Always a solid experience at Pepe’s! The peri peri chicken is tender, full of flavour, and cooked just right. Staff are friendly, service is quick, and the food never disappoints. Great value for money too. Definitely recommend it if you're craving something spicy and satisfying.

A female staff name Sweta was extremely rude with her attitude and behaviour, I asked her for a chiili sauce when she went pass my table she came back with it and chucked on the table away from me. Then I was done with my meal and couldn’t finish it all of so I went to the front to ask for a bag , she started whispering to her colleague in front of me and didn’t even responds to me , she picks the bag behaving in a way she doesn’t want to give it. The way this memeber of staff Sweta behaved was as if people are eating for free and she’s doing them a favour . Shouldn’t employ such rude people who can’t even smile and have no manners

first time and really enjoyed! wasn’t sure what to expect but will just say perhaps chimichurri & mangolime wasn’t the best (tasted a bit like a fizzy drink..)

We used to love Pepe Harrow and dined there regularly, but one visit completely changed our view. While I was there with my kids, the staff started loudly cursing and arguing with each other in the middle of the restaurant — it was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. We stopped going after that.Recently, I gave them another chance and ordered through Uber Eats, but the food that arrived was incredibly disappointing like it was thrown together carelessly, as if they were giving it away for free. Cold, poorly packaged, and nothing like what we used to enjoy. Really disappointed in how far this place has fallen. The lack of respect both in service and quality is a disgrace.

Absolutelt revolting. Extremely dissatisfied with the food poisoning I suffered after eating your chicken burger. This experience was not only physically causing me to be ill but also caused me significant inconvenience. Please fix up and I’m not even mad I’m disappointed.. As you can see in the below picture the burger was contaminated WITH THE BLACK PLAGUE.

I didn’t received my order and it’s showing it’s been delivered.

I got food poisoning after eating a chicken burger here — absolutely disgusting. Within hours, I was sick and miserable. Clearly, food safety isn’t a priority for them. If you value your health, avoid this place like the plague. Nothing about the meal was worth the aftermath.

As the driver was on route to deliver me my food, he called me to tell me his bike had broken down when he was over a mile away from where I live. This fantastic, dedicated and friendly driver walked over a mile to deliver my food while carrying his broken bike with him. I didn’t even care that my food arrived slightly later than expected, I was so happy and grateful by this driver’s kindness for walking nearly 20 mins late at night at half past 11 to deliver my food. Amazing customer service.

Amazing place to eat and take away the rice box meal is delicious and cheap also fries are the best ever make sure you get Peppes Seasoning on them.

Didn’t give driver half my order

The chicken wings ordered were black and they had to be thrown away. They were shrivelled up and black and they were burnt and were simply not fit for consumption. I am extremely disappointed.

Rice and chicken isn’t very nice

They always follow any notes I leave for my order and make it perfectly :)

Overall experience was not bad, food was okay, I told them make it extreme hot but it wasn’t spicy that I had before, I was also disappointed by the dips they given was half empty.

Hi I’m am a regular customer with Pepe’s today they’ve dissapointed me a lot because I’ve made a order and I’ve asked for 3 mayo souces and the lady at the counter she was really agrresive towards me saying that they only give 1 each I’m am really disappointed with the experience

the foot was so cold but is come on time the chips was cold as well

I am really not happy with the service, I made an pick up order at 10/11 at 11:35 asked for hot paneer rice and I got lime rice instead and this is the 3 time this has happened with me. I couldn’t eat the rice had to throw it away. Very disappointed.

Absolutely smashing! My whole family loves the peri peri wings platter! And the garlic mayo dip with the chicken is the best! This is our favourite movie night meal! Thank you for the amazing food guys!

A few times now, food has been uncooked, especially the grill whole chicken. Staff are understanding and gave free replacement. Better staff than Norwood one!

I’m a big fan of Pepe’s and usually love the food, but my recent order from Pepe’s PriPri left me a bit disappointed. The food arrived on time, which was great, but unfortunately, no cutlery was included. I was in the hospital and couldn’t find any available there, so it made things difficult. I had also ordered six extra garlic sauces, but they were all watery this time. Pepe’s usually delivers on quality, but this experience wasn’t quite up to the usual standard. I hope for a better experience next time!

Big fan of pepe’s in Slough when I lived there. Expected the same taste and quality in Harrow. Absolutely disgusted by the burger which I ordered via Uber eats. Burger was rotten and grey inside. Avoid at all costs
