We had a fantastic experience here with our two children. The food was great, staff polite. They even brought over a little tub of toys to settle my 4y/o down which was lovely! We were apprehensive to visit given some of the (unfair) bad reviews but we loved it. Well priced and we all left full! We’ll visit again definitely! :)

Food was very good for the price. Mum and I came here twice on our trip to Llandudno and on both occasions the choice of meals was good and the staff were friendly. Also worth noting that allergens were clearly noted for each meal using a numbered list that was easy to understand.

Second time visiting this restaurant and highly recommend, food is great and a good portion, help your self to starters and desert. Staff are also very good and efficient and nothing is too much bother for them, will definitely return again!

Good value for money enjoyed the food the main course was really hot so we new it was fresh out of the pan would recommend lots of deserts to choose from and good service if a little rushed.

Food very dry, prawns tasted old and reheated very rubbery! Main course cold and staff pushy will not be going again shame looked forward to it very disappointed waste of £70 ☹️☹️

Visited again this week, for a family birthday this time. Just a great as usual. Food always piping hot. Excellent selection of tasty starters to choose from, really is a great selection. You then order your main course which is cooked fresh. Once you've eaten it you can order another main, but we've never needed to with all the starters. Then it's the dessert, lots to choose from again, including a whippee ice cream machine. Staff are always attentive. Great value, we will be back again soon

Cheap eats in Llundudno! We came into an almost full restaurant, but we were lucky to be seated by the window at first. The hot starter was fantastic. There were a lot of options that we could sampled and were encouraged to help ourselves. The servers were courteous, and the portion was generous (we could barely finish the main course we were so full from the starters). We ended with large arrays of different desserts- lemon curd tarts, macarons, éclairs and they actually have a soft serve ice cream dispenser with toppings. Regretfully, we were so stuffed (there were too many choices and food) that we can only manage only a few macarons. They are very kid friendly, and they have big tables that are able to accommodate family dining. We definitely will be back the next time we visit Llundudno.

Craving for Chinese food and to our delight there is a Chinese buffet close to our lodging! The servers were super nice as we are walking up the stairs, and upon entering the dining area it was nicely furnished and creates a nice relaxing atmosphere. The appetizer table was pretty fantastic. I think I could just indulge on the meatballs, sausages, spring rolls and they have duck mushu wraps too. There are tempura shrimps. The buffet was piping hot and fresh. We left around 9pm and even tho it is late, the proprietor still bring out food to keep the food station fresh and warm just in case they get more customers. I like the idea that we can order the main course whenever we are ready to make sure that we get hot food - we got chicken with black bean sauce and sweet and sour fried tofu! It was delightful but it was hard to finish the main course since we ate so much appetizers. Definitely a keeper. We will most probably visit it one more time before leaving Llundudno.

It’s about as average a buffet restaurant as it comes. Cramped restaurant and very basic food.

Lovely food, lovely staff, reasonably priced

We booked a table for a Birthday celebration, a mix of ages. When we arrived we were waiting outside for the rest of the party to arrive (we had 7 of us in total) and within 2 minutes of standing by the door, a lady came running down asking if we wanted Chinese food? I thought I was standing on the strip in Ibiza. Myself, husband and teenage son went and sat down in a small dining area upstairs on a table with views of outside and awaited the rest of the group. We ordered drinks with the waitress who I didn't realize worked there as she was wearing a tracksuit. I had a gin and lemonade and I am sure they didn't put any gin in my glass and the lemonade was warm, my mother order a glass of wine (I will come to this at the end) and we had water too. Once everyone arrived I asked another waitress what we did as we could see people just getting up and walking to the small counter. We were advised we help ourselves to the food at the front and then they would come back and take our main order. We looked at the menu and it if I am being honest not much choice at all. At the counter again it wasn't what you would expect, cold over chips, onion rings, chicken nuggets, spicy chicken wings and some ribs not very "Chinese" at all. The main dishes came and they were half portions from what you would normally expect in little bowls and again if i am being honest tasted what I can only imagine as being smart price jars of sauce, no taste in any of the meals and the rice was all stuck together as if it had been cooked a few days before and scooped out and dolloped in a bowl. The deserts were all crusty and gone a funny color in the heat of the dining room and you had to squish in to try and get anything as the waitresses were walking past to go behind the counter, where a little old lady was sitting waiting for people to stand downstairs and look at the menu like we did and send the Ibiza rep down! When it came to the bill well the lady was trying to charge us for 8 adults 1) There was only 7 of us 2) we had 2 children 9 and 10. The child age is 10 but the 10 year old was charged as an adult which I suppose we could have argued but we just wanted to get out of there. The drinks were poured from big bottles so no wonder the drinks were flat and a glass of wine that was on the menu for £5.60 was being charged at £8.90 which is a large glass, when we weren't offered the choice of small or large and they said it was large, if they class that as large I would hate to see the small. The lady who took the payments kept changing the cost of what we owed and we still got over charged, we asked for a water and they bought a lemonade and they charged us for that. Also if you leave ANY food on your plate they will charge you £5 waste which when you have children they will leave some food. I would never return to this establishment, the food was extremely poor, the owner was very rude and the whole experience was not at all what i expected. Cheap food for what is quite an expensive experience. It didn't help that as soon as you put your cutlery down they wanted to get you out asap, this was even before we had even contemplated a desert.

Do not be put off by the stairs. Once you are in the restaurant the food was wonderful. The starter buffet selection was the best we have experienced and it even included peking duck. The main courses were cooked to perfection. The choice of deserts was amazing even an ice cream machine was available. The staff were very polite and were continually checking the buffet to make sure everything was fresh. We would definitely return on our next visit to llandudno.

Disgusting food! Advertised as an all you can eat Chinese However, an option between 8 starters and deserts is not an all you can eat Chinese!! No chicken fried rice on the menu therefore chose the egg fried rice!! Barely fried and had huge yellow chunks of eggs in there!! The chicken was horrific!! Tastes as it’s frozen but barely cooked!! No flavour to the chicken, the curry sauce had a nice flavour however wasn’t happy with it overall . I really enjoyed the cocktail sausages😂different to anything I’ve ever tried before but had good flavouring. This would not be accessible for any wheelchair user as you have to go up a flight of stairs!! Heartbreaking to think we’re in 2024 wheelchair users are still discriminated on!! Would have to say that they’re safe from an unpleasant evening though!! Staff was hovering over! Once you took the last bite they were there to collect plates as they wanted you to leave! However they were all very friendly. Portions were tiny, which was good for us as we couldn’t finish it as it was so awful. Would’ve been charged an extra £5 for food wastage, therefore thankful for the tiny portions. £21 for a tiny bowl of rice and a tiny portion of curry is unacceptable. I would not recommend this to anyone. Deserts were good however not enough options for an all you can eat. Had a better meal from McDonald’s down the road, cheeper too.

DISGUSTING FOOD. staff very friendly. but can not advertise this as an all you can eat with 8 dishes in a buffet style. food was horrid. chicken was like rubber and melted in your mouth. place seems very dodgy. have to pay £5 extra on top of the £21 if you leave any food cant help but have food wastage when food that bad. the salt and pepper cocktail sausages were nice tho.

Perfect for a couples night out! I love Chinese food and wherever I go in the UK I normally get a Chinese, I can honestly say this is the best Chinese I’ve had in my life. The crispy toffee chicken was incredible, the selection of the buffet was perfect. Absolutely sensational all round

Came here after reading reviews which spoke quite highly. We were greeted with a smile, the place was very clean but the food was basic. We paid £45 for two buffets and two beers. The soup was very thick with MSG and so were all the sauces. The noodles were nice. Starter buffet bland and random. The best part of the meal was the desserts. Unfortunately we shall not be returning.

A good buffet! Really good choice of starters plus a complimentary soup! Then you can choose any meal on the menu, more if you have room! Also, a great choice on the sweet table, with an ice cream machine too Not a good location for people with mobility issues, lots of stairs! I'm so glad we found this wonderful little place! It's on the second floor on the main street and my it's delicious. You pay around £16 for unlimited buffet starters, duck pancakes and spring rolls and a wide selection of other Chinese food. Then you can order a main, there's so many options including vegetarian! Each main comes with egg fried rice or noodles or boiled rice. And they are an absolute treat! I loved the food here, I walked out being so full but it was completely worth it. The staff were so lovely and buffet was delightful. If you've got any room left when you've finished, there's a dessert bar with an ice-cream machine, and so many little cakes and macarons and treats that you can try. I honestly couldn't recommend this place more - for the best buffet in Llandudno, head here! 😁

Enjoyed buffet. Chicken and sweetcorn soup average but followed by the starters from the buffet. I had salt and pepper rib, duck in pancake roll and mushrooms. Main course prawn pickled ginger and pineapple served with soft noodles. I even had room for an ice cream. This is by far the best Chinese buffet l have ever been to because you order your main course from the menu so it's served fresh and piping hot. Recommended.

A small restaurant up a stairway so not for anyone with mobility issues. Friendly staff and clean. Buffet is excellent value. Choose from a buffet to start, order main from an extensive menu and then a good variety of desserts. The main I ordered was full of delicious prawns and the vegetables were varied, fresh and beautifully cooked. The portion of prawns was generous. I would give this restaurant a go. The food is very good even if the decor is not opulent. It was quite quiet when we went and it could possibly be a bit cramped if busy.

A unique Chinese buffet (for me). The starters are your buffer and you have a main menu that you can order from as a way to save on wasting food also to add you can as many times you want from the main menu. I got the plain rice (I was not hungry that day) and it was delicious plus I kept snacking on the all you can eat starters displayed out. The desserts are cold, no hot pudding. The service is standard and your empty plate is cleared quite quick. However the restaurant is small and it’s accessible through stairs I didn’t see any lift.

It is an odd place, small, and quite cramped. The starter buffet was quite good plenty of choice only drawback only a small area so big queues formed. The main course you ordered at table, these meals eere quite delicious. Didn't bother with dessert. The restaurant dtaff wer'e amazing so hard working.All in all a great night and fantastic value for money meal I mean £17 for all this knockers get a grip this isn't fine dining, but with a bigger room it could do very well.

After reading other reviews I was sure what to make of this place so we decided to try it. It didn't live up to the 5 stars people have left on here. The place itself is an odd affair, strangely decorated and of a canteen feel about it. The food isn't great, I constantly got a weird stale background taste even with the fried rice. The food wasn't tasty. As mentioned before there's not a vast range of starters. 1 toilet available for all the restaurant! Staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly I won't visit again

It's an 'all you can eat' place, so not sure what we expected. The staff were nice people but vaguely incompetent, as if they'd never been in a restaurant before. Keen but apparently untrained. The food was poor quality. Other diners seemed happy enough, though.

Really nice Chinese buffet. It’s a set price per person. You order a dish from the menu and they cook it, you can order multiple dishes as long as you finish what you previously ordered. Starters/desserts are on a buffet table to help yourself.

The best Chinese restaurant in Llandudno. Food were excellent. Really good portion. Clean place. Staffs were amazing especially Emma, she was very friendly and attentive even though restaurant was very busy. We came here as a last minute plan for some food, the hostess was wonderful and paid special attention to the little one and even got him some toys to play with! Really friendly staff, food choices were great and the portions were very good sizes. Not a single complaint and we'll return here next time we visit Llandudno! Thanks for a lovely meal

Stumbled onto this place after searching for somewhere for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Food was great! You help yourself to the starters and get served with soup, order a full sized main and drinks with the staff and then help yourself to dessert. Plenty of choice for all three courses, all for £15.99, (£16.99 Fri & Sat) really reasonably priced! Cosy little place for an evening meal, if you like Chinese food, have fancied a chinese buffet for a while like we did and like value for money you will like this place.

It was really busy and we had a 10 minute wait but they brought us prawn crackers until the table was ready. But the wait was so worth it! The food was delicious. Your ribs were outstanding and I could have eaten lots of them. The food is well presented in glass fishes rather than those interminable metal things. It was my birthday celebration and they had profiteroles on tge dessert table which made my entire evening! Thank you so much!!

We went to this buffet restaurant on one of the hottest days of the year and it was sweltering in there even with the windows and fans on. The waitresses were very attentive and super friendly. The starters were amazing: bbq ribs, prawns in breadcrumbs, chicken balls, sauces to name a few of the many on offer. They seemed to be refreshed every few minutes, so evenlrything was fresh and hot. You can then go on to order your mains, if it isn't on the menu, then you can always ask if they do what you want. We did and they brought what we wanted. After eating your main, you can order another one, if you have room. It says you might be charged if you leave an excessive amount of food, It's a great way of reducing food waste. Didn't have space for a dessert but they all looked tasty. Our bill was only just over £30 with a drink, so I'd say good value. We didn't queue, but when we left, customers were queuing all the way down the stairs.

First time for me, lot of stairs for the disabled but when you get there it's a very pleasant room. Food was amazing, cooked for you on orders.

The place is way too crowded and poorly arranged for that price. The starters are good, but no many options. They say you can eat as many mains as you want, but you can order only one dish at the time. You have to finish your dish completely before asking for another one. On top of that, they take long time to bring your main dish, and you have a limit of 90 minutes. BTW, I asked fried rice as a side, it was not even fried, I wouldn't recommend that.

A good small restaurant food is nice and filling and can have as much as you want only thong to know is in peak season they don't sever most food for example a very know dish chicken fried rice they don't do other then that...

Vey busy, disorganised chaos. Table booked but due to the busy nature table was delayed while waiting sat in a corridor which is also access to toilet so in a weird waiting area hemmed in. Once in the set up is as many tables in as possible your almost sat on a strangers knee at the next table. All you can eat starter, main is off a menu only due to how busy waited over 45 mins for main to be Brough to the table once arrived meat was dry and rubbery. Unless you are out of options I would avoid. First and last time going.

Best Chinese restaurant I've been to. Buffet starters that are all really good and constantly being refreshed so it's all fresh. Then you get a menu where you can have as many mains as you want but you order them one at a time. Finally a buffet dessert that the kids loved. The place was absolutely packed on the Tuesday night we went but the staff are all proper on the ball and the busyness means that none of the buffet food is left standing very long.

From my experience the restaurant its looks clean and nice. Lovely staff. For me too big portion so I could not try any other main courses. You need to finish your main course then you can order another one. For me is a fair play to charge £5 if you not finishing your food as this helps people's greediness and waisting food. The buffet is for starters and the dessert. For this price I could not get anywhere else so many starters plus dessert and main menu. I love the ice cream machine as the ice cream are fresh. The food is cooked well and delicious. I will definitely come back again.

Brilliant restaurant. I've dined here for many years and very much enjoy the great tasting food. All the staff are lovely and friendly, you really do get a true service with a smile. For those half wits that are complaining about the staff, you aught to take a look at yourself. Staff are GREAT and the food is GREAT, with excellent value for money. Lovely Chinese with amazing food! Lots of selection for your mains and you can order as many as you like (as long as you don't waste food). The starters are all delicious and cooked perfectly, I love the Crab claws and duck pancakes the most. Desserts also have lots of selection, including an ice-cream machine which you can use. Staff are all lovely, I come here twice a year, whenever I go there with my family on holiday. Its never too busy, quite hidden away so it's calm and quiet. I'd recommend pre-booking though incase it's a slightly busier day. Clean, hygienic, with lovely food, I recommend this place for anyone who lives or is travelling through Llandudno. Vegetarian and vegan options are available as well as many kinds of meat. Staff are very well knowledge on the food they are selling and can accommodate for people with allergies or intolerances well. Lovely place with an amazing atmosphere, my favourite Chinese ever!

Came as a treat on holiday for a friend's birthday evening. Absolutely shocking service, staff rude was made to feel like cattle being rushed through. Guests a complete inconvenience to the employees who looked pained to be there. The plates where taken from starters whilst still eating off them. Way over priced and to top it off all members of the party including children are unwell 24 hours after.

This is a lovely restaurant, you go up some stairs to get to the restaurant. The staff are friendly and all helpful. It is a smaller restaurant but lovely. You have a choice of all you can eat from the buffet for your starter, and it is lovely food. You then have a main meal and a pudding from the buffet. The starters are really tasty, and the main is delicious too. It is reasonably priced, and extremely good food.

Had a lovely meal in this restaurant with my husband. It was very reasonably priced, with starters on buffet as well as desserts, and the mains made to order. In my opinion, this makes sense, as they have you order one main at a time and this should help prevent food waste. But being with someone else, can always get mains to share. The staff were all lovely and accommodating. The only issue was it being upstairs, but the stairs weren't too steep, so could easily do them. A lovely little restaurant.

Attentive friendly & hard working staff. Efficient fast service and kept all the tables cleared of unnecessary or used crockery, cutlery and glasses without making the customers feel rushed in any way. Makes a lovely change from sullen-faced lazy staff! Well done to all and would recommend to others.

This is not exactly an "eat as much as you like buffet" as I know it. There's a small choice of starters (chips, onion rings, meat balls etc) and then not a selection of 80 main dishes to pick from but you order ONE of the 80 main dishes, admittedly freshly cooked. After that you can order another, but if you don't eat it all your charged extra!

When we visit the area we tend to come here, using it for about 10yrs now, food is good and a buffet so help yourself, plenty of choices, it’s not the sort of place to sit for a long time, the tables are quite close, the pricing is good the food is good, and the choice is good, worth a visit at the price.

Omg the worst food I’ve ever seen eaten and paid for absolutely appalling we thought it was actually cat or dog. Staff can’t understand a word of English and literally want you out door as soon as you’re finished. Food was absolutely disgusting worst Chinese I’ve ever ever eaten. It is actually doing a massive disservice to any Chinese outlet. So so expensive too charged virtually £33 for 6 glasses of orange squash and 4 first cokes… never ever again would I eat here. Rather starve
