Always well cooked, delivered quickly, recommended.

Ordered a takeaway. Food arrived in a cardboard box. Stone cold. Chips were like rubber. Fried rice was congealed and tasteless. Curry sauce was a congealed lump. Everything had to be heated in the microwave. Which made no difference to the taste. The sauces where not marked to say what they where.

Order ran a bit late,phoned and they gave me an update which was really good and it arrived not long after that

Great food, great service, but for a child's meal and 2 adults it cost £79.18!!. But the same meal as a carry out cost £38.50. WOW!. only be getting carry outs from there only now

Very disappointing Chips were well over cooked and greasy, Special fried rice was greasy and seemed reheated the salt and pepper chicken was overcooked and seemed reheated. Would not recommend

Still waiting after calling twice. They dont seem to be interested in our orders. Cash orders and walk ins have more priority. Called 3 times now. Quick to take the money from your account. Shocking service and no contact with the restaurant.

Not the first time this has happened feel like they don’t care as a call to say they were busy would of been nice

After waiting for 1 hour for my order i called to find why my order has not arrived, was told that it will be delivered in another 30 mins. I said that I was not happy about the length of time. The girl who I talked to was polite and will mannered said that they will put some fortune cookies in as apology. But having to wait for over 1.30 to be offered cookies to make up for the wait is poor.

Arrived on a Saturday night to attend the buffet. Phoned ahead to confirm, arrived but no buffet available. The staff also need to pay attention to cleanliness at the restaurant, windows need a good clean. As a local guide I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Please avoid. Many thanks

Never received all of my order,I had ordered. a desert and I never got it.

The soup wasn't soup. It was literally mushrooms in gravy flavoured water. The platter was gorgeous though

OK food though there was LOTS of onions, so many onions, as if it os to fill up the platter. Very little mushroom in a Mushroom based dish, and too sweet for a regular dish. Super sweet. A bit disappointed.

I ordered Duck with sweet chilli sauce and fried rice last night..I ate a half portion last night and just had the rest for my lunch..I didnt expect to find a piece of wire in my rice ? just glad it was me and not my grandson although it was in my mouth before I noticed and wondered what the sharp object was. Dont know if i can get refunded for this??

Never had such bland chewy salt and pepper chicken. Noodles were dry, like they had been sitting all day. Chips soggy also. First and last time ordering from here

First time visit today. The staff were really nice. The buffet food was really fresh, juicy, flavourful and hot. Nice charming atmosphere. My daughter was very happy. Will definitely return. :)

Honestly disappointed special fried meats inedible rice bland and the chicken nuggets curry sauce and noodles honestly curry sauce and your delivery charge states 3 pounds but I should of been contacted if it was ment to 5 pounds or state that on your just eat order page honestly disappointed

Read the reviews,roast duck was highly recommended. Wasn't roast duck, undercooked fat was rubbery white carrots were discoloured. Looked boiled and the sauce bland. Was told I ordered the wrong one if I wanted roast duck, Aberdeen. Shocking meal

Unfortunately the food was inedible. Noodles were undercooked and not even noodles, it was tagliatelle! Food was bland and the chicken in barbecue sauce tasted like fish. Expensive disappointment.

Delicious food, quick delivery time & free prawn crackers

The crispy aromatic duck is the best I have had, this is my favourite meal from a Chinese so I have tried loads & this is defo the best! I have had from there take away & been into the restaurant & the portion size you get is really good & the duck is cooked perfect not loads of crispy bits you can’t eat or loads of fat you can’t eat, if you like duck this is defo the best restaurant for it! 👍

Almost 3 hours from order to delivery and I had to call to chase up my food twice

Order placed 2 hours and 40 minutes ago. Still no sign of the food.

It was ok nothing to write home about. Authentic not really! I thought that all the Sauces came from a packet not freshly made.

I'll start by saying it was good portion sizes and I'd recommend the ribs, they're the meatiest around. However when I got there I was greeted by a lot of stairs, this for many myself included presents difficulties. I'd ordered online and was collecting, I had gone in with change for a tip in my pocket. Once the young lady concluded the difficult task of locating and handing me my food her attitude was very much here's your order now f#$k off! Because of this she got no tip. The food was good, however they need to bring the food down, too many stairs. Because of the servers attitude I wouldn't eat in.

Been a long time regular here. Was told an hour and ten minutes for delivery. When it was 20 minutes late, I called. Was told it'll be another 20 minutes. Waited another 30 minutes, tried to call and they took the phone off the hook. I imagine they had loads of disgruntled customers calling and complaining. Finally got through after my delivery was an hour late to be told they were waiting on drivers coming and it would be another 10 minutes. Incredible. All they said was "sorry". Finally came 1 hour and 20 minutes late The service used to be impeccable here. It seems something has changed as the standards have dropped very low. When the food arrived it was luke warm and like it had been rushed and microwaved. Will definitely not be ordering here again. An absolute disgrace of a meal. What a shame.

Ordered a carryout meal from here. Plenty of choice from the menu. Service was quick. Food was very good. Ample parking from pay and display carpark directly outside. Free after 5.00pm.

My partner and myself went at 8pm. We had the buffet. All the options were dried out and looked like they had been there for hours. The floor was sticky, the table cloth was sticky as were the menus. We wont be going back.

We thought it would be nice to go out for a meal and as we enjoy a Chinese. What a huge disappointment. This place I know has opened since the disability legislation came into force yet it has no lift or any other means for disabled or elderly people to access the restaurant. A disgrace! I would advise anybody with a disabled or elderly friend or relative to think of them before using this place and perhaps they might stop discriminating against the less able among us.

Good food, reasonably price only criticism would be that there should be more choice at the buffet.

Buffet was empty all the time. Wasn't even much people in the place. Scraping the bottom of buffet buckets is not my idea of a good meal. Never go back.

Nice service, delicious dishes

We went in for a quick dinner after work, around 6pm Service was amazing!! so polite and friendly and great with the kids of the other 3 families that were in. Food was beautiful and cheap The buffet was just being laid out so couldn't be more fresh.
