Absolutely fantastic service. A delivery driver forgot something on the order, and they were amazing about it. They are a great little place, and the food tastes lovely too. Many thanks to the restaurant, will absolutely be back again

Pasties were cold but good service

Ordered my food from just eat. For some reason my food was cold, I called to let them know. The lady who I was speaking to was lovely and apologised and asked for my address so they could deliver in person and also put some free cakes in the bag for me. Outstanding service. Food was lovely.

went into pearce's snack today for the first time as on a holiday at the moment from barnstaple(where i am locally from) the customer service was really good. my favourite thing was the old school cake, it really brought me back to my childhood such a fantastic sweet treat, it's the best one i have ever tried😍

Pasties hot and delicious and packaging wonderful as ordered cakes too. A+

Great selection of sandwiches and deserts, quality is average, nothing special in general , the prices are great though, compared to other cafes and Greggs . I had the chicken salad baguette sandwich with extra ham , was exactly like Greggs one .

Delivery took hour n half but otherwise ok. Pasties were not hot and it was lunch time but disappointed

Despite giving delivery instructions where we was the driver went all over the place in the estate without phoning so food arrived barely warm because of it.

Coffee for £1.50 is a bargain and exactly what I was looking for. The school cake is £1 a slice and really nice. Will be back when I am in the area to try the savoury food too.

I used to happily buy bacon baps from here, until a staff member thought it was ok to be rude and close up the grill before the stated time advertised, 25 mins ahead of stated time, the boss wasn't there at the time but I haven't returned since. So glad a more professional bakery opened up a few doors up, with happy smiling staff.

I ordered two breakfasts and ask for no mushrooms! we I've just received my order and I can't eat it! the whole fry ups stinks of mushrooms and I can't eat them or the fry up! please read the order before making it! they are having to go in the bin!

I have been to pearces for years and ALWAYS enjoy the food. The staff are always friendly. Could not believe the comment below suggesting (racism) that is disgusting. Sometimes the staff work so hard they cannot do kartwheels through the shop to suit any customer so the comment below by dera designs is totally out of order. And I guarantee totally untrue. You have all walks of life using this very reasonably priced shop with delicious food so that review is very totally unjust. Go there folks. Its delicious.

Very surprised, the breakfast box was really nice and was a perfect amount of food for one and the salad box was worth every penny and more, I got alot more than expected

I was there so many times . And a lady from there was very angry and look at me in a bad mode.. maybe becouse she see my that I m not a English women. ( Rasism)!!! The product are great but the stuff is under 0!!!! Very unkind stuff!!!

Breakfast was awesome, as always!! Bread is always fresh, bacon cooked to perfection, wonderful way to start the day. Can't fault it, it's our go-to breakfast place. 150%!!

I think the prices you put on the food is expensive on some items which I would buy normally in the shop, plus I don't like that tou also put a surcharge on too, won't get it delivered very often

Food was excellent especially the filled rolls. The only downside was I ordered carrot cake and Victoria sponge and Bakewell tart instead and if they had called to let me know I would have chosen very different. Overall though not a bad munch at all

Cannot fault this place. Food is always delicious and hot. Good value for money and always on time or early for delivery.

My second (fairly large and varied) order and everything was perfect again. Even made a great substitution for one item that had ran out (I missed their calls). Definitely my new favourite!

Ordered from here quite a few times and the food was always good but lately the quality of the food has gone right down hill, undercooked baguettes , very fatty stringy bacon and old overcooked eggs , wouldn’t normally complain but my last three orders have been awful

Ashamed to admit that I don't live faraway but had never tried the food before. Best pasty I have had in years. Everything was delicious.

I ordered food and was told it was cold. I said that everytime I buy food from them the food is always cold. The woman serving me just smirked at me. I can't believe they advertise hot food but you have to take the food home and cook it in your own oven. I asked the smirking woman for the head office phone number to complain that's when another older woman shouted at me that if I don't won't it cold then don't buy it what great customer service.

Absolutely Love Pearce’s snacks, so happy they are now on “just eat” food quality is always outstanding, my bap was hot still on arrival. The cakes are Devine. All round amazing service and polite staff when in shop also. Massive range to choose from and nothing is too much trouble. Will always order from here, highly recommended.

Obviously didn’t read the message I sent with order. Asked for crispy bacon and no butter, came with soggy bacon and butter on baguette, very disappointed as I couldn’t eat it

Unfortunately the just eat Driver delivered my Order to a different address, But the staff at Pearces went above and beyond and personally drove the order to my home. Food was fantastic which is why it’s a 5* as always!

Fantastic value for money, food was red hot. Only wish is for some sort of cakes or dessert on the menu.

the size of the rolls were far larger than i excepted, very tasty will purchase again
