Guy got my order wrong and proceeded to openly talk shit about me to the other staff while remaking my food. Even when I got my burger made right it was dry and had no sauce, you could tell they made it crap to spite me. Worst service I've ever had. The lady who corrected the order was very lovely and nice however.

First of all the food is cold and delivery was late , worst service with restaurant member and delivery person, i need some proper reply or response with this delivery, ordered at 12:45 and delivery happened at 13:57. Worst

Delivery driver turned up without the food said it had been misplaced and he would be back in 10 minutes called up to ask were the order was after another 50 minutes and was told to wait 5 minutes food then was hung up on food took a further 20 minutes the delivery driver then tried to deliver to the wrong house i will think twice before ordering from here again

Order was supposed to be delivered between 18:20-18:40 but got delivered at 19:10. All the food was cold. The fries were undercooked

Ordered for delivery on APP at 17:03 today , no confirmation email from shop , nobody answered phone , voicemail full . Called head office number only open 9-5 Monday to Friday . Food arrived 30 minutes late , chicken burgers were awful buns very hard , obviously microwaved too long . Chips were cold .

Very nice people but food was 2 hours late. Completely cold. Delivery driver called to say he was outside went outside wasn’t there turned up 15mins later. Again very nice people I’m sure the food would be nice if it wasn’t spoiled by the long journey.

the driver had no clue of where he was and i was on phone with him for about 6 minutes trying to locate him but was unsuccessful. I had to then call the restaurant and complain about this .

The food has gone bad. It had a putrid smell and a foul taste.

Twice now I’ve requested them to cut the chicken pieces into 2 but both times been ignored. The chicken has been burnt too which is also what I told them not to give. They fulfil your order but on their terms only. We spend a lot of money, not cheap.

I went instore I was looking terrible as I was working from morning and I have cold n fever when I told them I’m here for collection girl of front of the house ask my name so rudely i understand they work under pressure but I also work in food chain n it made me feel little uncomfortable if there’s was someone good looking she might not have asked them rudely

we ordered our food at around 8.20pm and it didn't come until 10.45pm. when i had called them after nearly an hour we weren't told that there was ongoing problem with their grill, instead they said the order had left even when it hadn't! if we had been told that there was an issue we would have cancelled the order. my young children had to wait a very long time to eat! when the food had finally arrived it was cold and not tasty at all!! I am not happy and would like a full refund
