Penywaun Fish Bar in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Arrived twice within ten minutes of ordering on line. You might think that’s good. The food is cold when it arrives. Must be cooked hours before. I would much rather wait an hour and have it hot and fresh!

We get our food delivered to the house and I can never get over how quickly it arrives. We order pizzas and surely it takes time to cook it then deliver it, but it seems like it's only 10mins and it's here, Very good value for the money and tasty Always freshly cooked, I definitely recommend it to everyone

Rude service by the manager yet again. Decided to give a final try tonight after previous orders were incorrect. (Last time contacted the shop and was met with hostility from the off despite me explaining I don’t want to make a complaint but purely querying about having the incorrect meal). Despite the poor customer service the food is great so, Decided to give them a final go tonight. The lady who answered the phone was great and friendly but when I asked 2 simple question specifically what the mixed kebab contains due to having it sent wrong twice previously and if they do wraps I heard a male in the background shouting aggressively, ‘TELL HIM LOOK AT THE MENU ONLINE, HANG UP WE AINT GOT TIME’ i hung up! Feel sorry for staff if he treat customers like that Won’t true again.

Found this place out of nowhere. And its even halal. Better value for money. Very honest and welcoming staff. Had a beef burger and it was 9/10.

Fantastic local food provided by friendly helpful and always happy staff, for the brilliant local community. Excellent prices too, £7 for a kebab and chips, cant beat it.

Mario the owner does good job in the valley. Quick service, reasonable price and tasty food. Pizza dough itself alone is tasty to eat, Sousage and chips is my favourite as well, But Turkish kebabs and Beef burgers are popular with the kids. All Penywaun knows that he is brilliant... Chips were not cooked enough, the curry was watered down so much you couldn't taste it. Also the delivery driver was so immature and rude two girls and one boy.

Stunning food, nice staff and place.

Keeping in mind starvation was high that day but my food was tasty especially their chips. Affordable prices. A return there, I would.

Friendly guys, offered my little one a free lolly while waiting for our food and have offered me free pizza slices while waiting at one point. Very nice food and customer service, small shop and not much seating but all good otherwise.
