I got the thai milk tea. It was refreshing. The spot is great and aesthetically appealing. Nice calming music. Friendly and quick customer service.

best bubble tea i’ve had! me and my boyfriend went in and there was a lovely girl working there who recommended a drink based off of my gluten free preferences!!!!!!!!

I recommend this boba store because it fast and really good they also have a food menu of asian food! I couldn’t recommend it more.

Disgusting customer service, left the shop with 4 drinks in the carrier provided by the company, and the carrier handle broke outside the door. Only 1 drink split, but the manager would not honor that this was their products fault and wanted me to pay for another drink. For a "small business" as the manager kept quoting, she has now lost customers due to the poor handling of the situation, as me and my family and friends would use this company but will no longer be using them.

If I could give it more stars I would! The food, drink and service are all top notch. Fruit bubble tea from here is the best I’ve had and it’s the only place I can find tteokbokki outside of London

The best drinks and food. Everything taste amazing and menu is very well thought out. Staff are wonderful and so helpful. Definitely the best shop in Hertford. Highly recommend!

My regular go to for a coffee in the morning and bubble tea both are amazing recommend 100%. Coffee i personally go for is a ice latte and with their variation of syrups there is a lot of flavours to get. Various bubble teas also.

Absolutely love the staff, they are so helpful and kind! The drinks have such a wide range too! From really sweet fruits drinks to hot strong coffees! They do so much for such a small shop!! The milk teas or popping boba are my favourite :)

Went with some friends to try the new shop in town, was honestly the best experience! We tried the fruit teas with the popping boba and a piña colada tea and every sip got better and better! I have had bubble tea before and this exceeded any other by far. Full of flavour and quality, they know what they're doing. The staff are so friendly and help you with any questions about the drinks and their origin! Highly recommend. We definitely will be back!

no cap like. bubble tea is nice n all but no place has ever made me wna waste my whole life savings like pmb has. NO RED FLAGS IN SIGHT. people there?? u could talk w them all day n they r NICE ASF. the drinks??? AYOOOO I FELT LIKE GOD WAS OPENING UP THE GATES OF HEAVEN FOR ME. esp the milk tea.. if u get fruit tea then natural selection is coming 4 u. im living in ur walls btw. its also close to the train station so i can salivate my tastebuds at any moments notice. anyway id sell my soul for this place
