Ordered takeaway from here thought I’d have crispy pork for a change when I went to eat the pork it was off when we rang to complain they Told us we were lying both my wife and myself have a background in catering so we know weather something is off or not can tell honestly we have used the takeaway for 19 years and in the last few years the food has definitely declined we will not be using it again

Food was not very good standard, cold on delivery 1 wrong meal had to get another delivered spring rolls were like cardboard no filling they went in the bin. Ribs very chewy. Fried rice stodgy. Very disappointing experience big let down on our family meal will not go to them again think I will try somewhere else

Disgusting meal tonight. Mixed hor d'erves all overcooked & dry. Fried rice all gloopy & stuck together. Beef with mushrooms - don't know what the meat was but it was inedible. Chicken with chili sauce was bland. Usually go at weekends & ok food - dont know if a different cook week days but it was awful.

Phoned and collected our order whilst recently staying in Towyn within 25 minutes. Ordered Salt & pepper chicken wings(8) which were tasty with plenty of topping and actual wings were large...king prawn fried rice & chicken/beef fried rice were both really fresh, hot and again generous portion. Curry sauce was nice and not too spicy for kids as well. Son had fish and chips- Fish was HUGE and not greasy at all. Chips could of done with an extra 5 mins in the fryer and paying by card would of been easier than having to go cash machine but overall really nice takeaway, a lot cheaper than what we pay at home and decent fresh quality will order again if staying in the area!!

If I could give a 0 I would ordered a chicken curry instead of curry sauce there was gravy in it return the food to the delivery driver he came back and they just added the curry sauce to the gravy disgusting AVOID

We have had several deliveries from here the food has always arrived hot and tasty with good portion sizes.

This place used to a be a bit hit and miss and wouldn’t have been my first choice but after not visiting since before the pandemic I’ve just had a chicken friend rice from there (the only Chinese local to me that’s open till 11pm) and it was absolutely gorgeous. Big chunks of proper chicken with just the right amount of seasoning, spring onion and sesame oil. I hate it when it’s too dry! Went in to order and they had my order done in about 7minutes. I’ll definitely be going back now after tonight’s meal. Thank you!!!

Pleasantly surprised! It can be risky opting for a Chinese takeaway when away from home but this one worked well for us. A little pricier then we’re used to and is (at the time of writing) accepting only cash, hence 4/5 instead of 5/5. Tasty food and fully satisfied family. Would return.

Ordered a delivery which arrived quickly. The food was fresh, piping hot and plenty of it. Very tasty. Never had a bad experience from here

The food is crap The fish isnt fish I wouldnt eat there again They are cutting corners. The food is crap and there is a oily taste on the food

Salted combo meal is absolutely amazing, been a few times now and never disappointed. The peppered chips are divine!

The food from here just keeps getting better and better , great value we had duck and mushrooms, special fried rice and special chop suey tonight and all meals were excellent Will definitely order these again

Been a few times now when we stay in towyn the food is lovely never had a bad meal the salt and pepper fried rice is amazing we placed an order last night for delivery they missed rice off we rang up to let them know within five minutes they had turned up with it for us couldn’t fault them at all

Never again!!! Customer service skill and attitude apoling!! Ordered food which when delivered wasnt all there phoned back to complain lady stating she would credit us with next order really wasnt happy spoilt our night as was entertaining. I prompted to be fully refunded as we were meals missing and the lady was only going to refund us if the meals wasnt touched abousily too sell on very disappointed will never be going there again as said customer service and attitude goes a long way very very disappointed

We’ve been using this Chinese since living in Abergele for the past 7years. It’s a little hit and miss but just lately it’s been a miss! The prices on their menu seem to differ to what they charge you. This has happened on many occasions they say they’ve upped their prices but not menu. A little disappointed

We were staying in towyn for a few days and decided to try the Pensarn for our tea we got honey spare ribs prawn toast, crispy chilli chicken and beef, normal chilli beef, fried rice, chilli fried rice and prawn crackers the food was lovely probably one of the best takeaways we have been too they even delivered to the caravan site we were staying in will definitely be going here again on our next visit

Avoid at all cost .spent 30 pounds on Saturday. All meals where inedible. Salty and disgusting. Rung up customer service is appalling. No apology or offer off refund .if your near there avoid and go Windsor fish and chip shop . Disgusting place . Horrible staff .

An excellent service ,can't fault the food on par with the best.we used them regularly over the past 3 years.

I'm pleased to say that after not being here for many years the food is still excellent, the service quick and staff polite. Well done my Duck curry was the the best I've had in a long time.

We have had collection and delivery orders from here several times now and have found it to be really tasty. The portion sizes are good and the service has always been friendly. No complaints :)

Had takeaway a couple of times now and can't fault it. Home delivery to my caravan is great when you have had a beer and won't drive. Mixed curry is delicious and the ribs too. Will be using this place more in 2019 season. My kids eat all the food and enjoy it, (clean plates). Would recommend

Went for a first time on Thursday evening and ordered spring rolls and Peking ribs. The spring rolls were wrapped in a thin crispy pastry that was not greasy, the filling was a mush, with no meat being discernable. Overall disappointing. The Peking ribs were tough and stringy, I did not find the sauce inspiring, but my wife thought it good. Again overall disappointing. Cost for both was £8-60, expensive for some thing which was not enjoyable. Would not use this takeaway for appetizers or starters again.

Appalling wait only to be served a greasy mess, even the seagulls turned their beaks up at them, they were inedible

We came to this take-away on the last night of our trip to North Wales, and wished we had come sooner so we could come back!

Had the aromatic duck with pancakes and the prawn toast. Both were delicious, with the prawn toast being the best we’ve had from a Chinese. No complaints.

Ordering the food was very confusing because two separate orders were taken at the same time talking across to different customers. The gentlemsn was ordering his food while we were ordering ours. Both orders were taken by opposite sides so we were struggling to hear each other. Not very efficient. The person serving us had quite bad English and didn't t understand the word"pork". However, the food was very good and we have no complaints on that score.

First visit here, on recommendation from friends. We weren't disappointed. Had sausage dinner, which was cooked and served without too much of a wait. Dinners kept warm during our sort trip home and there was plenty on our plates. Everything cooked well and extremely tasty gravy.

Thought I would try here for a changewhat a big mistake when I got home the chips were soggy and had hair in it I rang up to complain and they said it wasn’t from there’s I can’t see how people say this is a good chippy when it’s clearly not I will be avoiding at all costs and so will my family

Great menu and food always excellent. Best hot and sour soup I've ever tasted! Friendly staff and deliver to local caravan sites too. Well worth a try.

Love this chippy .,the fish and chips are generous portions . The Chinese takeaway is one of the best I've had and very reasonably priced . They deliver too .

Usually call in for a takeaway tea time / dinner time/staff are always very helpful food is excellent/fish chips peas to die for / back ground music isn't bad either will use again

On three occasions when we have had food from here we have found thick black hair in the chips. I will never use this food establishment ever again.

Had been recommended to this Chinese and I was pleasantly surprised to find the food was very good. Plenty to choose from off the menu. Hot and sour soup is very good as is the chicken Kung po. I will be returning here again :)

Buena comida no te dejes engañar por la ubicación es peligroso por allí, pero la comida era muy buena y excelentes precios la pena un viaje para llevar mejor comida china 15/20 millas y que entregar).

Nos alojamos en un camping cerca y pensamos que tendríamos una China. Este era más decente en google con comentarios. Recogió la comida 15 minutos después de la orden. Especial arroz frito y curry eran bonitas, la sal y la pimienta costillas no eran geniales, no mucho sabor y patatas fritas eran pasada. Pensamos que las porciones eran pequeñas. Me gustaría probar otra China si tuviera que pedir de nuevo, pero estaba bien.

Only visited here as Rob's shut early. Sorry to say but they were the worst fish and chips I've ever had :-( very disappointing. All the other reviews say how good it is for Chinese food. We might have to try it again and order Chinese.

Use this takeaway many, many times, my regular meal of Special Fried Rice, Chips and bag of Prawn crackers takes my weight up but hey, it's worth it.The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the food is great.They also do an English Menu.They deliver and also deliver to the local caravan parks.

Passed this shop for many years without trying, been using it now for about 10 months . Nicest home made chop suey rolls around here. Shop doesn't look the nicest from the outside but well worth a try .

Cracking Chinese with a massive menu. Friendly always from various staff. If your local and order only 1 meal they will deliver with only a £1 charge. Quick turn around even when busy.

The food is always spot on been going here for 6 years now and never had a bad meal yet.Well Recommended.

Again this is close to my flat so have knowledge of it.My favourite is Special Fried Rice, Chips and bag of Prawn Crackers.Closed on a Tuesday, but open other nights. Friendly staff, very clean shop, gets busy so once you've been 1st time get a menu then in future phone your order through, saves waiting so long. But the wait is worth it. Top quality food and cooked fresh. Totally recommend. Can't say about their English menu as have not sampled.

Great service,.... sam's been there a while now, he and his wife are very polite and chatty, friendly service, foods delish, were moving back down there again soon so I'm sure to be tasting a few more off the menu.... cant wait :)

This was the best Chinese I've had in years. We only chose as Chip shop was closed three doors downWas very dubious about the look from outside. Why cant owners take more care and pride in their shop front , a simple lick of paint would do wonders.Had to wait 40 minutes couldnt see why.When home it was so worth the wait. food was hot & Fantastic tasting chinese...extremely good value .lovely taste.would use again

This is a Chip shop with fantastic Fish and Chios, massive fish. Also we ordered a chinese takeaway and had it delivered. I thought this was the best chinese I've had in years. Also extremely good value .

The food is first class we have tried a good number of the dishes on the menu over the last few years and whilst I have my favourite I am very happy to share any dishes with friends. They are quite big dishes so no need to over order. And they deliver free if you spend over £10 or if you spend less thy charge just £1. I would recommend ordering early, as with food this good they are popular.

firstly the food is the business and just like china town style - the staff allways freindly and polite they deliver anywhere and also you can collect been going here for 4 years now no other chinese wins - best in pensarn - rhyl - towyn - rhos - most of north wales 3 mins from a55 - cannot wait for saturday again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food is spot on never had a bad meal from here if I were to moan about anything the chips are horrible but as in Chinese food absolutely spot on can't fault them.
