 'sorry what?' Because she doesn't understand....? Sauchiehall St is better
