I recently visited Pepe’s in Harrow and was disappointed to find that they do not offer a student discount. This is surprising given that many other Pepe’s locations provide discounts to students. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that it wasn't an option at this branch.

Food tastes so good, I always love visiting the place. Will be visiting again!

Chicken dishes are so good to have that whenever I want to have it,I always visit pepe's. The atmosphere is too good as well.

Owner is pretty awesome to talk. I had a great time with my family. Evening time is the best to visit the place.

I’ve ordered large chicken and rice with extra chicken and paid extra for 2 garlic mayos sauces, the food turned up with no extra sauces and no extra chicken I’ve paid extra money for no reason at all! Need to do better !

Got an out of date fudge cake sent by 1 month. Disgusting

The worst food is expect more in the efforts in cooking and everything just burned my mouth when I expected plain the tenders were awful and soggy tasted like the chicken was soaked in bath soap should have trusted my guy and gone with Sahara Grill never let me down I’m appalled on the bright side it was free have a great day 👍

Good food but I ordered my rice to be Hot in spiciness and it came in Mild Lemon n Herb. There may have been a miscommunication somewhere, at least I got my food.

So, was contemplating what to eat and chicken wings seemed to be calling. I proceeded to go to Pepes Piri Piri and ordered 5 grilled chicken wings. I normally opt for the hot coating, however chose the mango and lime. As usual, the wings were grilled to perfection and the sauce was delicious and made a refreshing change from the spicy one I usually order. Service was friendly and the wings were devoured quicker than Usain Bolt running 100 metres.

Food arrived was not hot. the plain choice in taste is not plain but felt very warm. ordered 2 wraps hot and plain taste. they were not labeled respectively. Pepe's Harrow is going down in quality.

The Burger was really Cold and hard they couldn’t be eaten

Although I was served with a wrong order at first, Ms. Sanjana was considerate enough to give a replacement at no extra cost. Her service was commendable and it is quintessential in this sector.

The driver was at the address refused to listen to delivery instructions remained at the back of the building. I had to go downstairs didn't even receive a call back to say i can't find the address. I had to call driver. Food was cold

Well I ordered food as i was a bit hungry. Yet when i received my food it spilt all over my bed. I don’t know if that delivery driver took a nibble and didn’t close the box or if the Pepe worker is taking the piss but I hope this shop closes down.As normally I change my bed sheets every 3 months but due to peeps it was only 2 weeks

I usually ordered from this place a few times and this is my least favourite pepe’s. Today I planned to visit and stuff definitely needs a customer service etiquette’s training. Food was also average and I had similar experience with takeaway orders in past. I would recommend trying out other Pepe’s

Although I don’t come here as often as I should, Sanjana seems to have photographic memory cos she always knows exactly what I want and how I want it. I went in today with my daughter and like magic, she also knew my daughter’s order. She’s the best!

Chicken rice is so good , must visit place and the way staff treated all customers is above the beyond’s… highly recomended.

Food is always delicious, especially their chicken rice box and their chicken pitta. I would say that the restaurant itself could be a lot cleaner. Floors sometimes look very dirty and tables need to be cleaned better.

The flavours are good but the food was undercooked… make sure to cook chicken well give it few minutes more to improve food quality !!! Also fizzy drinks cans were at room temperature, so drinks needs to be served cold. Hope you take my suggestion into action as I have knowledge in the hospitality and catering field. Thank you

The chicken was a little too spicy - more than usual

We got stale rice most of the time.. and today the rice was stinky, spoiled and rotted, very sticky with bad smell.. we told them multiple times but we experienced it often.. Disappointed.. It was dangerous for health..

Original estimated time was 20:53 despite me placing order to arrive by 21:05. When it didn’t arrive at this time I didn’t mind as, I was expecting at 21:05. However then time changed to 21:15 so arrived 10 minutes later than expected. Also I ordered an extra large peri chips which I was charged for but didn’t arrive in the order

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Pepe's. During a phone call, the staff's sarcastic tone was off-putting. Additionally, upon arriving at the store, we were disappointed to learn that they only offered Pepsi as a drink option, which was not mentioned beforehand. The food quality was subpar, especially considering my previous positive experiences at other branches. Chips not fully cooked, my order was definitely rushed, horrible. Consistency and customer treatment are important, regardless of the location. It's crucial for businesses to maintain clear communication and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all customers. The rice in chicken ‘N’ Rice smelt a bit weird and I ate a few spoonfuls and the chicken bits smelt like other meat, maybe because different meats are grilled on the grill but the peri peri chips was fresh and tasty 👍

My order came on time however it is freezing cold and my chips taste stale this is unacceptable I believe a partial refund at least should be warranted

I ordered one paneer nachos meal and a paneer nachos the restaurant forgot to give the diet Pepsi and the dips. And they were blaming the Uber driver. Luckely he was here outside my house and he did not have anything. I talked to the girls called sanjana she is giving answers like you can come here and take your Pepsi. Day before yesterday also I ordered the same thing and they gave me 5 nachos and 1 jalapeno. I request the management to look into the working of the and their attitude as well. After paying for the delivery if sanjana wants me to come to the restaurant for the diet Pepsi please reconsider in your hiring process.

5* Always great quality food service from this branch….they give you complementary sauces without a fuss. It’s the little things that make a big difference so I will always choose them over others!
