Absolutely rubbish, went with family thought of great food. The starters are from previous day's. Mains are okay hence 2 star. The service and counter lady is useless asking us to pass the plates. Won't go again. As I too from same place thought of having great food and service. Which is utterly failed. Bad experience with family.

The Hyderabadi Dum Biriyani was wonderful

Casual dine in visit. Food was very good, and great vfm with great taste and decent portions. They don't skimp on the food like many other places. The atmosphere is good, and the service attentive. Will come back!

Service and Atmosphere are good but the £7+ Chicken Biryani was not even close match to the one sold in Hounslow for £3. The chef or owner should once go to Hounslow to check what is real Hyderabadi Biryani. go and have one dum biryani from Hyderabad Tastes in Hounslow East. please don't defame the Charminar by cooking such blunt biryani

One of the best asian food i have ever eaten in London.I do recommend to visit this place as the food is fab and the prices are really cheap as compare to others.If you are an international student don't miss this one

Depends what you're looking for in a dining experience but it worked for me. The layout is more cafe style.. lighting is bright/a little harsh and there are no soft furnishings. You might call it 'sterile'. No tablecloths or laid places with red napkins. But the chairs are perfectly comfy. Service might be described as casual and yes, the young lady who brought us plates did indeed leave them in a pile for us to pass around between us. I have no problem with this. A loud cheesy melody from a bell rings out occasionally.. it's the kitchen alerting that a dish is ready. Pavlov's dogs come to mind! So, if you want a formal dinner or want to impress on a first date, or want something posh, this might not be for you. Personally, I'm cheesed-off with the over-branded, over- styled restaurants wot stick a branded flag in your dessert or have gaudy ott decor with TV screens everywhere. And Zaiga provided the best tasting food I've had in a long time. Lots of veggie options with separate veggie sections on the menu. The place filled-up with (local?) families while we were there, which is always a good sign. I had a fish starter which was exceptional. Really fresh, delicate flavours (I avoided the whole chilli in the dish). And Dahl Makhani which might seem plain to some but it's a personal favourite and was delicious. The chai was nice and not pre-sweetened as in some other places. I'm used to more cardamom flavoured chai and this was a bit more subtle. Mango lassi was thick and sweet (not really my bag but good if you like that sort of thing). I found the staff perfectly approachable and friendly. Perhaps direct at times but I don't interpret that as rudeness. My guests had dhal dishes and one of them found it too spicy. I hadn't thought to ask if they were spicy when ordering but staff reassured that they can offer guidance when ordering.. you just have to ask. Rice came in enormous portions which my Brazilian partner received with glee (as would most South East Asians, I expect). Pilau rice was great.. not greasy but with fresh peas and seasoning mixed in. I've read the -ve reviews and understand the points they make. But I'll be returning for sure. My guests were impressed, too. Oh, did I say it's very reasonably priced for what you get? No photos.. was too busy chomping, sorry.

Amazing haleem & biryani. There weren’t many customers when I arrived at the restaurant. I became skeptical about the authenticity of food. But they proved me wrong by serving delicious meals.

The lady who served us was rude and extremely unhelpful when we had questions about the menu and raised her voice at us when we asked for recommendations. She dumped/threw the plates and cuttlery on the table in a pile. The restaurant itself was not busy, it was early evening on a Friday (the kitchen was busy but she was front of house so really no excuse). We should have walked out there and then but the reviews were so good we decided to stay. Food was average, too much sauce compared to actual meat/veg in the dish and greasy. We only wanted one portion of rice for two but were told that it was only for one person so we ordered two. Complete lie, we had more rice than food. Restaurant was very bright, very cold (in every sense but also no heating or it was turned right down), delivery drivers kept leaving the front door open so that we or other customers had to ask the drivers to close the door behing them or we did it ourselves. Complete waste of money and bad start to the weekend.

A great Indian restaurant! The peshwari naan, lamb buna, chicken with spinach, dal makhni, and the non-butter tandoori roti were excellent. Will definitely be coming back and back.

There is no Comparison to Food from Hyderabad India.. it is just a Disaster.. Stay Away Not Wasting my hard earned money.. Which States Authentic Hyderabadi Food.. but nothing near it.. Wasted

I had small get together at home .. ordered food for 20 people but quantity was really good. Received alot of appreciation for veg biriyani.. all were asking for restaurant address. First time in London had authentic Hyderbad biriyani in large quantity. It was better than many biriyani points and other Indian restaurants in and around area. Made to order veg biriyani and Gobi manchurian

Lovely little place. The food is delicious. Everything I have tried from vegetarian dishes to fish and lamb have all been gorgeous. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly. The toilet could be a bit cleaner though!

We ordered food from the restaurant for a house party at my place. The food was delivered on time and still hot The vegetarian and chicken biryani was equally loved by everyone. biryani is authentic Hyderabadi biryani that hits the spot each time. The portion size were perfect .The indo Chinese was finger licking good. Double ka metha and gajar ka halwa both were amazing. If you like spicy and delicious Hyderabadi biryani definitely go to Hyderabadi Zaiqa.

We been today to try hyderabadi dum lamb biryani with very high expectations. Biryani was dry, tastless and meat was chewy. They claim to be authentic hyderabadi but no where near it. Go there if you want to have rice and meat but not Biryani.

The hyderabadi chicken biriyani was on point! The rice was of good quality and chicken was succulent and well spiced. Quantity was another highlight.. Absolute value for money. Will definitely be back for more.

Food is very good. We had a nice Lamb Biryani which was very well received by the family. Service was very slow - we ordered online and waited 1.5 hours for it to be delivered. We only live a few minutes walk away from the restaurant so next time I will go in person to purchase takeaway food.

I wanted to tell you about my experience at your restaurant yesterday. The food was good, although not the absolute best biryani I've ever had. What surprised me was that all the other places nearby were full, with people waiting for an hour. But when my wife and I came to your restaurant during the busy time on Sunday, we were the only ones there! I'm an architect, and I thought about what might be causing fewer people to come to your restaurant even though the food is decent. I know you have a lot of competition from other Pakistani and Indian restaurants around. But I think the main problem might be the way your restaurant looks and how it's advertised. Imagine you're a person looking for a nice place to eat. You walk by your restaurant and try to read the name and the type of food you serve from the sign on top. When someone is trying a new place, they're already unsure about it. But if they can't easily read your restaurant's name, it makes things even more confusing. The word "Hydrabadi" is written very small, and "ZAIQA" is hard to understand. I was specifically looking for your restaurant, and it took me a while to understand what your sign said. The letter "Q" is yellow, and it's hard to see, making it look like an "O." Also, the Charminar inside the "O" looks more like an "H." This makes it really confusing for customers. When people can't read the sign properly, they lose interest. The yellow "Q" can't even be seen from 10 meters away. Take a look at the simple black and white branding of "Lahore Karahi." It's easy to understand and clear. Sometimes, simple things work better in marketing. If you improve the way your restaurant looks and is presented, it could lead to a big increase in your business. Right now, it gives the impression of being more like a place for takeout or delivery. I hope these suggestions help!

Personal experience guys please read my review before ordering for parties..I had made an ordered for 22 people for my daughter's bday as one of my friend recommended it but sadly the food was extremely pathetic.. basically we were not physically present for the items to be checked so we were fooled by them. No sorry no apologies can work if the party food comes out worse , none of my guest enjoyed expect few items . I would say 70 percent was bad taste and cheated ( there was literally no chicken in chicken buttermasala and in biryani , chilly chicken was not nice at all , paneer 65 and kadai paneer was so so hard that it was left and I had to throw as I couldn't offer anyone , yes the best was butter naan and fried rice and Shahi tukda ) Definitely No No for party orders. Out of embarrassment I couldn't take pictures too

It’s a small restaurant in a busy high street. Chicken Biriyani(5 ⭐️), Lamb Biriyani (3.5 ⭐️ ), raitha, mirchi ka saalan, chicken 65(5 ⭐️ ) Haleem(5 ⭐️ ) and the taste closest to hyderbaadi. Would recommend if you love Hyderabad delicacies.

We was very disappointed with service and food a part of that, staff harassment they keep staring on my Wife and daughter first waiter than 2 chefs come out stand on till start STARING constantly females feel uncomfortable specially whilst they eating. This is really Unprofessional and unacceptable. I don’t recommend to take your Family there. Potion is not enough for one person. Google timing is wrong waiter said Breakfast 9-12 only opening timing on Google is 12 when I mentioned him check on Google than he said ok I will serve you this time breakfast like he is doing favour on me. I WILL NEVER GO THERE WITH MY FAMILY AGAIN.

Chicken 65 was good. But They gave reheated 2-day old dry Lamb Biryani. After pointing, they replaced it with fresh biryani reluctantly. It was just ok. We came all the way from Birmingham just for this, went home unsatisfied with a £17.88 Bill.

I used to like this restaurant a lot. Recently ordered using Uber eats. I am totally disappointed. Ordered chicken biryani with chicken 65 - 2 portions, a curry, 2 desserts. Cost me around £44. Portion size is not sufficient for a 7 year old kid. Taste is also gone to negative side . Don’t think that it is consistent taste. Don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Not worth for the price.

My partner and I eat at Hyderabadi Zaiqa a lot as the food is consistently great. My partner’s family is from Hyderabad so we decided to order food from the restaurant for our wedding - that includes three lunches and a dinner. Our guests loved the food! It was delicious. Also, it was so easy to work with the staff to organise the deliveries. Their support meant that I could relax before the big day! Definitely our favourite restaurant in London!

Very good food. Ordered chicken biriyani and chicken lollypop. Biriyani was the best I have tasted in that area. Chicken lollypop too was very good in taste. Only negative is the ambience. They were doing some door work and drilling causing noise. Will make it regular for our weekend outings

I went to this restaurant with other 4 Friends. The staff is welcoming and the food is top notch. Quick service, good portion size and in Hydrabadi Language they say food is Angar. If you dont know what Angar is ask a Hydrabadi or visit this is restaurant I am sure the staff will be happy to explain and serve delicious food at the same time.

We've ordered take away from them numerous times and the potions have been good but today they just filled only half container of daal I checked while I was there and the front staff guy called the cook who said that's how much we give. Delivered after 50 mins, ordered Haleem with was at least three days old and very tasteless. Biryani did not have any flavor and it seemed like it hadn't been properly "dum"-ed. The naans were all soggy, very disappointed.
