Otras críticas son engañosas. Los niños comen cosas como nuggets y albóndigas se mantienen bajo las lámparas de calor con los entrantes. No solo se ofrecen como parte del menú como algunas personas piensan y han comentado. La comida era muy buena al gusto, producto fresco y de calidad. El lugar estaba limpio y amable con el personal. Tuve que pedir música, pero la señora la puso. Es un pequeño negocio familiar en una ciudad tranquila durante los meses de invierno. No estoy seguro de lo que estos críticos de 1 estrella esperan, pero es un lugar lo suficientemente agradable para ir para un buffet. Todos los platos principales que pedimos fueron cocinados frescos y servidos rápidamente. Nos gustó y lo recomiendo.

AVOID Ate here tonight and felt very rushed by members of staff. £18 buffet for Asda party items that were tasteless and dessert items tasted stale. Staff would stand next to our table and watch us eat and snatch the plate from us as soon as we ate our last bite. As someone who suffers from anxiety this was like something out of a nightmare. Essentially eating in a top floor flat with everyone squeezing to get to a small table of casserole dishes filled with classic Chinese party food. 0 stars. Worst thing for me was definitely the staff giving me direct eye contact while trying to eat - they could not wait to get everyone out. Never again.

Overall, didn't enjoy my meal here. You need to go in upstairs which has no disabled access, we were seated straight away in a very busy, cramped dining room. We were asked if we wanted soup and then told to help ourselves to starters. While getting our starters we were asked if we minded moving tables, which I didn't mind as we hadn't started eating yet. The selection of starters was OK, the ribs were nice. We ordered a coke each which came warm, we then noticed they were serving it from a bottle of pop which was left at room temperature. While eating we noticed a few people been asked to change tables even though they were eating. The main courses are also all you can eat, you order it to be cooked fresh and once you finish your plate you can order another. We only had one main course each which was pretty tasteless. The abundance of waiters are like vultures, swooping in on you to take your plate even if you have food left on it. The desserts we buffet style again, and were nice but im pretty sure it was just those big party boxes of iceland desserts. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommend.

Excelente comida (calidad y cantidad) y un servicio realmente amable, atento y eficiente. Una habitación pequeña y acogedora con una decoración encantadora y un gran ambiente. Los platos principales eran deliciosos y el buffet es fabuloso, ¡es difícil hacer espacio para toda esa comida! Y fueron muy dulces con mi mamá (que está en sus 70) porque era su cumpleaños. Recomiendo reservar porque están ocupados. Y es increíble relación calidad-precio.

Dined here on 22nd October 2024 It's £18 for the buffet. The starters all appeared to be out of the cheapest range at Iceland...you know what I mean....the one where you get 100 Chinese itens for about £1.99. The main courses (which you order individually from a grubby laminated menu) weren't much better. To give the place a single glimmer of credit my sweet and sour dish was edible. My second dish was bland bland bland to the point of being tasteless.... Which

Este lugar es una locura, el personal es tan infeliz y gruñón y grosero, la señora a cargo te apresura a entrar y salir, te sientes como un inconveniente, estaba llorando de risa al final de la última comida. Es pequeño, tiene un baño - decorado por última vez en los años 70 y te gritan en el momento en que entras - ¿tienes una reserva? Apretan a la gente, les piden a la gente en las mesas que se muevan debido a su mala planificación, es realmente muy divertido verlo. Quitan los platos mientras llevas tu último tenedor lleno, no puedes maniobrar hasta el buffet ya que todos están apretados como sardinas. Al pedir la red principal, sientes que las camareras podrían golpearte en cualquier momento. Se ha convertido en nuestro lugar de visita, es como una torre china defectuosa, cada vez que vamos hay un drama, es una gran manera de pasar la noche. La comida está bien y realmente hemos disfrutado de la comida principal y la elección de postres, pero en general el servicio de mierda y la actitud es lo que lo hace único. Sorprendentemente en contraste directo con el resto del personal - el chef o portero de cocina siempre tenía una gran sonrisa en su cara. La primera vez que fuimos no pude pagar con tarjeta ya que la máquina se había muerto, deben haber probado mi tarjeta aproximadamente 15 veces mientras me bloqueaba la salida - todo el tiempo estaba feliz de ir a buscar el dinero en efectivo. Esta vez, en el mismo momento en que había pagado, estaban de pie a un lado de mí listos para limpiar con una botella de spray / expulsarme por la fuerza. También le dijeron gracias directamente a mi pareja cuando yo era el que pagaba, sin ningún reconocimiento para mí. Estaba como... justo nos vamos entonces supongo, en ataques de risa. Le estoy dando 4 estrellas, ya que es un precio razonable y mucho más barato que ir al teatro para el mismo tipo de representación.

Very disappointed! A flyer picked up locally said £14.99, online price from 2021 showing £12.99, actual price for Tuesday evening £17.99. The plates were cold, and the starters were ok but a limited selection, at least these were warm. Mains were a massive disappointment, both dishes tasted extremely similar. We had Cantonese chicken and Beef in Szechuan sauce,. Both were mediocre, lumps of meat and onion in a sauce, no other vegetables in one of the dishes, both were lacking flavour and went cold incredibly quickly due to cold serving dishes and cold plates. I am not convinced that the mains were freshly cooked, it could have been fresh from a supermarket chiller counter, the food was lacking in textures and bland. The mains were sufficiently bad that we elected to have more starters rather than risk a second main course. Service was sporadic; other tables were given complimentary prawn crackers, we were not offered any. We had to ask for our food order for mains to be taken. Desserts had a fair selection, however the ice cream machine began by dribbling watery melted cream into the plate which was very off putting and turned my gateaux soggy. Won't be returning as only really worth half a star.

Took our Grandson and his Girlfriend for a birthday treat . The food was excellent and plenty full . The service was attentive where nothing was too much trouble on the whole a very enjoyable experience . It's not for wheelchair users as it is situated upstairs... Not sure if there is a lift .

Terrific food in in pleasant t setting.

Tiny room at the top of a staircase with about 15 tables in it. Starter buffet with various foods, sharing tongs for everything. Mains were decent, Szechuan sauce spicier than other places but Kung Po disappointingly mild. Dessert buffet consisting of shop-bought cheesecakes, jelly babies and soft serve ice cream. Can't say it deserves a food hygiene rating of 5.

I wouldnt bother wasting your money here, a group of us went out for a birthday celebration over the weekend, (Pre-Bookes) Most of the day my partner was getting phone after phone call to see if we still wanted the table as they had a few people ring to book, obviously he'd said yes we still want the table and kept telling them each time they rang. Anyway as we all arrived they had rammed the tables and it was over crowded. The food has gone down hill massively a few of us from the party were sick and feeling very unwell after the food and the service is shocking 😲 The waitresses were clearing our plates as we were still eating from them and trying to take our drink glasses will half full. One waitresses I had to tell her a few times that I wasn't finished as she had her hands on plate pulling it from infront of me while I was eating from it. Her attitude was well we need the plate 😲 shocked I said well I've ordered and I'm not finished. Also they couldn't even get the main orders right half of them came out and then about 20 min later the rest of the table come out. Needless to say we will not be returning, very disappointed. Not worth the money at all when it makes you sick afterwards. If you have thought about going here for food I'd give it a wide birth and save your time because you will be disappointed.

Had lovely meal in here tonight, food was delicious and staff were friendly, it was help yourself to starters and dessert and main was ordered one dish at a time, when you finished that you could order more, all the food was lovely and hot and desserts were delicious well worth a visit of you're in llandudno

Now I've been to alot of Chinese buffets and this one was unfortunately bottom of the pile,the starters ie spring rolls ,samosas ,onion rings very poor quality ,main meals were okay ,deserts very limited ,there was a fight/commotion in the entrance which is not the restaurants fault but my children were upset by this but no apology was given to customers,unfortunately would not recommend or go back

The starters was OK but main was poor tasted bland wife got sweet and sour chicken which was nice so again got another dish and was bland the dessert was good but I enjoyed the starters and dessert so not too bad but they do try rush u to get u but £45 for eat what u want and 2 bottles of small water not that good to be fair but u can fill your face so it's up to you

TERRIBLE, WONT BE GOING BACK! Went here couple days ago with a friend. Upon entry it was like entering someone's house and not a restaurant. We opted for the 'All you can eat' buffet. Firstly the main buffet was starter items. Most of them tasted like they were from the frozen section in ASDA. The chicken in the satay sauce was boiled and the curry was the just add water ones. I felt like I could of just had the same experience at home. Secondly the waiters felt like they were rushing us constantly. Myself and my friend would pick up the menu and someone would be INSTANTLY at the table ready to take the order, didn't give us a chance to actually read the menu. Thirdly once we had finished having a dessert the manager (I think) came over asking if we were ready for the bill. We paid for all you can eat so it is unprofessional to assume when we're finished. Again just felt rushed. Won't be going back, I suggest Semaphore Lodge near Old Colwyn if you want a better all you can eat experience.

Before we went, the reviews we read online wasn’t encouraging but on getting there and settling down, it was excellent,starters were hot and tasty, the mains came in good time and were pipping hot, staff friendly and accommodating as I requested a mean to be extra spicy. I couldn’t fault. Only downside is just one toilet but hehoo…

We did the £18 eat all you like buffet. We arrived around 6 on a Friday night and were seated straight away. All the staff were very friendly (but at times a bit too keen to take our plates away). The starters were "go back for seconds" type. Lots of main course food and dessert choices. Cannot say anything bad about the food. My favourite starter was the meatballs in a sauce, heaven. The room was on the small side but I did see a table of 8 enjoying themselves. We both came away full and wishing we had more space for some more. An enjoyable dinner.

First of all I'm a regular to this lovely buffet restaurant and have been coming here for several years now. The overall size of the restaurant is good, providing plenty of room to sit down to have great meals. I just want to point out the fact I'm a very tall 6'2 guy and there's plenty of room for sitting at the table. Other so called reviews saying it's crammed in is just downright ridiculous, there's enough room to fit an elephant in there 😂 The Emperor still offers excellent value for money and they never over-charge me for a meal or drinks. All the staff here are very pleasant and friendly, afterall, I've been coming here for many years and not once an issue with the staff ever. This is one of the reasons I often visit here, knowing the staff are very friendly and very easy and nice to speak to. An excellent variety of different dishes to choose from, especially the high quality ribs in satay sauce, plenty of them to keep you going. Dont listen to the pathetic people who have been leaving negative reviews, they should analyse themselves thoroughly to ascertain why they have the relationships with the members of staff. All the staff, including Jess the manager, are lovely x They certainly don't over-charge and only charge you for what you order. Overall an excellent restaurant! The best Llandudno has to offer 😃

Came with about 15 people, was told over the phone we could all sit together but when we got here they wouldn't allow us to put tables together so we had to sit on different tables. The manager who takes the payments was a right b@#£h , she tried to charge me more money, her attitude when I told her no I will pay for what I know I had was disgusting, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL...had a little hissy fit when I told her I will only pay what I had, IF U EAT HERE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL, WOULDN'T PUT IT PAST THEM TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH CHARGING MORE THAN THEY SHOULD, I DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

Went here last night £18.99 per person for all you can eat starter and dessert. The main meal is cooked fresh as you order it, and once eaten, you can order another one. The food was nice and hot, and plenty of starters to choose from.

A great place to eat, especially if you’re hungry. Good value, especially compared to other local restaurants. Food was tasty and fresh. There are prawns in the starter buffet. I like how the mains have vegetables in them for a healthy diet. Desert was excellent - they have an ice cream machine as well. If you’re unsure what to choose for the main, be sure to ask the owner as she will recommend dishes you like. The only negative thing was that the noodles weren’t quite what you expect and are quite thin and dry, so you should go for rice instead. Service was good as well - our plates were frequently cleared so we can eat more, and the owner was really nice.

Completely disgusting, found multiple hairs in my food and when mentioning it to the worker she showed me her hair and said “it’s not mine” Additionally the Food was cold, spoke to another customer who also left unhappy with the same complaints. I work in hospitality and have a lot of patience when it comes to restaurants but this was just too much. I felt completely disregarded & it shows as me and the rest of my table did not finish one dish. Will not be returning.

All u can eat buffet Great price £18.99 ahead .Excellent choice of food all fresh ingredients ........Great choice of desserts including a ice cream maker machine......Staff acertive maybe cleaning tables away too quickly.....Restaurant is above shop in Llandudno town centre....So beaware lot of stairs to manage up to seating area.Good views out of windows of Llandudno.

Amazing food. Came from India to have the food. It's really good started with chicken egg soup. I loved it. I really recommend other Indians to come and visit here

Popped in here Saturday 22 June ! A local actually recommended the place so thought why not , Well it was beyond disappointing from the start , It was rammed to the rafters and more like a cattle market than a restaurant ! The staff were rude and could hardly speak English! the food was totally in my opinion was terrible and to add to insult to injury they tried to overcharge us , I would not go here again ever

Absolutely lovely food, and great price. £17.99 for all you can eat, plenty of choice for starters which is a buffet style, which was being replenished regularly with freshly cooked food. Then order the mains, which is cooked fresh and served to you. You need to finish the main before being able to order another (if you have room!) which is understandable as not to create so much waste. There is also a large selection of desserts including an ice cream machine which is all buffet style. The meat in both the Mongolian Beef and chicken curry was cooked perfect. Would recommend a visit.

Friday 14th June 2024 My wife and I went for food at this establishment and what a horrible experience It's supposed to be all you can eat but after ordering twice they never came back to our table again When we came to pay the card machine was down,we hant got cash on us but the waitress came over and demanded we do a.bank transfer when we said no she said ok come.with me to Sainsbury's and buy our shopping for the amount you owe or ill take your card and use.it !!! We we said I don't think k so she was going to call the police who ignored them. I.ended up going back to the hotel and.asking the manager for some cash till I can get to the bank which he did Absolute joke.of a.place they we sending customers out half way through there meals to cash machines AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Came for a meal this evening service was awful after 2 mains bear in mind it all you can eat. As we was ignored I asked for bill. Apparently the card machine wasn't charged but no one mentioned this on arrival.explained only only had card was advised to go to cashpoint. As I had already had my limit out cash that day this wasnt a option. Then was asked to do bank transfer I had no online details on me and no charge on my phone anyway. I popped to loo whilst the owner was trying to charge handset. Came back to find out the waitress had tried to take my card to buy shopping from Sainsbury's to the value of bill. My husband has taken card off her they then wanted me to go to supermarket which I refused and then the waitress phone the police on me. I asked the owner if when police was called I could speak with them she agreed but waitress hung the call up after telling police I refused to give name. They had never asked any details. My partner went back to hotel to get cash. Absolute disgusting treatment stay clear

Very delicious, and the Kung Pao shrimp actually has water chestnuts in it. I can’t imagine eating water chestnuts in the UK. The front desk clerk at the checkout was a lady from Northeast China. She was very nice and even gave me two bottles of water when I left.

First time here, the starter's wasn't a big variety. The main was nice and there was plenty of it I had prawns and was expecting small prawns but they was king prawns so it was worth the money. The service was a bit erm I'm not sure how to explain it tbh they was nice but not sure if they had worked in a restaurant setting before. Over all it was OK

Basically offers as much as you can eat on starters and dessert with plenty of choice, with over 80 main courses as well. (No limit on number of mains, just a requirement for one at a time) All the options tried where tasty and well cooked, an excellent meal at a bargain price.

Not sure what it was I had for a starter but not half way through I felt sick and didn't even have a main. That ended my night early and had to go back to the hotel.

When I was eating the starter which was duck I found the ducks tube or vein in it and the chicken and sweetcorn soup was nice but it was really thick and it looked like jelly it’s not like any other all you can eat buffet because you get soup first and then you go up to the food bar and then you order from the menu. What’s really weird is that your not allowed to leave any food on you plate to waste

We had a fantastic experience here with our two children. The food was great, staff polite. They even brought over a little tub of toys to settle my 4y/o down which was lovely! We were apprehensive to visit given some of the (unfair) bad reviews but we loved it. Well priced and we all left full! We’ll visit again definitely! :)

Second time visiting this restaurant and highly recommend, food is great and a good portion, help your self to starters and desert. Staff are also very good and efficient and nothing is too much bother for them, will definitely return again!

Food was very good for the price. Mum and I came here twice on our trip to Llandudno and on both occasions the choice of meals was good and the staff were friendly. Also worth noting that allergens were clearly noted for each meal using a numbered list that was easy to understand.

Food very dry, prawns tasted old and reheated very rubbery! Main course cold and staff pushy will not be going again shame looked forward to it very disappointed waste of £70 ☹️☹️

Good value for money enjoyed the food the main course was really hot so we new it was fresh out of the pan would recommend lots of deserts to choose from and good service if a little rushed.

Cheap eats in Llundudno! We came into an almost full restaurant, but we were lucky to be seated by the window at first. The hot starter was fantastic. There were a lot of options that we could sampled and were encouraged to help ourselves. The servers were courteous, and the portion was generous (we could barely finish the main course we were so full from the starters). We ended with large arrays of different desserts- lemon curd tarts, macarons, éclairs and they actually have a soft serve ice cream dispenser with toppings. Regretfully, we were so stuffed (there were too many choices and food) that we can only manage only a few macarons. They are very kid friendly, and they have big tables that are able to accommodate family dining. We definitely will be back the next time we visit Llundudno.

Visited again this week, for a family birthday this time. Just a great as usual. Food always piping hot. Excellent selection of tasty starters to choose from, really is a great selection. You then order your main course which is cooked fresh. Once you've eaten it you can order another main, but we've never needed to with all the starters. Then it's the dessert, lots to choose from again, including a whippee ice cream machine. Staff are always attentive. Great value, we will be back again soon

Craving for Chinese food and to our delight there is a Chinese buffet close to our lodging! The servers were super nice as we are walking up the stairs, and upon entering the dining area it was nicely furnished and creates a nice relaxing atmosphere. The appetizer table was pretty fantastic. I think I could just indulge on the meatballs, sausages, spring rolls and they have duck mushu wraps too. There are tempura shrimps. The buffet was piping hot and fresh. We left around 9pm and even tho it is late, the proprietor still bring out food to keep the food station fresh and warm just in case they get more customers. I like the idea that we can order the main course whenever we are ready to make sure that we get hot food - we got chicken with black bean sauce and sweet and sour fried tofu! It was delightful but it was hard to finish the main course since we ate so much appetizers. Definitely a keeper. We will most probably visit it one more time before leaving Llundudno.

We booked a table for a Birthday celebration, a mix of ages. When we arrived we were waiting outside for the rest of the party to arrive (we had 7 of us in total) and within 2 minutes of standing by the door, a lady came running down asking if we wanted Chinese food? I thought I was standing on the strip in Ibiza. Myself, husband and teenage son went and sat down in a small dining area upstairs on a table with views of outside and awaited the rest of the group. We ordered drinks with the waitress who I didn't realize worked there as she was wearing a tracksuit. I had a gin and lemonade and I am sure they didn't put any gin in my glass and the lemonade was warm, my mother order a glass of wine (I will come to this at the end) and we had water too. Once everyone arrived I asked another waitress what we did as we could see people just getting up and walking to the small counter. We were advised we help ourselves to the food at the front and then they would come back and take our main order. We looked at the menu and it if I am being honest not much choice at all. At the counter again it wasn't what you would expect, cold over chips, onion rings, chicken nuggets, spicy chicken wings and some ribs not very "Chinese" at all. The main dishes came and they were half portions from what you would normally expect in little bowls and again if i am being honest tasted what I can only imagine as being smart price jars of sauce, no taste in any of the meals and the rice was all stuck together as if it had been cooked a few days before and scooped out and dolloped in a bowl. The deserts were all crusty and gone a funny color in the heat of the dining room and you had to squish in to try and get anything as the waitresses were walking past to go behind the counter, where a little old lady was sitting waiting for people to stand downstairs and look at the menu like we did and send the Ibiza rep down! When it came to the bill well the lady was trying to charge us for 8 adults 1) There was only 7 of us 2) we had 2 children 9 and 10. The child age is 10 but the 10 year old was charged as an adult which I suppose we could have argued but we just wanted to get out of there. The drinks were poured from big bottles so no wonder the drinks were flat and a glass of wine that was on the menu for £5.60 was being charged at £8.90 which is a large glass, when we weren't offered the choice of small or large and they said it was large, if they class that as large I would hate to see the small. The lady who took the payments kept changing the cost of what we owed and we still got over charged, we asked for a water and they bought a lemonade and they charged us for that. Also if you leave ANY food on your plate they will charge you £5 waste which when you have children they will leave some food. I would never return to this establishment, the food was extremely poor, the owner was very rude and the whole experience was not at all what i expected. Cheap food for what is quite an expensive experience. It didn't help that as soon as you put your cutlery down they wanted to get you out asap, this was even before we had even contemplated a desert.

It’s about as average a buffet restaurant as it comes. Cramped restaurant and very basic food.

Very good value for money indeed. All.the food was freshly cooked and loads of choice as well. Defo go for the buffet again. 😋

Do not be put off by the stairs. Once you are in the restaurant the food was wonderful. The starter buffet selection was the best we have experienced and it even included peking duck. The main courses were cooked to perfection. The choice of deserts was amazing even an ice cream machine was available. The staff were very polite and were continually checking the buffet to make sure everything was fresh. We would definitely return on our next visit to llandudno.

DISGUSTING FOOD. staff very friendly. but can not advertise this as an all you can eat with 8 dishes in a buffet style. food was horrid. chicken was like rubber and melted in your mouth. place seems very dodgy. have to pay £5 extra on top of the £21 if you leave any food cant help but have food wastage when food that bad. the salt and pepper cocktail sausages were nice tho.

Disgusting food! Advertised as an all you can eat Chinese However, an option between 8 starters and deserts is not an all you can eat Chinese!! No chicken fried rice on the menu therefore chose the egg fried rice!! Barely fried and had huge yellow chunks of eggs in there!! The chicken was horrific!! Tastes as it’s frozen but barely cooked!! No flavour to the chicken, the curry sauce had a nice flavour however wasn’t happy with it overall . I really enjoyed the cocktail sausages😂different to anything I’ve ever tried before but had good flavouring. This would not be accessible for any wheelchair user as you have to go up a flight of stairs!! Heartbreaking to think we’re in 2024 wheelchair users are still discriminated on!! Would have to say that they’re safe from an unpleasant evening though!! Staff was hovering over! Once you took the last bite they were there to collect plates as they wanted you to leave! However they were all very friendly. Portions were tiny, which was good for us as we couldn’t finish it as it was so awful. Would’ve been charged an extra £5 for food wastage, therefore thankful for the tiny portions. £21 for a tiny bowl of rice and a tiny portion of curry is unacceptable. I would not recommend this to anyone. Deserts were good however not enough options for an all you can eat. Had a better meal from McDonald’s down the road, cheeper too.

Perfect for a couples night out! I love Chinese food and wherever I go in the UK I normally get a Chinese, I can honestly say this is the best Chinese I’ve had in my life. The crispy toffee chicken was incredible, the selection of the buffet was perfect. Absolutely sensational all round

Came here after reading reviews which spoke quite highly. We were greeted with a smile, the place was very clean but the food was basic. We paid £45 for two buffets and two beers. The soup was very thick with MSG and so were all the sauces. The noodles were nice. Starter buffet bland and random. The best part of the meal was the desserts. Unfortunately we shall not be returning.

A good buffet! Really good choice of starters plus a complimentary soup! Then you can choose any meal on the menu, more if you have room! Also, a great choice on the sweet table, with an ice cream machine too Not a good location for people with mobility issues, lots of stairs! Staff very friendly A good atmosphere considering our visit was midweek

I'm so glad we found this wonderful little place! It's on the second floor on the main street and my it's delicious. You pay around £16 for unlimited buffet starters, duck pancakes and spring rolls and a wide selection of other Chinese food. Then you can order a main, there's so many options including vegetarian! Each main comes with egg fried rice or noodles or boiled rice. And they are an absolute treat! I loved the food here, I walked out being so full but it was completely worth it. The staff were so lovely and buffet was delightful. If you've got any room left when you've finished, there's a dessert bar with an ice-cream machine, and so many little cakes and macarons and treats that you can try. I honestly couldn't recommend this place more - for the best buffet in Llandudno, head here! 😁
