Pedros Fish And Chips in Allerdale

Fabulous! We got a brilliant chicken kebab - one of the best I've had. Great sauce n salad too. Hubs got hslf pound cheese burger. Very tasty. Highly recommend. Thanks

Staying at old Kiln farm glamping pods. (Other side of Allonby)Pedro's delivered our takeaway on both nights. Both nights tasty hot meals delivered . Staff on the phone were very helpful in accommodating such large orders and such a distance out . Thank you 😊

I'm not sure what the people of Maryport are used to eating with many reviews stating "good takeaway" but since recently moving to the local area from Manchester I have tried pretty much every takeaway in the town and I'm astounded by how bad they all are all they sell is disgusting low quality greasy rubbish, I wouldn't even it feed to my dog, takesaways like this wouldn't last a week in Manchester.

Excellent Pizza and Kebabs courteous staff good service never had a disappointing meal from them, clean premises reasonably priced.

First visit and most definitely the last!!! Ignorant Staff, and cheap horrible food!!! Ordered the food for my wife & I and when it was ready I offered my card to pay, sharply told.. cash only. Told him I hadn't enough cash on me, he said Bank over road. There was not a visible sign to tell customers that it was cash only. They had made a mistake with another customers order and they were telling the customer it was him that was wrong, they eventually rectified his order and then when he left Pedro's it was made obvious that they were saying things about him in a foreign language. Very unprofessional, don't deserve any custom.

Arrogant staff, can barely be arsed to speak, don't care about the food they're serving as long as the dosh is rolling in, chips pale and soggy, kebab meat sloppy, coleslaw was rank. Either pull your socks up or move on out of maryport !!...

We tried the wrap and a portion of chips the wrap was disgusting the dog even turned his nose up at it and the chips were like slugs slimey and black we paid £9.00+ what a waste we won't back

Best takeaway by a mile in the town of Maryport. Awesome kebab wraps at a very reasonable price. I would recommend the full works on your wrap, delicious.

Passing through Maryport on our way home we decided to get fish & chips and eat them down near the marina, but with it being Monday all the REAL fish & chip shops were closed so we had a ride round and decided on Pedro's as it looked the smartest, but boy were we taken back when we walked in as there was only one portion of fish available, don't know how long it had been in the cabinet but we decided to go for it. The fish was covered in a THICK batter and was saturated in oil/fat, the chips weren't much better, they looked insipid and were very hard & chewy. We along with the seagulls managed to get through the portion, the owners should stick to what they know best and I believe its kebabs. We won't be back.

Worst fish and chips we've ever had. Never had to chew batter before so that was a first and the grease was oozing out of it, the fish inside was well past it's sell by date and the chips not too good either. Literally £11.60 in the bin cause that's where they went!

With a long queue you'd expect the guy to serve without having the phone to his ear throughout. Other staff were just standing about and the fish and chips weren't the best anyway.

Decent enough service but the food wasn’t the best atleast it was cooked well. The chips looked as if they were from lunch time though...

Nice food good service pleasant staff collection or delivery for orders or just pop in they have a wide variety of products to choose from.

Top quality - one, if not the best pizza ever. Recommend the donner meat pizza if you can't decide what to get! Garlic sauce is excellent here too! Super tasty, great service and great prices.

Cooks the best kebebs I have bought in West Cumbria. The staff are very friendly and the service is always quick and efficient. Only a take away but a good one.

Did not like very much at all. The batter on the fish was very rubber like. The chip looked like if they have been fried twice. Go to a traditional fish and chips shop if you want the real deal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our freshly cooked fish & chips which were beautifully cooked and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

Good selection of foods, not just a "Chippie!" Friendly staff. Nine quid for Fish 'n' Chips "twice" was a bit of a shock though. Little bit heavy too, so a smaller and cheaper portion would have been more pleasing (shall we say)!

Chilli sauce was like water. Chips were pale. Good central point and lots of staff so probs don't have to wait to long. Just didn't enjoy the food.

Nuestro segundo viaje a Cumbria y nuestra primera vez usando Pedro ... entramos temprano un sábado por la noche, hay mucho que hacer con los clientes costeros cercanos y media docena de empleados administrar la operación. Teníamos kebabs de donner, pescado y patatas fritas, nuggets de pollo entre nosotros ... todo era excelente y la ensalada era realmente bueno. El aspecto de los kebabs de pollo, así que tendré que hacer otro visitar antes que volver a casa ... !

Sus kebabs de pollo son sin duda el mejor de todos! La comida es buena, el personal es amable y servicial - incluso cuando hemos tenido uno la ciudad.

Pedros may not look the cleanest of places but the food is pretty good, nice well topped pizzas, donner meat filled wraps that are almost bursting, haven't had a burger for a long time but definitely recommend the donner meat and pizza, chips are not to everyones liking but I think there good, staff/delivery driver are generally friendly, if you fancy a treat sometimes I would recommend Pedros.

Great- loved the burgers, chips ok but had better elsewhere ring and pre order so don't have to wait about which is good not tried the pizza but kebabs are great as well.

We endeavour to visit here every week and have never been let down yet! I think it says it all really:-)

They make great kebabs and apparently great pizzas also although I have never tried one but I have always found their chips to be poor, there are better places in the town to buy your chips from.The staff are friendly enough and the prices are cheap and they also offer a delivery service.

Good chippy and great pizza takeout. prices okay, phone and collect available, also local delivery, we use for regular Saturday supper.

Superb pizza's and everything else is top notch always a friendly welcome, and great staff cannot fault the place : )

Best kebab around,the salad tops it off!Not a fan of the chips but each to their own taste when it comes to chips eh.
