KFC Peterborough - London Road in Peterborough

2x fillet tower burger meal and extra chicken. Food arrived squashed in the bag, so chips were flat, luckily burgers were in boxes. Food not even luke warm. KFC is not a meal to receive delivered.

Wasn’t very hot and gravy was very runny so didn’t really enjoy it

order never arrived. app said delivered NOT.

Freezing cold food. And the delivery driver made me pick my own drink up off the floor.

Not value to money, shit old food not enough size of burger. Chicken pieces very small and smelly. Staff behaved like unprofessional uneducated untrained. This is the 2nd time I face the problem. Highly un recommended.

Food was not its usual quality. Chicken barely had any batter on it and the fillets were tiny compared to usual.

Delivery was fine. KFC forgot to give signature fries with one of the meal. Zinger stacker burger was tasted old and crunchy. Was not freshly.

The driver was eating some homemade sandwich when and while delivering my food. Little bit no good maners I don't know what it is....

time was keeping change and come later than expecting, chips and beans was cold already but still ok to ate. I had better days before.

Food expensive compared to shop

Estimated time changed constantly and total was getting on for an hour from ordering and this restaurant is ten minutes away, had to reheat the food

They delivered the chicken and fries but forgot the gravy sauce that ive paid £3 for..

Very late delivery . Expected delivery was 6:50 and it has changed to 7:55 later. Was delivered at 7:33

Food was hot & delivered on time and tasty - gravy was a bit thinner than normal but still good - tad expensive but nice treat

As you can see from the picture it's very small piece. It's supposed to be 2 pieces and chips this is classed as one of the pieces . The other was a decent one . This was a wing with not even a mouthful of chicken.

Finger licking good as usual. This branch serves Halal chicken and the branch itself is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and the service is quick. So far it's the only Halal KFC in the city.

missing food and driver went to completely wrong address

Driver was not listening on how to find our door and ends the call suddenly then calls again then ending up requesting us to pick up the order from the gate. He was also irritated at the situation complaining that he doesn’t have time.

Chicken over cooked. It’s not the KFC I remember. And now I can’t get in touch with anyone about this issue

I bought the 20-piece wings for £7.99 as part of an offer, but I was highly disappointed. The wings were dry, not juicy, and lacked freshness. I thought maybe just 1 or 2 might be like that, but unfortunately, all of them were the same. I came here because it's halal and even traveled 3 miles for that, but the quality didn’t meet my expectations. I also bought 3 wings separately (not as part of the offer), and they were good—juicy and flavorful. I had huge respect for this place, but if you can’t serve fresh wings for the offer, then don’t put it on. I don’t see in your terms and conditions that you will serve wings for the offer in such poor quality.

Staff and management are so rude at this store. A particular woman Gaby should not be employed in customer service she is detrimental to the brand! The food is also disappointing. Chicken is always extra greasy and thrown so hard into the buckets they always fall apart. Chips soggy and squashed in a wet bag It's really sad that this is the only Halal KFC and us Muslim are forced to accept such disgusting service.

Took the driver over 45 minutes to drive a 5 minute route, his device was turned off the last 30 minutes so he couldn't be tracked on the map and when he finally did arrive all he said was "sorry, traffic"

The food was cold and dry, it tasted like it was left out for a while, definitely not worth the price.

They accidentally gave us wrong order but they quickly chamge the order . They are very busy and felt they are over worked. Food was very good ,fresh and warm food. I liked fries as compared to Mcdonald. I would love to go back

The drivers are constantly trying to deliver to different house. We are 31A they keep going to 31. The neighbour is ANGRY and complaining that this is happening. Please tell your driver to check properly and follow directions! I even added note to driver to not deliver to 31! We live here 9 years and this is constant problem.

Ordered food by called the London Road KFC and they weren’t very helpful and then the time it arrived it was stone cold.

The order never turned up. Got to try and get money back. Not very happy, got to go to night shift on an empty stomach.

We were shopping at the drive through on September 2, 2024 and the staff behaved outrageously. After taking the order, she started talking to another employee in a foreign language, I just stood and waited because I didn't understand what was happening. Another girl put the bag in my hand with the food, she didn't say goodbye just turned away from me. I have not experienced this in UK in ten years.

I only received one of each item ordered no refund was issued

I specifically contacted KFC by phobe to request no mayo on the burger, which they said they could provide, however having received my order, I was disappointed to find they had put mayo on the filket burger making it unpleasant to eat!

Great service! Good fillet burger, tasty new chips as usual, pleasent employee, he even gave me a second bag of chips for free! 10/10 from me 😃👌

Lipids. I ordered lipids. When the lipids arrived I ate the lipids which attacked my lipids. While the lipids where digesting in my lipids I thought “I could eat those lipids again”. I’m not a lipid but I like lipids. The lipids finally digested and now my lipids are ripe.

The chicken in my wrap was so overcooked and was so hard to chew. Didnt even taste nice at all, the chips were out its pouch and at the bottom of the bag, soggy and cold. Delivery driver couldn’t find my house and had made me walk to him. My food was cold and not enjoyable at all.

Chicken was not edible, very tough and chewy. It looked like it was cooked but tasted as if it wasn’t. One of the drinks wasn’t delivered.

With due respect we’re just asking for an improvement to our near by kfc . From all the kcfs around Peterborough this one has shown me poor service. Everything is just slow and the food you get is not worth the wait. I don’t know if you have the same recipe or different ones with the one in Hampton as their food taste a bit better. I know they can do better if they want but this has been going for a while. Just hoping for the best . Most of the people I know are preferring to drive to the one in Hampton instead to get better food even though this one is only a walking distance. I hope whoever looks into complaints /reviews will try to do a proper investigation towards this issue .

It is dirty tables and surrouding is dirty too. food on the floor as nearly hard to find any cleans tables as well as toilet dirty as hell you cannot even get disabled toilet open for buggie
