Food is not fresh. Asked for a sweet chilli wrap, relieved a wrap with 2 bits of chicken and 1 horrible bit of bacon. Very disappointed when I got home and opened the bag

Quick service, food was fresh, and the place was clean. Exactly what you'd expect from a good McDonald's.

I arrived, I placed an order, not a complete order, not everyone gave the current, I saw it at home, I didn’t check it on the spot, lack of responsibility, okay, if I had ordered a lot of attacks, there were only five of them and not fulfilling the order efficiently, I’m not in the mood, but I have potatoes with sauce and cola

Placed a £38 breakfast order. We are very regular here and spend so much money. Food was missing from the bag and I waited 40 minutes?? For a McDonald’s?! That’s a crazy amount of time. Ended up having to blast my horn because they clearly weren’t even getting the missing food. My baby in the back was sick everywhere from crying so much because they took so long. I asked to speak to a manager about it. The customer service here from the manager Kat was so bad all she was saying was “I understand BUT..” and making lame excuses. I was NOT greeted with an apology for having to wait so long, or an offer of new hot food- which all other establishments would have done immediately. I would’ve been more than happy with this. I ended up getting pretty annoyed with her and gathering up the drinks and food to get my money back. We then went elsewhere in Westhill for a 5* service!!! Shame on this manager. The first step of a good manager would have been to apologise for the 40 minute wait and for missing and cold food and to offer new fresh and hot food. Shambles. I will add this review is purely about the manager. There’s some really nice young girls and guys who work there who I’ve come to know of. No wonder a couple of them have told me it’s an awful place to work 🥲

Fifteen minutes after ordering and I'm still waiting for a pretty standard order of a couple of happy meals and an extra value meal.

Ordered a quarter pounder without cheese at drive thru. Luckily I checked before I left as it had cheese. Had to park and go inside shop. Staff replaced it. Have not had a McD burger for a long time and won't be having another. Bland bread, tasteless burger, pea-sized tomato ketchup. Fries and apple pie good so gave stars for those.

One of the busier McDonald's around. Took a while to get food. The food's fine though. You get the quality you expect from a McDonald's. Wouldn't come here if you're in a rush, but at least the food's good.

Perfect for an ad-hoc lunch treat.Was clean and quite busy. Food was delivered quickly to the table after ordering by the touch screen.

Horrendous. Never gave me the wrap I paid for. Only gave me fries when I ordered my Big Mac meal last time. Mistakes happen but when it's EVERY SINGLE time it gets boring. Probably still makes plenty of money so Mcdonlds corp won't care. AVOID unless you want to be ripped off!

Fries today felt odd. Like it was made from old fries or something. They were hot but not crunchy.

Just a mediocre like any other McDonald's. The good thing is it's right beside the electric car charging station. Better buy coffee from there than to spend coffee at Starbucks right beside it

Después de esperar 20 minutos para nuestro pedido llegamos a casa solo para descubrir que el pedido estaba mal. El personal parecía estar tratando con muchos otros quejándose de errores. Lástima que no nos dimos cuenta hasta que llegamos a casa. (hamburguesas extra no deseadas en lugar de nuestras cajas compartidas de bocados de queso🤦‍♀️) no el fin del mundo pero molesta para los niños

Second time from this branch, it's a real hit or miss, I ordered a coffee as normally, and the lid wasn't on correctly and spilt over my new jacket, secondly to top it all off the wrap was very slap dash sauce all at the bottom and vegetables all up the top and one bit of bacon and missing a few bits of chicken in comparison to other branches, really starting to question if this place is worth even visiting now. Such a same as the standard was amazing when they first opened the westhill branch.

It's a 50/50 gamble if your going to get food within 15mins of ordering let alone it being right. You would think 5 items on order would equate to five actual items, but you receive 3. Maybe it's modern maths. Food is always like warm at best. A treat it's nae.

Went through drive through took forever to get ordered as the person on intercom couldn't find the items that was asked for. Then took an age to get. Ended up going In to ask where food was and half was barely warm. Waste of time

It's the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. They somehow manage to get almost every order wrong. If you eat in, food often takes 20 minutes to arrive after ordering, because they only serve the cars in the drive thru. It is absolutely awful. Last time I went to the drive thru, I got home and realised they'd forgotten the big Mac from my big Mac meal. How does that happen??? They told me they wouldn't refund me and I'd have to drive all the way back to get it. Never going back.

Food most of the time is cold and if you customise your burgers it will most often be wrong.

Dundee McDonald's Dryburgh, you could learn a thing or everything from Aberdeen (Westhill).

Everything tastes the same, burgers don't look nothing like they do on the order image.

If I could rate with no stars then I would. The service is shocking, staff playing with their hair whilst handling food. One girl nibbling on her nails. When food did finally come after almost 15 minutes the food was cold and the order was wrong. Definitely won't give them a second chance

Ordered here about 20 times and about 10 of those times we are missing items. This time it was 2 burgers.

Waited a while for food. Ordered with table service, food arrived cold as it was sitting for for several minutes. Didn't get what we ordered, which appears to be a common occurrence this macdonalds.

Foods always been fine but the service is always really, really slow

This place never fails to disappoint. Drive thru orders are consistently wrong, service is honking. Ironically, the lure of disappointment is what brings me back....and I'm always "happy" when I leave disappointed and bitter. I'll be back!

Didn't get food and they said they "forgot" never come here again.

I have beef with this McDonald’s on the basis they have no beef! Staying at the Premier Inn down the road and wanted a burger since we got here, but the past few days they’ve had no beef! Not sure how a McDonalds runs out of beef.

As mentioned in other reviews this place NEVER gets your order right! Tonight ordered chicken selects to get home and find a box full of mozzarella bites. Another epic fail to add to the long long list from this place.

It's still a McDonald's, nothing exceptional, but the service was good, I find it just a shame that there is so much volume on the tablets that the children use, it creates a lot of unnecessary noise

Mcdonalds used to be fun now it's getting to expensive the service is no existing and the atmosphere is no good either l... it's not really worth it for me anpy more unless I get stuff from the savers menu

Probably the worst in history, having pre teen boys, this is top of the menu, not one single time have they got our order right, and that's been a lot!

Visited drive thru , after I drove off I realised that I have missing food in the bag so I came back to the store and told guy at the counter that I have missing food and he give me suspicious look like i was just came out form street and i was trying to get food fro free and he was like do you have receipt I sad no its in the car so I told him what was missing and he's like we don't do that here am like what ? So I told him what I want and he tried to confuse me with questions with what I want the wrap so I told him a regular one which means with all regular toppings . Very rude staff managment , poor customer service .

Great drive thru service. Large hot chocolate with meal, brilliant during the cold weather.

Every time we go here the order is wrong. Also one time I had a bite out my burger and when I spoke to the manager he was rude and argued with me. The staff are incompetent, it’s only a fast food restaurant and they can’t do it correctly

McDonald's Westhill is the best McDonald's, at least the food quality is consistently good, unlike most others. Keep up the great work!

Really good free food cooked to order, efficient staff. Car park good size, kids ipad available for use. Toilets clean and kept on top off. Definitely return.

Totally rammed full of kids parties it seems. Took the food to the car as no seats available.

Quiet time with very few customers but food was still lukewarm

About a 1/3 of the time they get our orders wrong. Ask for plain, it comes with everything on it! Ask for a double quarter pounder, they put the wrong bun on it. They have also missed out items on our orders. Staff need to be able to read properly and make the food that was requested. There seems a high turnover of staff there.

This is a great store is just off the bypass in West Hill, so if you’re going south it’s a great way to stop for something to eat. Got a drive-through. They also got the click and collect when you order though their app. Also remember to sign up for your membership and collect your points. Definitely worth doing you get free food every so often the more you collect 👍

Never get the order right. 4th time… either no sauces with any of the chicken selects, tonight’s Big Mac and my partners burger were thrown together with the burger squint in the bun and lettuce just thrown around the burger box. Had to drive back twice last time to get back the last parts of our order. Undercooked chicken burger also. My partner had to again drive back for it. I get the impression the they just don’t care, run by young kids who do not care about quality or keeping McDonald’s reputation, would rather mess about than go and sort your order out properly. Feel we’ve given this place plenty chances with zero effect made by staff to care. No idea what management runs this but obviously does not care about customer satisfaction or customer experience. Have been contemplating leaving a review for a while but tonight was the cherry on top. Will keep going to bucksburn instead, never had a bad experience there.

The cleanliness was great and staff polite but food ( burger) was cold , asked for another and was given another cold one having been told it was fresh cooked this seems to happen more often than not at McDonald's nowadays. Very disappointed

To be honest this is a pretty nice McDonald’s it’s very modern with nice food mostly they get your order right so I give it 9 out of 10

Hey it's a MacDonald's, so what to say? They did give me a voucher, which by doing an anonymous survey, gave all at our table free ice creams, which was great, and nicely rounded off our fast food feast. On the way out they gave me another voucher so all good.

Slow service tonight. App wouldn't load. Couldn't preorder or scan. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No better. Staring at golden arches on screen. No credits were able to be logged. Shoddy for a multinational.

Visited 25/07/2023 at 6pm and I have to say the standard of the food was absolutely shocking. Quarter pounder and fries looked like they were days old. Not edible. You'd expect the food to be fresh especially at that time of day. The manager here needs a wake up call.

Every time we go we get the same order, without fail they always get it right, very reliable staff :)

We're regular visitors to McDs, as anyone with young children is bound to be. The restaurant was quiet when we visited, so our food arrived very quickly. The staff were very helpful. The only disappointment for our boys was the play equipment outside seemed to be out of action.

20 minutes wait at 810am. For a sausage egg muffin and porridge. Completely incompetent. Manager sat on his laptop and watched. Let his staff take the feedback and displeasure. A joke and training needs across the whole restaurant.
