Enjoyed a good meal for my dinner.

Chicken go in mouth. I turned it into pooh.

Food perfect, great portions and delicious.. Will be back soon for more..

Friendly service. Was very quiet. Food was great as usual.

We've ordered hot wings and been told that it will take too long to cook them, so we have been given filets instead. Not cool.

I have to say this was the best KFC I have ever had from Peterhead KFC. It was so full of flavour, chicken was so good and not burned or dry. Whatever you dix keep doing it because it was delicious. Staff were so friendly and happy to help. Although i did have a long time to wait for the takeaway meal it was worth the wait. 5 stars

The place was so clean and there was no shouting and the food was so good

The most comically bad service from any KFC record high waiting times, seen a worker lick their fingers while handling customers food and still get the order wrong. Would recommend travelling to Bridge of don kfc as its like fine dining compared to here and could probably get from Bridge of don and back before you get served at this drive through

Spent 38 pounds just to be given the wrong bag I waited inside for the food just to be told they took it out for me I then went back home to just realise it was the wrong bag they given me

The food is hot, not as greasy as most KFC outlets but it's best feature is for a KFC it's clean.

It took 15 mins to get 1 wrap 1 burger and 6 hot wings to takeaway with only 4vother customers. Poor service.

This place just does not appeal to me. It is a shame but it just appears shabby and unkempt. The staff are young and I suppose inexperienced at hygiene. Poor lad that was trying to clean the floor with an excuse for a dustpan and brush. Mentioned it to his manager and all he said was try bending the end up ha. The food wasn't great either. No atmosphere even for a takeaway away

Ordered 8 cookies and only got 4 absolute joke

My wife and I went to the Peterhead branch this afternoon. We stood at the counter whilst a girl prepared an order, still standing waiting as a young man filled up a drawer under the hot food tray, was left standing, no acknowledgement of us waiting to be served and eventually walked out and went elsewhere. You really HAVE to at least acknowledge the people standing waiting, even if you are busy and can't serve them right away. Basic customer care severely lacking! I see by reading the reviews that the owner only answers the good posts! Tell your customers what you intend to do to address their complaints please.

Never too busy, & great food. Drive through is a breeze.

When did KFC get so bad, went through the drive through,ordered 4 peices of chicken on the bone, tub of gravy, large chips no sauce. What I got was 4 pieces of boneless chicken, small portion of chips, 1cm of gravy in a tub and tomato sauce, and paid £12.50 for it, I won't be back.

Good, but drive through signage needs improving, (I'm a signage consultant) 😐, food is always consistent, and you don't have to ask for salt

Disappointed yet again after hoping to come here with the family. This time only the drive thru was open, not the restaurant and eating in the car with 2 messy kids isn't an option. Oh well, McD's got our money again. Do better KFC.

Not for me, First time at a KFC and didn't like it or the service, the seats wasn't clean, hearing staff shout at each other across the seating area was a big let down

My wife and I used to visit this KFC regularly, not anymore! Obviously under staffed, and under managed! Food was cold and dry!!! Very poor.

I like a KFC now and again and Peterhead one has good service and polite helpful staff. Food was piping hot and tasty.

Usually go here on a Friday night for drive-thru. It can get a bit busy but the service is always polite. Food is fine and a lot more substantial than McDs.

Food wasn't good cold chips, soggy greasy batter on the chicken. Tables were dirty with rubbish from previous customers left behind. We wouldn't go back.

I recently visited KFC, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent, with the only drawback being a slight 15-minute wait for my order. Nevertheless, the staff more than made up for it with their friendly and polite demeanor, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. The food at KFC was absolutely delicious, deserving a solid 5 stars. The atmosphere in the restaurant was top-notch, earning another well-deserved 5 stars. One of the better KFC experiences I've had. Chicken wing size is a big problem with KFC recently but these were all the same size and bigger than a regular wing.

Good quick food for a quick bite to eat..

I came today to the drive through. I asked for and was given two pieces of chicken on the bone meal. It was burnt, dried up and horrible. I put it straight in the bin. This was only my 5th visit since this branch opened and each time the food has been awful. Definitely won’t be back. It’s a disgrace. Why would employees serve food like that to customers? It must have been laying there all day drying up!

Food was okay, but we were with the kids so didn't enjoy the atmosphere that much? The service was quite quick tho.

We arrived late to the hotel next door and needed something quick to eat so we showed up about 20 minutes before they were closing. Staff were absolutely lovely and got the food out quick and with a smile. They had to change some things on the order because they'd run out but apologised and made sure that it was okay, which it definitely was. Piping hot food, well packed and delicious!

They have very tasty food and great inside the building but sometimes the workers forget a thing or two.

I was looking forward to a kfc on Thursday and After a long day at work I delivered my last order in outside Peterhead. Arrived at 9:15 pm to find it was closed drive through coned off. It is advertised to be open until 10:30pm.

Comparing to other KFCs this has got to be the best one. Chicken not too greasy, lovely a crispy. Lovely staff

Turned up a nine forty and patiently waited in a small line,got to to place my order at nine fifty five only to be told they were now closed ?????Thought they closed at ten,can't see this place being open for much longer tbh never busy.The way they treat there customers is not good enough.

I'm never happy to leave a bad feedback, quite often I just don't leave at all. It's been over a week ago, for sure. It is not about food. It is the usual KFC. What was unusual was the atmosphere. A manager criticising staff at the front of customers is bad enough... snarky treatment wasn't right either. The member of staff wasn't any better. We left shortly after the manager shouted to staff behind the counter from the middle of the floor...

Wasn't massively impressed. Food was cold and fries scattered all over the bag. Would have complained but went to McDonald's instead.

Decided to have a KFC, when trying to order found didn't have any burgers and not much of anything else so plumped for 8 piece boneless bucket. They had NO till roll in automated machines so couldn't get order number. While waiting for order got told Sorry NO chips, rice or Pepsi.... So ended up with 7 pieces of chicken, small popcorn chicken, 2 pots of salad and a pot of cold chicken bites in some sauce (which didn't ask for) and 4 small cans of 7up.... All in all to say that was diabolical is an understatement. No wonder MacDonald's was busier

Usually use the drive through option, never too busy. Only downside is they don’t do Coca Cola, only Pepsi, otherwise it’s good food and fast service. Update Friday 8th October, received food via Uber eats delivery, missing a bottle of 7UP, restaurant and Uber eats not interested in resolving the issue. BEWARE USING UBER EATS AT THIS LOCATION.

Always a good place to stop off for some fast food.

KFC are a joke you go and order your order then start your drink order and get told the coffee machine was not on again why advertise they sell coffee when the machine is never on which means I won't be wasting any more time with you as I have to que again at McDonald's which they sell coffee all time

Well located beside the roundabout at end of South road and the Peterhead bypass Road. Quick and decent food, would recommend the chicken fillet rice box

Confusing signage on the door almost meant we didn't bother. The assistant was helpful so that was a plus. KFC is KFC so not much more to say.
