Fabulous store and magnificent views

McDonald's are pretty similar in layout all over the world and always pretty high standards and quality some areas are better than others and I think this is one of the better restaurants that I have been to, friendly staff and good service and the food is what you expect from McDonald's.

Quick easy order with it being correct and hot food. And didn’t take too long

I ordered two large Minecraft meals from McDonald's and both were missing the chips I paid for. To make matters worse, the receipt wasn’t included, making it harder to address the mistake. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with missing items—basic quality control is clearly lacking. McDonald's needs to do better because this level of carelessness is unacceptable.

My friends and I traveled a long distance fuelled by our excitement to collect our first Minecraft movie collectibles. After receiving our orders very quickly we skedaddled back to the car to open our loot chests. Little did we know two of us did not receive a Minecraft Movie collectable. How disappointing!!! Night ruined👎🏽

Not a nice place to eat. Went 2 years ago(2022), got food poisoning and was sick for 3 days. That was after I ate the mccripsy. Never had food poisoning before that, and never eaten from that McDonald’s since. Tables were also sticky and not nice to eat on.

Must be the worse McDonald's in Aberdeenshire. My partner ordered a mcbacon tasty with no lettuce and no tomatoes. He can't eat tomatoes for a specific reason and it said on the label. Got the food and I was shocked looked absolutely rubbish, with tomatoes and absolutely no bacon. Why cant staff give customers napkins through drive thru, always have to have ask. Don't know if it's me but the food here is just warm compared the Peterhead McDonald's which serves hotter food.

I have to say this has to be one of the only places where the burgers actually look like they do on the menu when made Always polite and very friendly staff , I enjoyed my food that much I rang the branch to praise it's staff Keep up the amazing work

Just had a tea here. Friendly and clean. Parking was good.

Hopeless, constantly have orders wrong or missing, so badly that free meals were given then when went to use they wouldn't work and manager couldn't care less and we were ignored. Must be worst mcdonalds on the go. Not hard to put some food together

Nice chicken to share at a reasonable price

Mrs B has to have gluten free, so she customises her burger i.e. no bun. They Keep forgetting to bring her a knife and fork.

not impressed!!!! swearing coming from behind the counter. keeps shouting not letting employees home!!! told me my expressions need to change and my niece was ugly (shes 12!!)

As McDonalds go this place is ok, would go back to this one if a pass it and I’m hungry.

burgers burnt. inedible. I ended up throwing them oit the car window for the gulls to fight over. An absolute disgrace.

Been here two times ,one drive thru and ones inside. They should ask the staff in Peterhead how to make a descent cappuccino. Cause here its more like half tea half coffee.

It's fast food not too much to say really, but still tasty. Staff very friendly.

Clean restaurant, condiments station well stocked and really nice and polite staff. Toilets were clean also. Food had been freshly made, probably due to items ordered and time of visit.

Massively understaffed. Up to ten minutes at the drive through, parked orders no longer serviced it seems.

very friendly staff and orders have always ready fairly quickly , despite the small car park i have never had a problem finding a space to park there, but there is a drive through.

A unit with a beautiful panorama, which allows you to watch and enjoy the sunset and its colors on the horizon. Excellent service! Kind and professional team working happily! Clean bathrooms! Wifi has challenges with many connection requirements. Very well made and extremely high quality burgers! One of the best chips I've ever tried in this chain store. Mc Fish is the best I have ever tried in all McDonald's! Go and vote! Tell me if I'm right! Thank you

We live 45 minutes away from our nearest McDonald's. This is our date night venue. We have been together olfornover 40 years. But my husband introduced me to McDonald's when I turned 18. I have developed dietary issues but I can manage the vegan options.

ordered a lemonade, they didn’t have it, they offered me a different drink, the lemonade was the most expensive drink on the menu, got another drink, lost money, very unpleasant, would rather travel to peterhead just for that one drink, i also just ordered a medium diet coke, got a cherry coke.

The drive-thru was there at 7:30am to get a cappuccino, place order and first window to pay was quick but second window noone was there waited 10 minutes to receive a simple cappuccino, should call it the drive in wait service the worst mcdonald's by far for service I've been to

Only warm food but was hungry so enjoyed

The lack of salad in the wrap let it down. Talk about saver menu… they definitely saved 5p from the lack of salad on this. Even the bacon looks sad

Good had something to eat and drink then made my way home again.

Place is dirty windows tables floor pictures tv screens are all mucky Food hit or a miss They forget part of your order And charge for sauce then fail to give you it ! Toilets not been cleaned 🧹 in days Some staff putting the effort in and others who don’t give a dam ! Won’t be returning

Good quick service though the franchise operator has decided to start charging for sauces which is a shame. Great staff though.

The food was really good!! But they made the chips less saltier, I mean then you can actually taste the salt and chips!!

You know the scene in the film "Falling Down" where he's in the burger restaurant and the burger looks nothing like it does on the menu? That's what I think every time I get a burger from McDonalds.

An American import we could well do without.

Fraserburgh mcdonalds food and staff are fine but the wi fi signal is very poor so app constantly doesn't work when you try to order. Peterhead and other branches work OK.

The line moved quickly. My food was nice and hot! I have never had a problem at this location. I definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Slow service, food wasn't fresh and to top it all they got our order wrong after I had repeated myself twice.

Never been in the restaurant, used the drive through 6 or 7 times now since moving up to Fraserburgh. The food has always been hot and right so can't complain. Staff seem nice enough.

Shocking customer service from the young guy that took our food to our table this afternoon. I complained about half a portion of chips and he shook his shoulders and said "it's not me on the fryer" and walked away, I then said that's a complaint , he ooked at me and replied with "nothing I can do about it' and left. Just plain rude and shouldn't be working with the public at all.

I dont have many Macdonalds but this is one that only a negative comment will reflect the experience. We got a drive-thru at the Fraserburgh site and the meal was lukewarm/cold and the mcChicken sandwich and sweet chilli wraps were absolutely tasteless, with very little sauce on them. To make it even worse the chicken was a bit rubbery. I certainly will not return there or recommend it to anyone. Very poor.

Opening time for Fraserburgh says 7am, arrived at 6 mins to 8 and was told would be at least 10 to 15 minutes before opening. Really Disappointed.

We used the drive thru, food was piping hot, plenty of choice and staff courteous and friendly

Not as good as it used to be. Coffee was good but the sandwiches served with a bit of limp salad and soft crisps were not great

Good value food, quick service. Only problem is the car park, for some reason 3 or 4 cars seems to constantly park right over 2 bays, right near to the cafe, this is causing problems for customers who want to park. Maybe the management need to talk to the staff who are doing this!

Poorly service. Messed up my order two times. Burger didn't taste normal something wasn't right. Won't be coming again Wouldn't recommend.

Staff are really friendly however two out of three burgers were wrong and one was especially cold. Have to deal with a raging teenager now 🙄. Shall go back but certainly not when it is busy
