I have never come across such a rude server. She made my whole table feel so uncomfortable. We ordered 7 shots and 6 were delivered, and she made it seem like we had made a big issue when we mentioned. She walked past our table and asked one of us if we ‘had a problem’ with her. She should not work in hospitality. For description, she had brown hair dyed blonde half way and tattoos up her arm. The other servers were lovely, especially the man with strawberry blonde hair.

With some more of the coronavirus lockdown restrictions lifted for the hard hit hospitality sector with pubs being allowed to reopen on the 12th of April with outside service only my twin brother Stephen and I decided to jump the train down from Kirkby to Liverpool City Centre and visit some of the great pubs and bars our city possesses and walking around the wonderful Ropewalks District of Liverpool we dropped by Peacock on St Peter's Square and what a wonderful visit we had. Greeted with a smile by a very pleasant member of the staff, we track and traced and we were allocated a table upstairs on their cool rooftop terrace were we order a beer each ,we chose bottles of Birra Moretti, this lovely Italian beer was served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling ,we payed contactless and just kicked back, chilled out and soaked up the great atmosphere in this busy and popular bar. My beer was really good, a crisp, light, hoppy and unpretentious lager style beer bursting taste and very easy to drink, on a hot afternoon it was such a thirst quenching brew and after 14 weeks of lockdown it was just so good being out and about again enjoying a quality brew and socialising again albeit socially distanced, my only negative and its only a small pet hate of mine is that our beers were served in plastic glasses. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to here we had a great time. Peacock is easy to locate on St Peter's Square along Seel Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, 5pm till 2am. Friday, 5pm till 3am. Saturday, Midday till 4am. Sunday, 2pm till 2am. A wonderful bar, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

It's safe to say that 2020 and the beginning of 2021 have not been fun ,3 national lockdowns have crippled the country but with the rollout of the vaccines, the magnificent work of the health service in administrating over 24 million jabs and its only March things are certainly looking up and better news for the hospitality sector when Prime Minister Boris laid out the roadmap out of the pandemic with pubs being allowed to reopen with outside service only from the 12th of April and from the 17th of May inside and outside allowed and by June 21st more or less back to normality so it will be fantastic to visit bar's such as Peacock again on St Peter's Square, this is a particular favourite bar of mine, great staff, service and drinks ,I have read the news reports and tweets that Peacock is set to reopen on the 12th of April taking advantage of the big outside courtyard, I can't wait to go here again, in fact I've booked some days off work to get out and about again and one of my first port of calls will be Peacock which is easy to locate on St Peter's Square.

They steal money when you pay, be careful There is no need for a more detailed explanation, but those who drink alcohol will be taken away There is no need for a more detailed explanation, but those who drink alcohol will be taken away

Owner is horrific and abusive, stole food from the customers and shouted swear words and my friends and I. Disgusting place, so dirty I’m not even sure what you get is real meat. If you’re after scran on a night out, go anywhere but here.
