Lipids. I ordered lipids. When the lipids arrived I ate the lipids which attacked my lipids. While the lipids where digesting in my lipids I thought “I could eat those lipids again”. I’m not a lipid but I like lipids. The lipids finally digested and now my lipids are ripe.

The chicken in my wrap was so overcooked and was so hard to chew. Didnt even taste nice at all, the chips were out its pouch and at the bottom of the bag, soggy and cold. Delivery driver couldn’t find my house and had made me walk to him. My food was cold and not enjoyable at all.

Chicken was not edible, very tough and chewy. It looked like it was cooked but tasted as if it wasn’t. One of the drinks wasn’t delivered.

With due respect we’re just asking for an improvement to our near by kfc . From all the kcfs around Peterborough this one has shown me poor service. Everything is just slow and the food you get is not worth the wait. I don’t know if you have the same recipe or different ones with the one in Hampton as their food taste a bit better. I know they can do better if they want but this has been going for a while. Just hoping for the best . Most of the people I know are preferring to drive to the one in Hampton instead to get better food even though this one is only a walking distance. I hope whoever looks into complaints /reviews will try to do a proper investigation towards this issue .

He is not following the address and blaming us we gave incorrect address. I pinned it properly and my husband waited for ages

It is dirty tables and surrouding is dirty too. food on the floor as nearly hard to find any cleans tables as well as toilet dirty as hell you cannot even get disabled toilet open for buggie

I am very upset. I didn’t get my order. In the tracking, it was delivered. But I didn’t get anything. Almost £14 is gone without getting food.

When I ordered my food for 12.00 o'clock I meant 12.00 and not 11.36. It is not the first time this happens.... Kfc this is a very bad job sorry...

I love this place , Very clean. Food is fresh n tastes good. Abundant parking. Offcourse polite staff. Will visit again.

The food quality of kfc is now very disappointing it has lost its unique taste now very bland I will not but it again.

Worst customer service I’ve encountered in years. Red, raw and at best, pink in parts chicken, not at all stringy or cooked, literally dunked in the frier and removed and served in the time that I washed my hands. Lord is my witness, we ordered, washed my hands without using the toilet I should point out, returned and food was served. Granted we were close to closing time but this is no excuse. The incredibly rude waitress decided shutting me up by suggesting a refund as everyone say it is red and is just the colouring and marinade but no problem just take refund is all I met with. I politely declined the offer for a refund and asked for it to be cooked properly/remade which the lady nodded seemingly in acknowledgement to but said ‘just you can have refund’. Eventually they remade the food, which unsurprisingly took 3-4x longer to make and was actually cooked through. I’ve never been made to feel like someone is shutting me up as a customer and am really not one to complain. Issues with food are understandable, but to argue needlessly with paying customers is entirely different, and furthermore, to degrade them, and pretend you understand what they are telling you when they say it is a red and pink solid cube, not stringy white chicken, and is uncooked, followed by slamming the customer complaints email on a table when asked for details and also suggesting you don’t know your managers name when politely asked whom I can address my concerns to given the food was shocking.

This is an honest review. Won't be coming back to this one again.

Food looked like it’d sat out for a while, and delivery took about 90 minutes or so. Not too impressed, but not usually the case.

The internal cooking process is not functioning adequately.

Ordered coleslaw and wascharged£2.49 for it. Sadly, it was NOT included with the rest of my order. But for that I would have awarded a extra star for quality.

I did mention the berger need to be without souce because i don't eat souce!!!they send it full of souce. I didn't eat it. so disappointed!!!!

Extremely poor service level changing delivery very time and adding an additional 40 mins then the driver didn't use a delivery bag and the food was totally cold. I mean really cold. I will never order again from the branch. Food in the bin and still hungry.

Fancied a KFC after not having one for a couple of years, very polite young lady taking order at 1.30pm and the same with the young lass that provided me with my meal. However when i got it home to eat i was very disappointed with the meal, chicken was mostly boney and their was no taste to the coating of the chicken, it wasn't the usual spicy taste more like a drumstick baked in the oven. Chips were very cold and soggy also. 3 piece dinner, coleslaw and a drink not worth the £11.20. The only other improvement since my last visit was i didn't see any rats around the bins outside. 3/10 for the meal. Won't be rushing back.

Driver was rude and left the food on the floor outside before I had even gone to open the door, he was already by the gate leaving without making sure someone was coming for it and after changing the delivery time so many times aswel. Very disappointed

Fries are awful, portions are tiny with meals , and the mayo tastes tangy.. Not nice for what you pay. Flooding discharge from drains or toilets outside the drive through Which is disgusting.. Very over priced and over rated. Visit at your peril

It is hard to understand that among the many KFC branches, the food quality of this one is the worst. I have been disappointed after visiting many times.

Original delivery was estimated to be 20 to 35 minutes it actually took 1 hour.

Stopped off after visiting family. It was very quiet for a Friday evening, food was hot a scrummy.

Whilst it turned up early, the food had all been squashed down to fit in a small bag. This meant the chips were squashed and mushy.

Delivery driver didn’t want to leave the car. Barely spoke English so I couldn’t understand anything he said. And the food we got arrived stone cold
