The food was great, definitely will be coming back!!

Terrible experience! Food was 2 HOURS LATE, called restaurant multiple times and no one answered. Ended up ordering elsewhere - it was delivered and we ate before this order arrived! Said this to their delivery driver who didn’t know anything. Food was mediocre, quite greasy. Ordered ‘desserts’ which were £5 each - were very small and clearly straight out the freezer - tasteless!

What can I say this takeaway was taken over a couple of years ago I think not sure due to Covid. I had been ordering takeaways from here for some time, but when covid hit didn't bother. A few minths ago I tried ordering a takeaway but it wanted my oayment details which the site had been given sometime ago, I didn't wish to enter my card details again, I decided to go in person and pleased I did. Upon entering I knew immediately it was under bew management. The shop's windows were dirty , the small table in the shop was also dirty, the place had lost that vibe it used to have. Although I had placed my order once I had taken the time to observe my surrounding and how dirty it had become I didn't want any food from this place, I quickly cancelled my order and left. I will not be returning or ordering online either.

I can't believe I just spent that about of money for 5 small pieces of chicken and a really small salad,£16.17 including chips seems so pricey for just a let down! AVOID peeps, not worth it!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! food was salty, and grissly. 4 small pieces of chicken shish, a couple of tiny pieces of lamb shish which we couldn't chew, too big bits of kofta that we couldn't eat due to the salt. I tried to complain and the person I spoke to got VERY irate when I explained that my daughter had paid almost £40 for EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF FOOD THAT WAS BARELY EDIBLE!!!! I asked for a small discount and was told I would be called back. Guess what ??? No call. I called back and was told that he was too busy to speak to me. What a shocker of a takeaway. I will NEVER use this shop again and will be sure to tell all my friends and family what a fantastic service we've received NOT!!!!

Very bad order the meat was under cook the chicken was just white not even been in the grill and bed smell when I open the order just went straight to bin and was 1 hour late as the time to arrive never order from this again

Food turned up hour late was stone cold it’s over priced and the lamb was vile. Won’t be ordering again I’ve chucked the lot in the bin and ordered somewhere else

Really yummy food ! I’ve only ever tried the grilled fish (sea bass is my fave from here) but it’s definitely good and healthy option for dinner ! The staff are really friendly too ☺️

We won't be ordering from here again. Awful experience. Cold, 3pieces of chicken in a large shish, 3 pieces of small calamari in both side and main. Cheesy chips were a solidified mess and cold. 1 piece of bread between 3 mains. I wouldn't normally leave a review but have been here for years and loved it. This time was horrendous. We called to complain and just got an argumentative mouthful back as to how expensive calamari is and that we live too far away and that it is late (1.5hrs from closing) no offer of a refund or even an apology... we won't be ordering again!!

Was all undercooked. Changed hands . Seems dirty compared to before. And prices gone up but still showing old prices. Won't use again.

Unfortunately this place has gone right downhill, i'm quite annoyed actually considering all our meals have been ruined by chicken thats tough as old boots and lamb that was unchewable. The two main ingredients to your whole menu botched beyond belief. Been a long term customer and standards here have consistantly slipped, to a point now that we will never order from here again. Shocking

2 hours after placing the order it arrives! Irrelevant if the food is nice or not, this is a poor service. Don't order on a Saturday, clearly they can't handle peak times.

Waited an hour for delivery, when it arrived it was incorrect. They said they would send the remaining food later. I don't want my dinner in 2 parts! So they took the food away. Didn't offer to discount our dinner or send a fresh dinner with everything present. So at 8.30 at night we now have no dinner. When we unpacked what they had sent it was also really bad value for money in terms of quantity.

Very nice food. Cash only tho, as I found out I only had my phone to pay (no card) but the guy was so nice he gave the food to me for free 😊

Waited 3 hours, would not answer their phone, once finally answered, Told me my order has been cancelled at 9:25pm. They did not notify me. New Years eve ruined. Avoid this place.

Good kebabs, not all from the menu was available most likely due to the COVID situation. Donar Kebab was not available.

Attitude of the staff is terrible, booking system doesn't work online, even it allows you to book, you not guaranteed...

Had a terrific mixed grill for two from here on Saturday evening. Lots of flavour in the smokey grilled meat and two nice salads with rice and bread. All very reasonably priced at £18.50. Would definitely return.

The place doesn't sell donar kebabs so I had to have the shish and WOW! It was honestly like no other kebab I've ever had, it was amazing. They do things differently here and I'm going to drive all the way back down just to have some more with my nearest and dearest.

2 specials fed 5 adults well. Really nice food, not salty, and cooked perfectly. Plenty of bread, chilli and garlic too.

A regular customer of the Kervan Saray takeaway (Brentwood Road) but can safely say I will not be returning after tonight's experience. A simple order for one person took over 90 minutes and after calling twice I was told that the delivery driver had "just left". No apology and no loyalty after ordering from their chain at least once a week over the last year. Would advise new customers to place their order at least 2 hours prior to ensure of a prompt delivery or alternately to use their competitor Kervan Kitchen down Balgores Lane.

poor food, wrong advertisement as the food your given is not what you get and rude staff .. didn't come the time they said and we was sorting out payment and the staff kept banging on door

What's happened ?? This takeaway used to be lovely ! Food missing and nowhere near as nice as normal . Will try somewhere else next time , will not use again

When I first ordered from here it was top class.i had me salad and sides missing on one takeaway I ordered.nice kebabs but seems to of gone down hill lately.i now go a different Turkish restaurant.that knocks this for 6. Turkish meze Hornchurch.fab

The food is lovely.....if you get it all. Our order was short of our Daughters meal, only to find out after we had paid the driver. To promptly call back and explain taking over 5 minutes on the phone they would not deliver our missing 9 year olds meal. Over one hour later...no call back no delivery of missing food....never again.
