Peking Supreme in Peterborough

Been ordering from here for last 25 years that says it all. Excellent food

The food was amazing, better than where we usually go. However, they didn't ask for a name when we placed the order, they had to ask 3 times what we ordered so they could give us what we ordered (which was slightly wrong) but overall the food was good and people working there were kind and working their best.

Phoned and ordered, got one item wrong but no quibble and I waited for the correct dish. Very tasty food. I've heard that there's new poeple running it now so, fingers crossed they improve it from the last owners.

This place has been going downhill since it was taken over by new management and stopped taking card payments. Ordered food tonight and it seems that they are now using cheaper products that don't have as good a taste as the older ones, for example the sweet & sour sauce that came with the starters was like jelly by the time I'd returned home about a mile away. In conclusion I will now be looking for a new Chinese after many years of using this one.

Excellent food and choice. A great pity that since COVID they do not (or extremely rarely) provide a buffet service. But other than that I can highly recommend 'Peking Supreme'.

I have tried every chinese takeaway on PE4 over the past five years. The food at this one has so far always been consistently good. The staff are always friendly. Now there have been a couple of service issues where errors on the order have been made but it is corrected. Even though I am 10 minutes away they will quickly deliver the correct food. They have always been very apologetic. I keep coming back because the food has never been bad quality whereas all the others have at some point given me awful food along with service errors. No takeaway is perfect but the food has to be good. I will stay here until the food is bad.

Simply asked for a plain noodles with no onion or beanshoots and recieved it with everything in. So after paying out nearly £50 my son wouldn't eat. not a difficult request

Since they have took on young staff things have been taking a lot longer and they are making silly mistakes

I don't even know where to start. Food was delivered late, half my order was missing and my husband's order contained seafood, after it being ordered without due to it making him poorly. When asked to have our order refunded they only wanted to refund half and when the delivery driver turned up we got told that the owner has said we are not allowed to order from them again. They didn't want to own up to their mistake so ban us instead.

We don't eat Chinese on a regular basis but when we do Peking Supreme is the place to go, nice friendly service and amazing food.

One of the best if not the best for a long time. But having bought special fried rice for the 1st time in ages I was shocked with shrimp maybe 2 some pork and some standard bit's. No sliced pork or omelette on top. It's been a long time since I ordered this dish but very poor. They are the best apart from this.we live 5 miles and love this place but the special rice is not special

One of the better takeaways. However, maybe its because of covid. They struggle to keep up with demand. This works out as an extra 20 /30 mins wait to anytime quoted.

The service is the worst I’ve experienced they told me to come at 6.45pm & didn’t get my food until 7.30pm! I would never EVER use them again. Please stay away!!!!

Delicious food always, I’ve only ever had a mistake with my delivery once in 5 years and it was put right straight away no problem. Best place for Chinese food in the area.

Don't get your food delivered from here! They don't cook it!!!! Appalled! Poor service! It's New year's eve. Yes of course the restaurant and take away is busy. We waited 3 hours for the food, wasn't going to arrive obviously. Ordered it 6.30pm, said it would be up to 75 min wait. Fine. Rang 8.40pm. They said out for delivery. An hour later rang again. Wasn't even ordered!!!! Said they will give us discount! I said I wanted to speak to the manager, and was left waiting while they were laughing in the background. And then had the cheek to say I was just a last minute order! I said I ordered 3 hours ago!!! And acted that I didn't know what I was talking about. Completely patronising and bad attitude staff!!!

Wouldn’t waste your time, the order was wrong so phoned back and was told it was my mistake which it wasn’t, got short changed so from this if you do order make sure you check all your order and all your change

The food is always good. We seem to get unlucky and food is missed from the order rather a lot.

Terrible ordered food and was told delivery in one hour after one and a half rang and was told another half hour at least so can't tell you about food quality pls avoid

What a joke! Waited over 50 mins, to have horrible food! Greasy and not even the right order.. Chicken under cooked so beware... 😳😫😱

Best Chinese take away in Werrington...authentic food and fast delivery

Several take away's have been ordered. All have been wonderful, tasty, hot and speedy. Will defiantly be using again.
