Essence Of The Caribbean in Havering

Went Yesterday after the gym and curry goat and rice and pea’s the food was nice as a Jamaican I usually don’t eat out but this is approved the food nice the place is clean and staff are friendly . Finished of the goat so quickly I didn’t even remember to take a picture lol !

Tiny wings, luke warm, poor quality food,overpriced, drug dealers outside. Never again

We actually love Caribbean food and saw this restaurant had been newly refurbished and taken over by a new owner we was very keen to give it a try so we booked a table for a Saturday evening when we arrived we was greeted by a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome all the staff they were extremely friendly and gave a professional service we ordered our food which came out in perfect time piping hot and it tasted absoluteBeautiful we are very fussy eaters and could tell that the food was unbelievably fresh and definitely home-cooked I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody that enjoys Caribbean food. The staff here definitely made our night special thank you so much
