Peking Express in Havering

Hugely expensive. They don’t read any order instructions and send incorrect items. Food quality is getting worse. Will definitely be looking for a new regular Chinese restaurant as this has just gone down the pan.

After ordering some food and waiting quite awhile, they had messed up my order. I then called them to express my feelings. They were quite unhelpful. I would definitely not recommend them most definitely not.

Stay VERY away from this place! Ordered food at 7.34pm - to be told at 9.14pm my order had been cancelled and there was never no order on its way - how this place is still open is beyond me! Worst Chinese in Essex! Trust me, save your money and go else where! They also leave their phone line off the hook so you cannot get through to them! To spend £33 on food and to be treated like this is disgusting !!!! I expect some form of response from the restaurant and an explanation !!!!

It's like walking into an old grubby shut down chip shop that takes orders through a hatch like in an 80's cab office lol, all the foods cooked out back, I dread to think of the conditions my food was cooked in judging by the front. Anyways the clumpy fried rice and chow mein tasted like it was burnt or dirty even? Very dry and had little flavour except that, chicken balls were super greasy, it wasnt fresh the whole lot was blergh! All went in the bin. Service is chaotic. On a positive note the prawn crackers were nice

I have been ordering here for a while but not anymore! Ordered rice and gravy there was no gravy on the food. Called and no remedy customer service was just a joke! Serving dry rice and paying about £10 for boiled rice is an absolute joke!

Ordered chicken fried rice I received chicken boiled rice It took about 3 minutes to prepare and came out luke warm You would expect a fried dish to be piping hot Won't be using this place again

It's a Takeaway, not a Restaurant

Shambles of a service. Almost 2 hours for the food to arrive. Utter nonsense. Appreciate can be busy but that is ridiculous.

The food was amazing just think the driver got a tad confused since he asked for payment when the food had already been paid for! Since that could have happened to someone less knowing (a pensioner/vulnerable Persons etc) maybe processes could be reviewed to make sure the drivers know what is paid/not

Pointlessly lie about how long collection will be. Waiting in the shop for ages for no reason because they said it would be ready and it isn't

Ordered on Uber Eats tonight, an hour after the latest delivery estimate and they still hadn't arrived. Didn't answer the phone at all for either myself or uber when they tried calling them Terrible service and ended up with Uber having to cancel the order themselves

Felt like Tony and Ben had cuddled a bit to hard and produced the stuff i was served from this hideous place!! I also believe the owner tugs in his chair for all to see.....

Over an hour late on delivery joke of a place don't use

Food was OK not terrible, not the best either. However, the portion of salt and pepper prawns was tiny compared to others. Delivery was long. Ordered at 18:50 and food arrived at 20:40. Very long wait. would score higher if the delivery didn't almost take 2 hours. Website said estimate 80 mins.

Excellent food and good service

I have ordered chef special rice, chef special chow and 8 duck roll I found out it is only 5 duck rolls instead of 8 also too much rice and not enough mixed meats. I will never order Peking Express again.

Excellent professional service and tasty food

Called to order, they has no sea food in stock for seafood fried noodles so just prawns. Food arrived but it was tasteless. Tofu was like peices of card board. I got tummy ache instantly.

Food was decent, nothing to shout about but grossly over priced. A single tray less than half filled with special fried rice half with chips and a minimal amount of curry sauce £8! Don't by food in a single tray its a rip off

Had a Chinese last night from here and I don’t know if they have a new chief or I’ve just been waiting to long to have a Chinese again. The food was absolutely perfect and tasty. we had sesame prawn toast ,chicken noddles soup, special fried rice and chicken chow mien and chips and sauce . Will be back to order again on Saturday . So glad they are open again.

Japanese Udon Noodles with Chicken, what a great dish, chunky vegetable, chunky noodles and chunky chicken, very tasty! Great service and nice delivery man. Will definitely order from here again.
