Peking Garden Chinese Food Takeaway in Wandsworth

I took a chance and ordered a takeaway. Result, delicious! I ordered special fried rice not realising it came with large portions of various meats.

This place is average overall, the food here is okay, the staff is nice and friendly but the service is slow.

Had a delivery from Peking Garden. Food was great, but with the Aromatic Duck there was no Plum Sauce or Cucumber or Spring Onions. Also the food was delivered twenty minutes later than the confirmed delivery time - however the food was piping hot, so not really an issue, merely an irritant. Another irritant was that in addition to a £1.00 delivery charge the restaurant also imposed a 50p "service Charge" which I presume was to replace the credit card fee which can no longer be charged.

This is a local Chinese takeaway, the food is always delicious and recently it has got even better. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. We always are given a new year Chinese calender which my children love and the best bargain if you hungry on a budget is the set meal for 1 person, it is huge and they are happy to change things around, so if you want chicken balls instead of pork just ask and they will change it for you. We love it and hope you will to.
