Best Chinese takeaway in North London

Great place for chinese food, especially as there is not many in the surrounding area. Good portion sizes for the prices, friendly staff, chill atmosphere.. can't go wrong.

If I could give 0 star I would. Absolutely rank. We ordered crispy duck with our meal and it’s wasn’t the real thing it was duck from a supermarket that comes in a box. Chicken balls was raw and the curry sauce was like eating powder. Stay away will make you I’ll

Delicious as always, my main go to dish is Special fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. It never disappoints. Great service as well.

Another great find for authentic Chinese food and excellent service. Favourite dishes so far are the salt and chilli ribs (like that it is slightly battered), special curry (well balanced and not too spicy), sweet and sour chicken (crispy and not oily). I will definitely be back to try other dishes from the menu.

In terms of convenience of location and Amazing Food, Great Service always a pleasure. Good communication , Friendly service .

It's my go to Chinese in the area, even though there are a couple of others closer to me. I prefer this one. I was thinking about and realised that it remains me of the Chinese we used to get when I was young. It therefore feels rather authentic. Only thing is they only accept cash, so do remember take out cash before ordering.

It was my first time walking round the corner from my home to get a take away from here. I must say they did not disappoint. Had a very friendly welcome, food did not take long to wait for. It was beautiful, hot, full of flavour and great portion size just for me. I will definitely be back, thank you so much!

Used to say this is the tastiest Chinese around. However the last 2 times I’ve been really disappointed was tasteless and dry. Honestly turning to the worst Chinese around…

Best chinese we have ever had!! its was perfect, it was tasty, we had egg fried rice, chicken with mix vegatables and chicken in black bean sauce. Tried so many places but havent had better. Also very good service.

Been going to peking chef 4 around 10 years, I've been to over 40 Chinese restaurants and takeaways. This is the best by far. Totally authentic chinese food. best Chinese take away shop i have been too by miles. i travel 9 miles just to come here and it never disappoints. Always so friendly and welcoming. Always fast service max wait 10 mins. Definitely a place to go!

Good food and very fast service

I've been using this take away for 10 years now and never been dissapointed. All the food we've tried was good if not great. And we've tried quite a bit. The service is fast, you can also eat in, although this is not an upscale place. Why there are some negative reviews I don't know, but then again you can't please everyone.

Great menu, great prices and delicious food, and all served up in about 15mins.....really great.

Awful food. This take away place was ok when I started going a few years ago, never amazing but decent food for a take away place. It has definitely gone steadily down hill. The chicken was not fresh at all, very very chewy and hardly any. The prawns were absolutely tiny and the noodles used to be quite nice, they now use a horrible stringy type of noodle, awful taste. I will not be going there again

Very good quality food and friendly staff, you can sit in and eat, no frills but really delicious Chinese food :)
